3. The method of claim 1, after completing the card loss report process, further comprising:
acquiring hang-off information of a lost house card, wherein the hang-off information comprises identification information of the lost house card, identification information of a second room to which the lost house card belongs, and an information type of the hang-off information;
acquiring equipment information of a second door lock in the second room according to the identification information of the second room;
and determining second gateway equipment corresponding to the second door lock according to the equipment information of the second door lock, and sending the unhook information to the second gateway equipment, so that the second gateway equipment forwards the unhook information to the second door lock, and the house card unhook processing is completed.
4. A house card loss reporting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
inquiring the identification information of the lost house card according to the identification information of the first room to which the lost house card belongs;
generating loss reporting information of the lost house card based on the identification information of the first room and the identification information of the lost house card, and adding the information type of the loss reporting information into the loss reporting information;
and sending the loss reporting information to a cloud platform.
5. A house card loss reporting device, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring loss reporting information of a lost house card, and the loss reporting information comprises identification information of the lost house card, identification information of a first room to which the lost house card belongs and an information type of the loss reporting information;
the loss reporting processing unit is used for acquiring equipment information of a first door lock in the first room according to the identification information of the first room;
and determining first gateway equipment corresponding to the first door lock according to the equipment information of the first door lock, and sending the loss report information to the first gateway equipment, so that the first gateway equipment forwards the loss report information to the first door lock, and the house card loss report processing is completed.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the loss reporting processing unit is to:
screening out the equipment information of all the equipment in the first room from an equipment database according to the identification information of the first room;
screening the equipment information of the first door lock from the equipment information of all the equipment;
and screening out first gateway equipment accessed by the first door lock from the equipment database according to the equipment information of the first door lock.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising an un-hooking processing unit to:
acquiring hang-off information of a lost house card, wherein the hang-off information comprises identification information of the lost house card, identification information of a second room to which the lost house card belongs, and an information type of the hang-off information;
acquiring equipment information of a second door lock in the second room according to the identification information of the second room;
and determining second gateway equipment corresponding to the second door lock according to the equipment information of the second door lock, and sending the unhook information to the second gateway equipment, so that the second gateway equipment forwards the unhook information to the second door lock, and the house card unhook processing is completed.
8. A house card loss reporting device, comprising:
the system comprises a query unit, a storage unit and a processing unit, wherein the query unit is used for querying the identification information of a lost house card according to the identification information of a first room to which the lost house card belongs;
the generating unit is used for generating loss reporting information of the lost house card based on the identification information of the first room and the identification information of the lost house card, and adding the information type of the loss reporting information into the loss reporting information;
and the sending unit is used for sending the loss reporting information to a cloud platform.
9. An electronic device, comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores program code which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 4.
