Abstract
本发明具体涉及一种用于实蝇防治的食物诱杀剂,为植物保护领域。其食物诱杀剂成分组成包括:实蝇食物引诱剂、害虫毒性成分、水分调节剂、助粘剂、稳定剂以及气味缓释剂;其特征在于:所述成分按照质量百分数:实蝇食物引诱剂25%‑70%,害虫毒性成分0.01%‑4%,水分调节剂12%‑30%,助粘剂2%‑6%,稳定剂2%‑7%,气味缓释剂0.5%‑5%,其余成分为水。按照上成分形成的食物诱杀剂形状成固体膏状,可以直接涂抹于实蝇危害的寄主作物的枝干、叶片上,来引诱目标实蝇前来取食,对于实蝇的雌虫雄虫均有较强的诱集效果,持效期长,绿色安全,田间适用性强的特点,能够满足田间实蝇害虫的防治需求。

技术领域
本发明属于植物保护领域,具体涉及一种用于实蝇防治的食物诱杀剂。
背景技术
实蝇类害虫属于双翅目(Diptera)、实蝇科(Tephritidae),是对果蔬类作物造成严重损失的一类重要害虫。其中,我国以柑橘小实蝇,瓜实蝇,柑橘大实蝇、南亚实蝇这四种实蝇属的害虫较为常见,上述这4种实蝇通常由成虫将卵产于果实表面或内部组织中,幼虫孵化后果实内部蛀食,往往造成果实黄化、畸形、腐烂、脱落等问题。不同种类的实蝇产卵量有一定差别,但总体来说,其成虫期的平均产卵量达400-1000粒,因此,减少实蝇危害,防治的最佳方式是在实蝇成虫羽化期诱杀雌虫。
目前,实蝇防治的主要技术方法为食物诱杀剂,产品原理为,利用实蝇羽化后需要迅速补充营养的习性,通过营养物质和毒性物质来引诱实蝇取食而达到杀灭的效果。如:公开号CN101692836B一种柑橘大实蝇的缓释型引诱剂及用途。我国实蝇发生区主要分布在湖南、湖北、四川、云南、广西、广东等地。而实蝇的羽化高峰期集中在5-9月,恰逢南方多雨季节。目前市面上的食物诱杀剂的产品形态均为流动性膏体或者液体,喷施方法使用食物诱杀剂后会被雨水冲刷而无效,放置在诱捕器中会影响气味的散发导致防治效果低下。尤其遇到连续雨水天气,目前产品基本无法使用下去。因此,现有技术产品在使用上有一定缺陷,具有局限性,无法适用于复杂的气候条件。
为解决上述问题,我们需要开发一种诱集效果好,田间适应性强的实蝇防治的食物诱杀剂。
发明内容:
本发明根据上述四种实蝇防治的实际需求,开发出一种新型的用于实蝇防治的食物诱杀剂,更好的克服了上述现有技术存在的问题和缺陷,其食物诱杀剂使用方法为涂抹,能够适用于各种气候条件,同时对目标实蝇的雌虫雄虫均有较强的诱集效果,具有持效期长,绿色安全,田间适用性强的特点,能够满足田间实蝇害虫的防治需求。
技术方案:
一种用于实蝇的防治的食物诱杀剂,其成分组成包括:实蝇食物引诱剂、害虫毒性成分、水分调节剂、助粘剂、稳定剂以及气味缓释剂;其特征在于:所述成分按照质量百分数:实蝇食物引诱剂25%-70%,害虫毒性成分0.01%-4%,水分调节剂12%-30%,助粘剂2%-6%,稳定剂2%-7%,气味缓释剂0.5%-5%,其余成分为水。按照上成分形成的食物诱杀剂是一种半固体膏状或固体膏状物质,可以直接涂抹于实蝇危害的寄主作物的枝干、叶片上,来引诱实蝇前来取食,来达到目标害虫防治的目的。
进一步的,所述实蝇食物引诱剂包含碳水化合物、蛋白质来源物;其中,碳水化合作为发酵糖、葡萄糖、果糖、半乳糖、蔗糖、乳糖中的两种成分或多种成分的混合物。
进一步的,所述蛋白质来源物为酵母粉、、玉米浆粉、牛肉膏以及蛋白胨中的一种或者多种成分的混合物。
实蝇食物引诱剂的引诱成分是具有特定的芳香性气味,该气味是根据实蝇害虫的生物学特点,其取食刺激因子的种类及特性来进行的筛选,对实蝇害虫具有特异的引诱作用,可引诱实蝇成虫前来取食,其引诱成分的总氮量为0.5-5%,氨基酸态氮含量0.2%-2%。
