本发明涉及一种环保型丁基内胎的配方以及生产工艺,所述环保型丁基内胎的配方包括丁基胶BK‑1675n、氧化锌、天然气炭黑、石蜡基环保型操作油和硫磺,其中上述原料的重量份比为100:3:60:25:4;完成配料后,进行混炼炼胶工艺加工。本发明的优点配方完善,环保,通过固定的混炼时间,配方组分中多环芳香烃成分能够得到有效的挥发,通过权威的多次对产品的检测都能符合德国标准。

环保型丁基内胎的配方以及生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及充气内胎生产技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型丁基内胎的配方以及生产工艺。
背景技术
以往的普通丁基内胎在汽车高速高压高温运行中,会产生苯并芘、萘、二氧化硫等有毒物质,污染大气、环境,长期以往危害人类及其有生物种健康生存。通常情况下充气丁基内胎混炼炼胶工艺对排胶温度要求较低,一般为165度到180度,在这种温度下,配方中配合体系中(丁基再生胶、丁基胶、硬脂酸,氧化锌、硫磺等助剂)含有的多环芳香烃有毒组分很难挥发彻底(多环芳香烃挥发温度一般在200度以上)。传统的丁基内胎混炼炼胶工艺中,工艺中对丁基橡胶的排胶温度要求较低,一般为170度左右,在这种排胶温度下,丁基内胎配方组分中含有的多环芳香烃微量成分很难挥发,并且很难符合德国产品安全委员会(GS-MARK认证)对多环芳香烃含量的要求。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种环保型丁基内胎的配方以及生产工艺,设计巧妙,工艺完善。
本发明的技术方案:
环保型丁基内胎的配方以及生产工艺,所述环保型丁基内胎的配方包括丁基胶BK- 1675n、氧化锌、天然气炭黑、石蜡基环保型操作油和硫磺,其中上述原料的重量份比为100:3:60:25:4;完成配料后,进行混炼炼胶工艺加工。
所述工艺步骤:
(1)将加压式橡胶捏炼机预热后加入丁基胶BK- 1675n,210-220℃炼制 5-7min;捏炼机的上顶栓压力设计0.8MPA;捏炼机填充系数 0.95%。
(2)加入天然气炭黑,210-220℃炼制4-6min。
(3)加入氧化锌、石蜡基环保型操作油,210-220℃炼制4-6min。
(4) 将胶料从加压式橡胶捏炼机中排出。
(5)胶料进入橡胶精炼机中出片散热, 160℃,5min。
(6)精炼散热,100℃,6min。
(7)胶料通过滤胶机精炼过滤,130℃,8min。
(8)胶片放置48h以上,投入加压式捏炼机中,加入硫磺,60-80℃炼制2-3min,得到的加磺胶产品可直接用于生产丁基内胎。
其中:加压式捏炼机型号为X(S)N-75;橡胶精炼机型号为XKJ-560;滤胶机型号为:XJL-250。
本发明的优点是
1、对普通丁基内胎配方中所使用原材料进行筛检,把能够产生苯并芘、二氧化硫等有毒物质的原材料进行去除;对配方进行重新优化配比,所生产出来的环保产品使用性能不变;经过配方中筛除了可产生有毒物质的原材料,并重新设计了配方施工,所生产出来的环保型丁基内胎在在使用性能上没有变化,产品经上海TUV国际实验室检测,里面主要有毒物质含量均符合AFPS GS 2019:01 PAK标准。
2、对捏炼机上顶栓压力由传统的0.6MPA调整为0.8MPA,增加了上顶栓压力,同时也增加了捏炼室内配方组分的压力;其次,我们对捏炼机容积提高了配方组分的填充系数,由0.85%增加到了0.95%,增加了室内混炼容积,同时增加了室内组分、捏炼机转子、捏炼机室壁间的摩擦;最后,通过增加上顶栓合理压力和调整至合理的配方组分填充系数,最终提高了混炼排胶温度,并且将温度能够稳定至210度至220度之间,在此温度环境下,通过固定的混炼时间,配方组分中多环芳香烃成分能够得到有效的挥发,通过权威的多次对产品的检测都能符合德国标准。
具体实施方式
环保型丁基内胎的配方以及生产工艺,所述环保型丁基内胎的配方包括丁基胶BK- 1675n、氧化锌、天然气炭黑、石蜡基环保型操作油和硫磺,其中上述原料的重量份比为100:3:60:25:4;完成配料后,进行混炼炼胶工艺加工。首先筛检出普通丁基内胎所使用可产生有毒物质的原材料,把可产生有毒物质的再生胶去掉,把可产生有毒物质的环烷基橡胶油和煤焦油型炭黑更换成环保型的石蜡油和天然气炭黑;对环保型产品配方重新配比,产品使用性能和普通产品一样满足使用标准;如下表一和表二:

所述环保型丁基内胎的工艺步骤:
(1)将加压式橡胶捏炼机预热后加入丁基胶BK- 1675n,210-220℃炼制 5-7min;捏炼机的上顶栓压力设计0.8MPA;捏炼机填充系数 0.95%。
(2)加入天然气炭黑,210-220℃炼制4-6min。
(3)加入氧化锌、石蜡基环保型操作油,210-220℃炼制4-6min。
(4) 将胶料从加压式橡胶捏炼机中排出。
(5)胶料进入橡胶精炼机中出片散热, 160℃,5min。
(6)精炼散热,100℃,6min。
(7)胶料通过滤胶机精炼过滤,130℃,8min。
(8)胶片放置48h以上,投入加压式捏炼机中,加入硫磺,60-80℃炼制2-3min,得到的加磺胶产品可直接用于生产丁基内胎。
其中:加压式捏炼机型号为X(S)N-75;橡胶精炼机型号为XKJ-560;滤胶机型号为:XJL-250。
充气内胎生产工艺中,主要混炼炼胶工艺做出了相应调整,因为德国环保标准主要对产品组分有相应的环保要求,故对混炼工艺进行了不断反复推敲、试验、检测、最终总结出一套可符合德国环保标准的炼胶工艺。如下表,本发明工艺与传统工艺改进对比:

1.环保型丁基内胎的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述环保型丁基内胎的配方包括丁基胶BK- 1675n、氧化锌、天然气炭黑、石蜡基环保型操作油和硫磺,其中丁基胶BK- 1675n、氧化锌、天然气炭黑、石蜡基环保型操作油和硫磺的重量份比为100:3:60:25:4;完成配料后,进行混炼炼胶工艺加工;
所述的环保型丁基内胎的生产工艺步骤:
(1)将加压式橡胶捏炼机预热后加入丁基胶BK- 1675n,210-220℃炼制 5-7min;捏炼机的上顶栓压力设计0.8MPA;捏炼机填充系数 0.95%,
(2)加入天然气炭黑,210-220℃炼制4-6min;
(3)加入氧化锌、石蜡基环保型操作油,210-220℃炼制4-6min;
(4) 将胶料从加压式橡胶捏炼机中排出;
(5)胶料进入橡胶精炼机中出片散热, 160℃,5min;
(6)精炼散热,100℃,6min;
