Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention are clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a production method of an environment-friendly printed fabric, which comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing and stirring 5-20% of thickening agent and 10-30% of color fixing agent by mass concentration to obtain printing paste; the thickening agent is a nonionic emulsifier, and the color fixing agent is a cationic quaternary ammonium salt color fixing agent;
and S2, applying the printing paste to the grey cloth in a printing mode, drying and baking to obtain the environment-friendly printing fabric.
The printed fabric produced by the method is safe and environment-friendly, can realize personalized and experiential fabric styles, and is beneficial to meeting various requirements of the fabric of children consumer clothes.
The embodiment of the invention firstly prepares printing paste: mixing 5-20% of thickening agent and 10-30% of fixing agent by mass concentration and uniformly stirring. When the thickening agent is less than 5%, the viscosity is not enough, printing cannot be performed, and when the thickening agent is more than 20%, the viscosity is too high, and the screen is easy to block; the color fixing agent is less than 10%, the dyed color is lighter, and the definition of the pattern shown after dyeing is poor after more than 30%. The thickening agent is nonionic, preferably contains peregal O-20 as the main component and has a solid content of 50-70%; the color fixing agent is a cationic quaternary ammonium salt color fixing agent, and the solid content can be 25-35%.
The color fixing agent is a printing and dyeing auxiliary agent used for improving the color wet-proof treatment fastness of the dye on the fabric, and is roughly divided into a cationic polymer type, a resin type and a crosslinking reaction type. The embodiment of the invention adopts the cationic quaternary ammonium salt color fixing agent, and the cationic quaternary ammonium salt color fixing agent is attached to the fabric through a printing process so as to facilitate subsequent application.
The traditional printing process is thickened mainly by sodium alginate and polyacrylate, which are anionic thickeners and cannot be compatible with cationic fixing agents in the application. Select for use nonionic emulsifier in this application to thicken, can play good thickening effect. In the embodiment of the invention, peregal O-20 is used as a main thickening component, and the chemical name of the peregal O-20 is fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether O-20.
The embodiment of the invention prints the grey cloth: and (3) applying the prepared sizing agent to the grey cloth in a printing mode, and drying.
In the embodiment of the invention, the grey fabric is preferably a cotton fabric, the mass fraction of cotton fibers in the fabric is preferably more than 50%, and the cotton fabric is anionic and can be crosslinked with a cationic fixing agent in a bonding manner, so that the anionic fabric becomes cationic, and the anionic fabric is subsequently subjected to ionic bonding with artificial pigments (anionic) such as beverages. The grey cloth is generally white fabric subjected to pretreatment, and can also be colored fabric such as light color and the like; the embodiment of the invention mainly adopts white cotton type fabric. The gram weight and the specification of the grey cloth are not limited, and the grey cloth can be knitted or woven and can have any fabric weave structure.
The printing process of the embodiment of the invention can be flat screen printing or rotary screen printing; can be a piece print or a cut-part print. The invention preferably selects screen printing of cut pieces, and the patterns are fine; further preferably, the mesh number of the screen is 120 meshes.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the printed fabric is baked in the oven, the baking temperature is preferably 130-170 ℃, the baking time can be 1-3 min, so that the printed layer is firmly attached to the fabric, and the environment-friendly printed fabric is obtained.
The invention provides an environment-friendly printed fabric which is obtained by the production method and is provided with a transparent or semitransparent printed layer.
The invention provides a garment, which is sewn with the environment-friendly printed fabric.
The embodiment of the invention can make the produced environment-friendly printed fabric into garment ready-made clothes; the printing layer of the environment-friendly printing fabric part is soaked in an acid dye solution, and colored patterns can be immediately shown. The consumer can carry out personalized dyeing according to own preference, and the specific method comprises the following steps:
(1) dyeing the ready-made clothes:
firstly, putting clothes into a washtub or a beaker, then pouring a certain amount of dye liquor, enabling the dye liquor to submerge the clothes, and soaking for a period of time, so that colored patterns are immediately shown on the printed part of the color fixing agent. Wherein the dye liquor comprises artificial pigment beverage and natural fruit juice, such as colored carbonated beverage, grape juice, orange juice and other beverage or fruit juice containing edible pigment, and the soaking time can be 30 s-5 min;
(2) and (3) cleaning the dyed ready-made clothes:
soaking the dyed ready-made clothes in warm water at 40-60 ℃ for cleaning, and mainly aiming at removing the floating color adhered outside the printing area on the ready-made clothes;
(3) and airing or drying the cleaned ready-made clothes.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the color fixing agent is prepared into the printing paste, then the white fabric is subjected to transparent printing through the specific screen printing plate, and finally the printed fabric is sewn into clothes such as T-shirts and the like. When the white T-shirt is purchased and used by a consumer, the white T-shirt can be simply dyed by using artificial pigments (colored fruit juice or beverage such as grape juice), patterns printed on the clothes can be displayed, and then the clothes become environment-friendly printed clothes through simple washing and drying. Because the washing fastness of the printing presented on the clothes is not high, the printing color of the household washing machine can fall off after washing for 2-3 times, the consumer can repeatedly dye, experience different colors and style effects, and the clothes are personalized and interesting.
The method of the invention does not need any equipment, the used materials are common articles in daily life, the used dye is edible beverage or fruit juice, even small and medium-sized children can carry out dyeing operation by themselves, the whole process is very simple and environment-friendly, and the consumption requirements of individuation, interestingness and experience of consumers such as children and the like can be met.