进一步的,所述害虫毒性成分为噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、吡蚜酮、虫螨腈、多杀霉素、阿维菌素中的一种或多种成分的混合物。
在实蝇食物引诱剂选择的基础上,筛选上述害虫毒性成分,可实现实蝇食物引诱剂的增效,增加对目标害虫取食的引诱效果,其可以与食物诱杀剂有协同增效作用,加速药效发挥,缩短害虫死亡时间。
进一步的,所述水分调节剂为两种组分的混合物,一个组分为:柠檬酸钠、醋酸钠、醋酸铵中的一种;另一组分为:乙醇、丙三醇、乙二醇、吐温20、吐温80中的一种。水分调节剂主要是保持食物诱杀剂的相关形状的稳定性,来适应实蝇类舐吸式口器的取食。
进一步的,所述助粘剂为多种组分的混合物,其中,一种组分为:卡拉胶、魔芋胶、琼脂粉、结冷胶、黄原胶中的一种或多种成分的混合物,另一组分为尿素、凝胶树脂中的一种或两种成分的混合物。在助黏剂的筛选上需要注意以下问题,粘度太低食物诱杀剂容易掉落,粘度太高,不利于实蝇的取食,影响食物诱杀剂的效果。此外,对于实蝇害虫,其危害主要发生在温度大于等于25℃的环境下,需要在该环境下仍然能够保持食物诱杀剂粘度的稳定性显得更为重要。上述所筛选的组分,充分考虑的以上情况,并且符合相关要求。
进一步的,所述稳定剂为山梨酸钾、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、三氯生、乳酸链球菌素、正辛基异噻唑啉酮中的一种或多种成分的混合物。选择上述稳定剂是充分考虑了直接涂抹时田间环境的复杂性,同时该组合的稳定剂还具有防腐杀菌的作用,可以在储藏期抑制产气菌的生长,也可以避免在高温环境下长菌变质,影响效果。
进一步的,所述气味缓释剂为脲醛树脂、聚脲、木质素磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙,沸石分子筛、硅藻土、高岭土其中一种或多种成分的混合物。上述气味缓释剂可以通过水分调节剂延长食物诱杀剂的气味的释放时长,同时也能增加毒性物质的缓释能力,使气味更持久。同时气味缓释剂与水分调节剂组合后形成双相调节因子,根据气候条件可自动调整水分含量,保证诱杀剂的稳定性。
进一步的,所述的食物诱杀剂的制备方法,包含以下制备步骤,其特征在于:
步骤(1):将稳定剂加入溶于水的实蝇食物引诱剂搅拌均匀;
步骤(2):加入毒性成分搅拌均匀;
步骤(3):加入溶于水的气味缓释剂,搅拌均匀,加适量水;
步骤(4):缓慢加入水分调节剂和助粘剂的混合物,充分搅拌。
其中,在步骤(1)中,需要充分搅拌,并使其混合物均匀;在步骤(4)中,需要一边搅拌一边缓慢加入水分调节剂和助粘剂的混合物,充分搅拌时间不小于2小时。
采用上述制备方法,制作的食物诱杀剂为固体膏状,不用水稀释,可直接涂抹实蝇危害的果园的相关的枝杈、藤蔓、茎秆、叶片等组织上,来进行目标害虫的食物诱集,来实现相关防治的目的。
综上,本发明一种用于实蝇的防治的食物诱杀剂,根据实蝇害虫的特点以及更优的防治方式,增加了助黏剂,采用多组成分混合物,使食物诱杀剂处于适合的粘度和状态,有利于实蝇的取食;其稳定剂种类及成分的筛选,既考虑了田间的适用性,又考虑食物诱杀剂其他成分可能出现的在储藏环境下的胀气以及高温环境下的变质,来进一步保证了食物诱杀剂的防治效果;此外,本成分在气味缓释剂的选择上,在实现引诱成分气味缓释的基础上,气味缓释剂也可与毒性物质反应也增加毒性效果以及毒性的持续时间。将食物诱杀剂的各成分及含量,按照制备方法进行制备,所形成的食物诱杀剂成为半固体膏状或固体膏状,可直接涂抹至拟防治区域,能够较好的引诱目标实蝇并实现诱杀,其持效期可达40天,同时,其安全绿色,对植物、蜜蜂等无诱集或毒害作用。

