Judging whether a control request for intelligent household equipment, which is sent by the target person through a user terminal of the target person, is detected or not, wherein the control request for the intelligent household equipment comprises identification information of the intelligent household equipment, and when the number of the intelligent household equipment is greater than 1, the control request further comprises the working sequence of the intelligent household equipment;
When judging that the control request of the intelligent household equipment is detected, determining that a control instruction of the intelligent household equipment matched with the target person needs to be generated;
the intelligent household equipment comprises intelligent cooking equipment, and the control instruction is used for controlling the intelligent cooking equipment to cook the determined target food;
And before the control instruction is sent to the intelligent household equipment to trigger the intelligent household equipment to control the intelligent household equipment to work according to the control instruction, the method further comprises the following steps:
determining a cooking time required by the target food, determining a first time required by the target person to return to the area range of the intelligent home equipment, and judging whether the cooking time is greater than or equal to the first time;
