In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-10, the invention provides a beauty refrigerator, which comprises a refrigerator body and a rotary shelf 6, wherein the rotary shelf 6 is arranged in the refrigerator body, the rotary shelf 6 is rotatably connected with the refrigerator body, and the rotary shelf 6 comprises a rotary supporting plate 601; alternatively, the rotating shelf 6 includes two or more rotating support plates 601 distributed in the height direction. At present, most of the existing common beauty refrigerators are square, and users sometimes need to take out skin care products which are placed in shelves and stacked outside when storing and taking beauty products, so that inconvenience is caused; the beauty refrigerator provided by the invention has the advantages that the shelf for placing beauty cosmetics and skin care products is the rotary shelf, so that the beauty cosmetics and skin care products placed on the inner side can be taken out by rotating the rotary shelf, and the use is convenient. In order to fully utilize the space in the beauty refrigerator, the rotary supporting plates 601 can be arranged at intervals along the height direction, and each rotary supporting plate 601 can be used for placing beauty cosmetics and skin care products. In addition, the rotation center axis of the rotating rack 6 is a vertical line with respect to the rotation direction of the rotating rack 6.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the refrigeration structure of the beauty refrigerator is disposed below the rotary shelf 6, and the rotary support plate 601 is provided with the vent 602, so that cold air generated by the refrigeration structure flows to beauty cosmetics and skin care products on the rotary support plate 601, and circulates by using the cold air.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a divided storage shelf 603 is disposed on the rotation supporting plate 601, and the divided storage shelf 603 is disposed between two rotation supporting plates 601 or a rotating structure connected to the top of the box body is disposed at the upper end of the divided storage shelf 603. When the rotating shelf 6 comprises a rotating support plate 601, the upper end of the grid storage rack 603 is provided with a rotating structure connected with the top of the box body; when the rotating shelf 6 comprises more than two rotating supporting discs 601, the two adjacent rotating supporting discs 601 are connected through a cellular storage rack 603, and a rotating structure connected with the top of the box body is arranged on the cellular storage rack 603 arranged at the uppermost position. The cellular storage rack 603 not only plays a role in supporting the rotating support plate 601, but also the cellular storage rack 603 can be used for placing beauty cosmetics and skin care products, and the space in the beauty cosmetics refrigerator is fully utilized.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the divided shelf 603 is disposed in a middle region of the rotation support plate 601, and more than one divided shelf 603 is disposed on the rotation support plate 601. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, illustrating the rotating shelf 6, a divided shelf 603 is provided in a central region of the rotating support plate 601 so as not to interfere with the use of the rotating support plate 601 as much as possible. Referring to fig. 3, two cell storage racks 603 are provided on the upper rotation support plate 601, and one cell storage rack 603 is provided on the lower rotation support plate 601, so that the number of cell storage racks 603 on the rotation support plate 601 can be appropriately set according to the size of the rotation support plate 601. The cellular storage rack 603 is designed to be partitioned on the rotary shelf 6 for storing lipstick, facial mask, essence, emulsion, etc. for the convenience of users.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the specific structure of the divided storage rack 603 may be as follows: a makeup storage compartment 604 is formed inside the divided storage shelf 603, and referring to fig. 4, a makeup storage compartment 604 is shown in the divided storage shelf 603 disposed below. Alternatively, mutually independent beauty treatment placing compartments 604 are sequentially distributed on the cellular storage rack 603 along the height direction, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the cellular storage rack 603 arranged above is illustrated, mutually independent beauty treatment placing compartments 604 are sequentially distributed along the height direction, in addition, referring to fig. 6, the concrete shape of the beauty treatment placing compartments 604 of the cellular storage rack 603 arranged above is illustrated, and for the same cellular storage rack 603, beauty treatment articles of the same category, for example, lipstick with different colors and the like, can be placed thereon. The cellular storage rack 603 may also be provided with beauty makeup placing compartments 604 which are mutually independent and are sequentially distributed along the horizontal direction.
Or, the cellular storage rack 603 is sequentially distributed with mutually independent beauty makeup placing chambers 604 along the horizontal direction; referring to fig. 4, the lower divided storage rack 603 may be provided with separate makeup storage compartments 604 arranged in the horizontal direction. Alternatively, the cellular storage racks 603 may be provided with separate beauty treatment rooms 604 in the height direction and in the horizontal direction. Referring to fig. 4, the lower divided shelf 603 may be provided with separate makeup storage compartments 604 arranged in the height direction and in the horizontal direction.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a tray 605 is connected to a side of the divided storage shelf 603. Referring to fig. 3, a tray 605 is illustrated, and cosmetics and skin care products can be placed on the tray 605 to fully utilize the space inside the cosmetics refrigerator.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the side portion of the box body is provided with the wind hole 301, and a shielding portion is provided right in front of the wind hole 301 for hiding the wind hole 301. For the existing semiconductor type cosmetic refrigerator, a plurality of radiating air ducts of the cosmetic refrigerator occupy a considerable part of the space on the back of the outer side, so that small winged insects and dust can easily enter the cosmetic refrigerator. The air holes 301 in the makeup refrigerator are hidden and are not easy to find from the appearance and in a front invisible state, so that the attractiveness of the whole refrigerator is enhanced, and the effect of preventing winged insects and dust from falling is achieved.