通过实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,实施例不应该当作对本发明的限制。
实施例1:
将本发明一种用于实蝇防治的食物诱杀剂,其成分组成剂质量百分数如下:实蝇食物引诱剂70%,其中,碳水化合物为发酵糖、葡萄糖的混合物,蛋白质来源物为酵母粉、玉米浆粉的混合物;害虫毒性成分噻虫嗪,含量为0.01%;助粘剂为卡拉胶、魔芋胶、尿素的混合物,含量为2%,稳定剂为山梨酸钾、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮的混合物,含量2%,气味缓释剂为脲醛树脂、聚脲、木质素磺酸钠的混合物,含量0.5%,水分调节剂质量含量为21%,其余成分是水。其中,水分调节剂的组成成分及相关成分的质量含量如下表:

按照上述成分以及质量组成的用于实蝇防治的食物诱杀剂1-8以及对照CK,分别涂抹在柑橘树,1-1.5m的树枝上,每亩柑橘园涂抹8处,每处间隔距离相似,上述每个处理重复4次,40天后调查蛀果率,具体如下表。

由表2可知:
(1)含有水分调节剂的食物诱杀剂1-8进行柑橘大实蝇的防治上,其蛀果率具有明显了降低,均小于8%;其中,食物诱杀剂1-6的防治后的蛀果率更低,均小于5%,其中食物诱杀剂3防治后的蛀果率仅为1.5%。而未添加水分调节剂的诱杀剂对照CK,其防治后的蛀果率明显提升,为15.4%;
(2)水分调节剂在本发明中具有重要的作用,其中,由两种组分组合的水分调节剂的的食物诱杀剂1-6防治后的平均蛀果率3.30%显著小于由一种成分水分调节剂的食物诱杀剂7-8的平均蛀果率6.95%,可见选择上述两种组成作为水分调节剂的食物诱杀剂具有较好防治效果。
实施例2:
将本发明一种用于实蝇防治的食物诱杀剂,其成分组成剂质量百分数如下:实蝇食物引诱剂50%,其中,碳水化合物为果糖、乳糖的混合物,蛋白质来源物为酵母粉、蛋白胨的混合物;害虫毒性成分为吡蚜酮、虫螨腈、阿维菌素的混合物,质量含量为4%;水分调节剂为醋酸钠、吐温20的混合物,质量含量为12%,助粘剂含量为4%,稳定剂为三氯生、正辛基异噻唑啉酮的混合物,质量含量7%,气味缓释剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙、硅藻土的混合物,含量5%,其余成分是水。其中,助粘剂的组成成分及相关成分的质量含量如下表:

按照上述成分以及质量组成分别制作用于实蝇防治的食物诱杀剂1-7以及对照CK,分别涂抹在高度1-1.5m的树枝上,每亩柑橘园涂抹10处,每处间隔距离相同或相似,每2周观察一次诱杀剂的余量面积作为耐雨水冲刷的指标,6周后调查蛀果率。上述每个处理重复4次,统计相关数据,具体如下表。

由表4结果显示:
(1)在抗雨水冲刷能力方面:添加水分调节剂的实蝇食物诱杀剂1-7进行柑橘小实蝇的防治上,在经历雨水冲刷的情况下,2周后的诱杀剂的剩余量均大于90%以上,4周后的诱杀剂的剩余量为79%-90%,6周后的诱杀剂的剩余量均大于50%以上,而诱杀剂对照CK,由于其缺少了助粘剂,在2周后的诱杀剂的剩余量仅为36%,而4周后,雨水冲刷的作用,诱杀剂的剩余量为0。本发明的助粘剂在增强实蝇诱杀剂的抗雨水冲刷能力上具有显著的作用;
(2)在蛀果率方面:由于食物诱杀剂1-7在抗雨水冲刷能力方面具有明显的优势,因此在6周后蛀果率的效果调查上具有明显的优势,为1.1%-5.8%,而诱杀剂对照CK由于被雨水冲刷,6周后的蛀果率为70.36%。
综上,筛选合适成分以及比例的助粘剂对于提高食物诱杀剂产品在抗雨水冲刷、产品的持效期具有较好的效果,同时,对于降低蛀果率方面也具有明显的优势。
实施例3:
将本发明一种用于实蝇防治的食物诱杀剂,其成分组成剂质量百分数如下:实蝇食物引诱剂25%,其中,碳水化合物为发酵糖、半乳糖、蔗糖的混合物,蛋白质来源物为玉米浆粉、牛肉膏的混合物;害虫毒性成分为吡虫啉、多杀霉素的混合物,质量含量为2%;水分调节剂为醋酸铵、吐温80的混合物,质量含量为30%,助粘剂为琼脂粉、结冷胶与凝胶树脂的混合物,质量含量为6%,稳定剂质量含量4.5%,气味缓释剂为沸石分子筛,质量含量1.5%,其余成分是水。其中,稳定剂的组成成分及相关成分的质量含量如下表:

