Compared with the prior art, the automatic weighing device has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation, realization of automatic weighing of cargoes, avoidance of weighing errors from multiple aspects, high working efficiency, low error rate and high automation degree, and can be widely used for cargo operation of various ports.

The intelligent cargo weighing system of claim 1, wherein the end system of the weighing room comprises: the system comprises a scale head instrument, a barrier gate, an LED display screen, a card reader, a bar code scanning gun, an infrared correlation device, a printer, a camera, a vehicle detector, a computer terminal, a sound box, a signal lamp, a scale, a cabinet, a local database and a remote database; the vehicle detector is arranged at the front part of the barrier, the vehicle detector detects whether the vehicle needs to pass through the scale or not, the barrier controls the vehicle to pass through, the barrier and the vehicle detector are respectively connected with the cabinet, the platform scale is arranged at the rear part of the barrier, the cameras and the infrared correlation devices are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the platform scale, the cameras and the infrared correlation devices are connected with the cabinet, the infrared correlation devices judge whether the vehicle is completely weighed or not through shielding or not, and the cameras monitor and capture license plates; the platform scale is connected with the platform scale head instrument, the platform scale head instrument is connected with the computer terminal, and the weight displayed on the computer terminal is consistent with the platform scale head instrument; the computer terminal is connected with the cabinet, and the cabinet is connected with the local database and the remote database; the cabinet is also connected with an LED display screen, a card reader, a bar code scanning gun, a printer, a sound box and a signal lamp, and the LED display screen displays weighing information and guides a driver to finish weighing; the card reader reads the IC card information; the bar code scanning gun reads the bar code number on the dispatching list, and the thermal printer prints the pound list.
3. The intelligent cargo weighing system of claim 1, wherein the weighing processing module comprises the following units:
weighing information verification unit: when the weighing information is stored, the user takes a picture at the same time, and stores the identified license plate, the identification result is compared, the judgment condition of release of the lifting rod is not used, but the alarm prompt is given, the storage is carried out, and the identification result can be checked when the user carries out follow-up in the later period;
special pound number prompt unit: aiming at different kinds of goods, the system provides a designated wagon balance weighing function, after a driver sweeps a code without designating a wagon balance, data is not stored, a barrier gate is automatically released, voice prompt is carried out, and simultaneously, a prompt of 'please weigh to # wagon balance' is prompted on an array indication screen; the transportation of the 'goods' and the refueling and waste collecting vehicles are carried out according to the flow. Manually inputting under special conditions, and sending a release instruction to customs;
a remote database storage unit: the remote database uses SQL Server/MySQL database Server to provide a complete solution from Server to terminal, wherein the database Server is a database management system for establishing, using and maintaining database;
local database storage unit: the local database is realized by using SQLite, and the whole database is stored in a single file on the host computer;
under the normal condition of a local area network in a port area, a system adopts a remote server to store data and simultaneously has a local area; under the condition that a local area network of a port area is abnormal, starting local storage to obtain tare weight, after secondary measurement of the same vehicle number is finished, removing the tare weight, temporarily keeping weighing data in a local database, and under the condition that the network is recovered, uploading the local data to a central data server;
pound order additional recording unit: when the vehicle is abnormal in weighing, the data can be manually input into the system, if the network connection is abnormal, the data can be saved into a local file one by one, and the data are sequentially transferred to a network database when the network is normal;
a system abnormality presentation unit: when the system is abnormal, the system can inform a manager with a clear prompt and display the reason of the abnormality;
weighing prompting unit: after weighing, the weight is displayed in red, and when weighing is not completed, the weight is displayed in green; the weighing process is rapidly mastered through the display of different colors;
prevent secondary unit of punching the card: in a single weighing process (from weighing up to weighing down), only one-time information is allowed to be stored, after a card is swiped successfully, a card reader is automatically shielded, the weighing is finished when the card is swiped down, if the card is swiped unsuccessfully or other process abnormalities occur, the system prompts the abnormality of a driver through voice and a large screen, the abnormality information is automatically sent to a weighing supervision room, and the card can be swiped again after the abnormality disappears or after manual dry prognosis;