Regarding the specific structure of the "hidden" wind holes 301, the following can be mentioned: referring to fig. 7 to 8, the base 3 of the case includes a first base portion 302, a second base portion 303, and an intermediate connecting portion 304, the first base portion 3 is provided with a wind hole 301 on a side portion thereof, a circumferential edge of the intermediate connecting portion 304 near the center is connected to the first base portion 302, a circumferential edge of the intermediate connecting portion 304 away from the center is connected to the second base portion 303, and a lower end region of the second base portion 303 in the circumferential direction forms a shielding portion.
In order to facilitate the outer contour of the box body to be cylindrical and not to influence the air inlet and outlet from the air hole 301, the structure of the first base portion 302 is specifically designed as follows: the first base portion 302 includes a first circumferential side portion 3021 and a second circumferential side portion 3022, the second circumferential side portion 3022 is disposed above the first circumferential side portion 3021 and connected to the first circumferential side portion 3021, the first circumferential side portion 3021 extends obliquely inward of the first base 3 in a direction from bottom to top, and the second circumferential side portion 3022 is provided with the air hole 301. Referring to fig. 8, it is shown that when the hot-side fan 706 is a centrifugal fan, the flow direction of the air flow realizes normal air inlet and outlet of the air holes 301.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 7 to 8, a hot end cover plate 305 and a cold end cover plate 306 are disposed in the base 3, the hot end cover plate 305 is disposed below the cold end cover plate 306 and supported on the intermediate connection portion 304, a base insulating layer 307 is interposed between the hot end cover plate 305 and the cold end cover plate 306, the base insulating layer 307 is made of insulating sponge or foam, the semiconductor refrigeration device of the beauty refrigerator is inserted into the hot end cover plate 305 and the cold end cover plate 306, the cold end fin plate 703 of the semiconductor refrigeration device is located above the cold end cover plate 306, and the hot end fin plate 704 of the semiconductor refrigeration device is located below the hot end cover plate 305. Referring to fig. 7-8, the location and installation of the semiconductor-type refrigeration unit within the base 3 is illustrated. By providing the base insulating layer 307 on the base, the refrigeration effect in the beauty refrigerator is maintained.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, regarding the specific structure of the refrigeration apparatus 7, the following may be implemented: the refrigerating device 7 of the beauty refrigerator comprises a refrigerating sheet 701, a cold-guide block 702, a cold-end fin plate 703, a hot-end fin plate 704, a cold-end fan 705 and a hot-end fan 706, wherein the upper end of the cold-guide block 702 is connected with the cold-end fin plate 703, the lower end of the cold-guide block 702 is connected with the hot-end fin plate 704, a heat-insulation screw seat 707 is preferably arranged on the hot-end fin plate 704, a screw is connected with the heat-insulation screw seat 707 and the cold-guide block 702 and used for heat insulation through the heat-insulation screw seat 707, the refrigerating sheet 701 is clamped between the cold-guide block 702 and the hot-end fin plate 704, the refrigerating sheet 701 is connected with a control board 8 of the beauty refrigerator, the cold-end fan 705 is arranged on the upper side of the cold. When the refrigerating sheet 701 is electrified to work, the cold end of the refrigerating sheet 701 exchanges heat with gas in the refrigerator through the cold guide block 702 and the cold end fin plate 703. The hot side of the refrigeration sheet 701 dissipates heat directly through the hot side fin plate 704. Cold side fan 705 is installed on cold side cover plate 306 to drive cold air circulation in the refrigerator room, and hot side fan 706 is installed on hot side cover plate 305 to drive air flow for heat dissipation.
In addition, the control board 8 is mounted on the hot end cover plate 305, the control board 8 is used for receiving instructions of the display board 4, controlling the operation and stop of the LED lamp, the cold end fan 705, the refrigerating sheet 701 and the hot end fan 706 on the beauty cosmetics refrigerator, and finally outputting the temperature and humidity information in the beauty cosmetics refrigerator to the display board 4.