由表6结果显示:
含有稳定剂的食物诱杀剂1-5进行瓜实蝇的防治,其蛀果率具有明显的降低,为1.9%-7%,其中,食物诱杀剂5防治后的蛀果率仅为1.9%,而未添加稳定剂的诱杀剂对照CK,其防治后的蛀果率明显升高,达22.5%.
可见,本发明稳定剂在适当的组分和比例下对于提高食物诱杀剂在目标害虫的防治上具有良好的效果,可有效降低目标害虫的蛀果率。
实施例4:
将本发明一种用于实蝇防治的食物诱杀剂,其成分组成剂质量百分数如下:实蝇食物引诱剂38%,其中,碳水化合物为葡萄糖、半乳糖、蔗糖的混合物,蛋白质来源物为酵母粉、牛肉膏、蛋白胨的混合物;害虫毒性成分为虫螨腈,质量含量为0.5%;水分调节剂为柠檬酸钠、丙三醇的混合物,质量含量为25.5%;助粘剂为卡拉胶、琼脂粉、尿素与凝胶树脂的混合物,质量含量为3%,稳定剂为乳酸链球菌素,质量含量4.5%,气味缓释剂质量含量3%,其余成分是水。其中,气味缓释剂的组成成分及相关成分的质量含量如下表:

按照上述成分以及质量组成的分别制备用于实蝇的防治的食物诱杀剂1-7以及对照CK,分别涂抹在芒果树,1-1.5m的树枝上,每亩涂抹10处,每处间隔距离相同或相似,上述每个处理重复4次,45天后统计蛀果率,具体如下表。

由表8结果显示
含有气味缓释剂的食物诱杀剂1-7进行南亚实蝇的防治,其蛀果率具有明显的降低,为1.5%-5.8%,其中,食物诱杀剂3防治后的蛀果率仅为1.5%,而未添加稳定剂的诱杀剂对照CK,其防治后的蛀果率明显升高,达18.2%.
可见,本发明气味缓释剂在适当的组分和比例下对于提高食物诱杀剂在目标害虫的防治上具有良好的效果,可有效降低目标害虫的蛀果率。
实施例5:
首先,将实蝇食物引诱剂45%,其中,碳水化合物为葡萄糖、半乳糖、蔗糖的混合物,酵母粉、牛肉膏、蛋白胨的混合物溶于水中,充分搅拌均匀;
其次,在上述溶液中,加入质量含量5%的乳酸链球菌素搅拌均匀;
再加入质量含量为0.1%的阿维菌素,搅拌均匀;
再加入溶于水的硅藻土和沸石分子筛的混合物,其质量含量3%,搅拌均匀;
最后加入质量含量为20%水分调节剂和质量含量为4%的助粘剂的混合物,其中,水分调节剂为柠檬酸钠、乙醇的混合物;助粘剂为卡拉胶和凝胶树脂的混合物,在加入的过程中,需要一边搅拌一边缓慢加入,其搅拌时间不小于2小时。
按照上述步骤制备出本发明的食物诱杀剂,与现有技术柑桔大实蝇的缓释型引诱剂进行对比试验,相关信息如下:实验地点:云南省蒙自市
时间:2020年8月-9月
作物:石榴
防治目标害虫:柑橘小实蝇
按照上述成分以及质量组成的用于实蝇防治的食物诱杀剂混合物以及现有技术柑桔大实蝇的缓释型引诱剂分别涂抹在石榴树上部枝丫处,每亩涂抹15处,每亩用量200克,每处间隔距离相同或相似,上述每个处理重复2次。
现有技术1:采用喷施实蝇诱杀剂的方式,即:每亩喷施15个点,每个点0.5平米大小,每亩用量200克,诱杀剂按照现有技术方式进行稀释喷施。
现有技术2:采用实蝇诱杀剂配合诱捕器方式,每亩诱杀剂200克,诱捕器15个,将诱杀剂按照使用方法,将其总量平均放置在诱捕器内。
涂抹和喷施的在下面铺上白色塑料膜每7天清理收集到的死亡实蝇数量,挂诱捕器的每7天清理计数死亡的实蝇数量。每7天调查蛀果率,连续观察4周。其间雨天天数累计18天。

