Abstract

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments so that the spirit of the present invention can be more clearly and intuitively understood. It should be understood that the following detailed description is illustrative of the invention only and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. It should be noted that the terms "front," "back," "left," "right," "upper" and "lower" used in the following description refer to directions in the drawings, and the terms "inner" and "outer" refer to directions toward and away from, respectively, the geometric center of a particular component.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the electronic product 10 around the mobile phone with a shell surface supporting device of the present invention is generally a wireless charger or a charger. The mobile phone peripheral electronic product 10 includes a bottom surface 11 (or called a shell surface), a separate supporting sheet 13 and a separate limiting sheet 15, which are accommodated on the bottom surface 11. The bottom surface 11 is provided with four jacks 112, a first containing hole 113 and a second containing hole 115; the separable support piece 13 is received in the first receiving hole 113, and the separable stopper 15 is received in the second receiving hole 115. In this embodiment, the receptacles 112 are non-permeable, and the receptacles 112 are of the same size and shape and are spaced apart in alignment. The first receiving hole 113 and the second receiving hole 115 are also not permeable (i.e., the bottoms of the first receiving hole 113 and the second receiving hole are fully closed, it is understood that partial closing is also possible). Generally, the length of the separate supporting piece 13 is greater than that of the separate limiting piece 15.
When the separated limiting sheet 15 is inserted into one of the four jacks 112, the separated supporting sheet 13 is inserted into the other jacks of the four jacks 112 to realize multiple-angle supporting of the mobile phone; each of the four insertion holes 112 has a length greater than a width thereof, and each of the four insertion holes 112 is arranged in such a manner that each of the insertion holes is parallel to each other in a length direction. In the present embodiment, each of the four insertion holes 112 has a rectangular shape with the same size, and the adjacent insertion holes 112 are spaced at the same or different intervals, and preferably, the center lines of each of the four insertion holes 112 are on the same straight line.
Corresponding concave-convex close-fitting structures are arranged on the two sides of the first containing hole 113, the two sides of the second containing hole 115, the two sides of the separated support sheet 13 and the two sides of the separated limit sheet 15, which are contained in the first containing hole and the second containing hole, so that the separated support sheet 13 and the separated limit sheet 15 can be further buckled and positioned respectively. In this embodiment, the concave-convex interference fit structure includes the protrusions 132 and 152 respectively disposed on both sides of the separate supporting piece 13 and both sides of the separate limiting piece 15, and the recesses 1132 and 1152 respectively disposed on the inner sides of the first receiving hole 113 and the second receiving hole 115; conversely, the concave-convex fitting structure may also include recesses respectively disposed on two sides of the separated supporting piece 13 and two sides of the separated limiting piece 15, and protrusions disposed on the inner sides of the first and second receiving holes.
When the support is used, the separated support sheet 13 and the separated limit sheet 15 are taken out from the first containing hole 113 and the second containing hole 115 respectively and then are inserted into any two jacks 112 respectively, and the mobile phone 20 is placed between the separated support sheet 13 and the separated limit sheet 15, so that a mobile phone placing mode with a plurality of inclination angles can be formed due to the arrangement of the jacks 112 at different positions, and a user can watch the mobile phone 20 from different angles conveniently. Generally, the cellular phone 20 is placed between the separate supporting piece 13 and the separate limiting piece 15 regardless of whether the cellular phone 20 is placed horizontally or vertically. The separated supporting piece 13 is used for supporting the upper part of the mobile phone 20, and the separated limiting piece 15 is used for limiting the lower part of the mobile phone 20 so as to prevent the mobile phone 20 from moving.
When the mobile phone 20 is not supported, the user pulls out the separated supporting piece 13 and the separated limiting piece 15 from the two jacks 112, and then respectively stores the separated supporting piece 13 and the separated limiting piece 15 into the first containing hole 113 and the second containing hole 115. Therefore, the thickness of the separated support sheet 13 and the separated limit sheet 15 is integrated with the bottom surface 11, so that the occupied space is small, a special mobile phone support does not need to be carried separately, and the use is very convenient.
It is understood that, when the stand is not used, the first receiving hole 113 is tightly fitted with the separate supporting piece 13 received therein in order to prevent the stand from falling off; the second receiving hole 115 is tightly fitted with the separable limiting piece 15 received therein. When the bracket is used, in order to fix the separate support piece 13 and the separate limiting piece 15, the insertion hole 112 is tightly matched with the separate support piece 13; the insertion hole 112 is tightly fitted with the separable limiting piece 15.
In order to prevent dust from entering the interior of the electronic product 10 around the mobile phone from the bottom surface 11, the insertion hole 112, the first receiving hole 113 and the second receiving hole 115 are preferably impermeable, and their opening positions on the bottom surface 11 are selected according to the thickness of the bottom surface of the product or the internal structure of the product and the user's needs.
It can be understood that the length, width and thickness of the separate supporting sheet 13 and the separate limiting sheet 15 are determined according to the preferred material for effectively supporting the mobile phone. The depth, size, shape, number and distance between the two holes of the insertion hole 112 can be set according to the requirements of the separated support sheet 13 and the separated limit sheet 15 for effectively supporting the mobile phone when they are inserted into the insertion hole.
It is understood that the plurality of insertion holes can be used for the close fit insertion of the separated supporting sheet or the close fit insertion of the separated limiting sheet. The depth, size and shape of the first accommodating hole and the second accommodating hole can at least meet the requirements for accommodating the separated supporting sheet and the separated limiting sheet.
It is understood that the bottom of the plurality of insertion holes and the first and second receiving holes may be flush with the inner surface of the bottom surface or may protrude (i.e., extend inward) from the inner surface of the bottom surface.
The shell surface support device can meet the requirement of integrating the functions of mobile phone supports of electronic products around mobile phones in a simple mode, and meets the requirements of mobile phone users on simplicity, lightness, thinness, texture and convenience in carrying of the electronic products around the mobile phones. Because the bracket device is formed on the shell surface of the electronic product around the mobile phone, no connecting structural member is adopted, and the separated support sheet and the separated limit sheet both belong to one part of the shell surface, the product cost is hardly increased due to the addition of the bracket device.

the bottom parts of the plurality of jacks and the at least one first accommodating hole and the at least one second accommodating hole are partially closed or totally closed, the bottom parts are flush with the inner surface of the shell surface or protrude from the inner surface of the shell surface,
the plurality of jacks are determined according to the depths of the separated supporting sheets and the separated limiting sheets which are fixedly inserted into the jacks,