Referring to fig. 8, the hot side fan 706 may be a centrifugal fan, and the circumferential side surface of the box body is provided with air holes 301 matched with the hot side fan 706, referring to fig. 8, which illustrates the flow direction of the air flow when the hot side fan 706 is a centrifugal fan; or, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the hot end fan 706 may also be an axial flow fan, and the circumferential side surface and the bottom surface of the box body are respectively provided with an air hole 301 and a lower air hole 309 which are matched with the hot end fan 706. Referring to fig. 8, the axial fan replaces the centrifugal fan, the bottom of the base 3 is provided with a hole (a lower air hole 309), the axial fan is used for air draft, air is exhausted through the lower air hole 309 of the base 3, the air outlet volume is larger, the heat dissipation effect is better, and the refrigeration temperature is lower.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5, the box body includes a top cover 1, a base 3, a side casing 2 and a box door 5, the box door 5 is connected to the side casing 2, the box door 5 and the side casing 2 form a cylindrical structure, the upper end of the side casing 2 is connected to the top cover 1, the lower end of the side casing 2 is connected to the base 3, a refrigeration device 7 is disposed in the base 3, the top end of a rotary shelf 6 is rotatably connected to the top cover 1, and the bottom end of the rotary shelf 6 is rotatably connected to the base 3 or the bottom end of the rotary shelf 6 is rotatably connected to a. Referring to FIG. 7, the spindle on the rotating shelf 6 is shown inserted into the cold end cover 306. Of course, a rack support plate for supporting the rotating rack 6 may be added to the side case 2. In addition, the top cover 1 can be provided with a magnet for adsorbing the box door 5, and the top cover 1 is provided with an LED lamp strip for illumination; a temperature sensing bulb is installed in the side casing 2 for monitoring the temperature in the refrigerator.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, heat insulating materials are respectively interposed in the top cover 1, the side casing 2 and the box door 5. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the top cover 1 comprises a handle 101, a top cover decorative strip 102, a top cover upper structure 103, a top cover insulating layer 104 and a top cover lower structure 105, the top cover insulating layer 104 is made of insulating sponge or foam and is clamped between the top cover upper structure 103 and the top cover lower structure 105, and the design of the handle 101 facilitates the extraction of the beauty refrigerator. The lateral shell 2 includes a semi-cylindrical outer wall 201, a side plate insulating layer 202 and a semi-cylindrical inner wall 203, the side plate insulating layer 202 is made of insulating sponge or foam, and the side plate insulating layer 202 is clamped between the semi-cylindrical outer wall 201 and the semi-cylindrical inner wall 203. The door 5 includes a door shaft 501, a door inner wall 502, a door insulating layer 503, a door outer wall 504, a door decorative strip 505 and a door handle 506, wherein the door insulating layer 503 is made of insulating sponge or foam, is sandwiched between the door inner wall 502 and the door outer wall 504, and is rotatably connected with the side housing 2 through the door shaft 501. As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the connection structure of the top end of the rotating shelf 6 is specifically as follows: the top of the rotary shelf 6 is directly connected with the top cover 1 through a rotating shaft, and of course, the top of the rotary shelf 6 can also be matched with a bearing through the rotating shaft to realize the rotary connection with the top cover 1. The connection structure of the bottom end of the rotary shelf 6 is as follows: the bottom end of the rotating shelf 6 is directly connected with the base 3 or the placing rack supporting plate through a rotating shaft, see fig. 7, which shows that the rotating shaft on the rotating shelf 6 is inserted into the cold end cover plate 306, or the bottom end of the rotating shelf 6 is matched with the bearing through the rotating shaft to be connected with the base 3 or the placing rack supporting plate in a rotating mode.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, the outer contour of the beauty refrigerator is of a cylindrical structure. In order to match the shape of the internal rotating shelf 6, the external contour of the beauty refrigerator is preferably in a cylindrical structure, and the cylindrical refrigerator structure is also attractive.
The cosmetic refrigerator provided by the invention has the following working procedures: after the beauty cosmetics refrigerator is powered on, a temperature value is manually set through the display panel 4, the control panel 8 receives a command and then controls the refrigerating sheet 701 to work and controls the cold end fan 705 and the hot end fan 706 to work, the cold end forms a refrigerating cycle inside the refrigerator through the cold guide block 702 and the cold end fin plate 703, the hot end fin plate 704 and the hot end fan 706 form a heat dissipation drive at the bottom, so that beauty cosmetics products inside the refrigerator are refrigerated, a temperature sensing bag installed in the refrigerator monitors the temperature and feeds the temperature back to the control panel 8, and the temperature is displayed on the display panel 4.