由表9结果显示,本发明实蝇诱杀剂对雌虫雄虫均有诱杀效果,4周累计诱集雌虫877头、雄虫655头;持效期长达4周。现有技术1柑桔大实蝇的缓释型引诱剂诱集雌虫307头、雄虫245头;现有技术2柑桔大实蝇的缓释型引诱剂诱集雌虫仅189头、雄虫209头。现有技术1-2的诱虫数明显低于本发明的诱虫数。
由表10结果显示,对比使用前,使用本发明诱杀剂1周后蛀果率降低了18%,使用4周后蛀果率降低至1.5%。而使用现有技术1-2的情况,在使用后的第一周和第二周,其蛀果率具有明显的下降,但在第三周、第四周后,其蛀果率又成上升趋势,4周后蛀果率分别下降3%和2%,对蛀果率下降的效果很小。
在综合分析现有技术1-2的蛀果率变化时,蛀果率和产品的持效期、田间适用性性有明显的关系,由于雨水的冲刷,在现有技术1在第三周其诱虫数明显的下降,而采用诱捕器配套诱杀剂的现有技术2可能由于引诱剂气味释放的问题,其总体的诱虫量均明显低于本发明,现有技术1,其蛀果率相对于使用前,整体变化不大,仅在第二周后蛀果率相对使用前36%,减少了12%。
由此可知,本发明实蝇食物诱杀剂具有良好的田间适用性,可耐雨水冲刷以及日晒,在目标害虫的防治上具有良好的效果,可提升产品的持效期,有效降低目标害虫的蛀果率。
以上所述并非是对本发明的限制,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明实质范围的前提下,还可以做出若干变化、改型、添加、替换或者有限的试验可以得到的技术方案,也应当视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于实蝇防治的食物诱杀剂,其成分组成包括:实蝇食物引诱剂、害虫毒性成分、水分调节剂、助粘剂、稳定剂以及气味缓释剂;其特征在于:所述成分按照质量百分数:实蝇食物引诱剂25%-70%,害虫毒性成分0.01%-4%,水分调节剂12%-30%,助粘剂2%-6%,稳定剂2%-7%,气味缓释剂0.5%-5%,其余成分为水;其特征在于:所述气味缓释剂为脲醛树脂、聚脲、木质素磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、沸石分子筛、硅藻土、高岭土其中一种或多种成分的混合物;所述助粘剂为多种组分的混合物,其中,一种组分为:卡拉胶、魔芋胶、琼脂粉、结冷胶、黄原胶中的一种或多种成分的混合物,另一组分为尿素、凝胶树脂中的一种或两种成分的混合物;所述水分调节剂为两种组分的混合物,一个组分为:柠檬酸钠、醋酸钠、醋酸铵中的一种;另一组分为:乙醇、丙三醇、乙二醇、吐温20、吐温80中的一种;所述稳定剂为山梨酸钾、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、三氯生、乳酸链球菌素、正辛基异噻唑啉酮中的一种或多种成分的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食物诱杀剂,其特征在于:所述实蝇食物引诱剂包含碳水化合物、蛋白质来源物;其中,碳水化合物为葡萄糖、果糖、半乳糖、蔗糖或者乳糖中的两种成分或多种成分的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的食物诱杀剂,其特征在于:所述蛋白质来源物为酵母粉、玉米浆粉、牛肉膏以及蛋白胨中的一种或者多种成分的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的食物诱杀剂,其特征在于:所述害虫毒性成分为噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、吡蚜酮、虫螨腈、多杀霉素、阿维菌素中的一种或多种成分的混合合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的食物诱杀剂的制备方法,包含以下制备步骤,其特征在于:
步骤(1):将稳定剂加入溶于水的实蝇食物引诱剂搅拌均匀;
步骤(2):加入毒性成分搅拌均匀;
步骤(3):加入溶于水的气味缓释剂,搅拌均匀,加适量水;
步骤(4):缓慢加入水分调节剂和助粘剂的混合物,充分搅拌。