minimum weight limit enabling and disabling unit: the system sets the minimum weight of part of vehicles, when the weight of the vehicle is less than the set minimum weight of the vehicle, the data is prohibited to be stored when the vehicle passes through the pound scale, and the vehicle with the condition can pass through the pound scale smoothly by setting the minimum weight prohibition;
maximum weight limiting unit: the system sets the maximum weight of part of vehicles, when the weight of the vehicle is larger than the set maximum weight of the vehicle, the data is prohibited to be stored when the vehicle is over weight, a driver is reminded that the vehicle is overweight through voice and a large screen, and the maximum load of the vehicle is independently set for part of non-dangerous chemical products;
a planned weight control unit: the net weight and the planned surplus of the vehicle are checked, the delivery volume is controlled, the system has two planning functions, one is for single-ship cargo control, the weight is not controlled according to a client, the weight of the other plan is strictly controlled, and if the weight is overweight, the weighing can be continuously carried out only by modifying the plan by personnel in the market department;
a blacklist management unit: the system can set a blacklist rule, when abnormal vehicles meeting the rule appear in the weighing process, the system adds the information of the vehicles into a blacklist pool, pushes the information to related management personnel, and places the vehicles into a blacklist after manual verification; the vehicle information is automatically moved out of the blacklist pool and is recovered to be normal without manual verification within a specified time;
a cheating prevention unit: the instrument and the computer are disconnected for 10 seconds, the system automatically records a record, an abnormal prompt is prompted in a supervision room, a supervisor can call a real-time monitoring or monitoring video to supervise the weighing process so as to prevent the instrument from being interfered by people through technical means, meanwhile, the system adds the weighing vehicle and the driver into a supervision vehicle list, and then the driver and the vehicle pay key attention.
4. The intelligent cargo weighing system of claim 1, wherein the weighing direction design module comprises the following units:
a one/two-way setting unit: the default of the system is bidirectional pound, the system can be set through the single/bidirectional parameter in the system parameters, when the system is set to be bidirectional, the pound can be carried out in more than two directions, the system judges the specific stage of the current process according to the scanning condition of the bar code single or IC card and the state of the vehicle, and further carries out data processing; when set to "one-way", the pound can only be weighed from a single side, and the judgment of "tare weight" or "gross weight", the "two-way pound" and the "one-way pound" are set to "inlet" and "outlet" according to corresponding other parameters;
"exit/entrance" setting unit: for the bidirectional pound, when the vehicle pounds from different directions, the system can judge whether the current flow is tare weight, gross weight or pre-weighing by combining a bar code single or an IC card, and when the weight state of the vehicle is not consistent with the actual flow, the system gives voice and acousto-optic alarm; for the one-way pound, the vehicle can only pound from the direction set as the entrance, pound from the wrong direction, the barrier gate is not released, and the driver is prompted to operate correctly through voice and audible and visual alarm.
5. The intelligent port cargo weighing system of claim 1, wherein the weighing supervision module comprises the following units:
an abnormal weighing processing unit: four abnormal weighing processing windows are arranged above the window of the computer terminal, four abnormal alarm information is displayed, the four abnormal alarm information is comprehensively sorted according to time and priority, and the processing windows are opened by selecting corresponding processing buttons;
weighbridge dynamic supervision unit: the list below the window of the computer terminal is a list of 10 wagon balance in the harbor area, dynamic information of each wagon balance is displayed, and manual intervention can be performed on a wagon balance flow after one wagon balance is selected;
an exception handling unit: the exception handling unit can handle the following exceptions, raise the stem: sending a rod lifting command to the corresponding wagon balance; rod falling: sending a rod dropping command to the corresponding wagon balance; swiping the card again: after the corresponding data is maintained, issuing a card swiping command again to complete weighing operation; allowing weighing: when the weight is not in accordance with the requirement, clicking the button to allow the wagon balance to complete weighing operation; forbid the minimum weight limit: allowing the vehicle to weigh less; and (3) stopping use: the wagon balance is stopped; starting: restarting the wagon balance;
empty display unit: the 12-hour empty vehicle list is used for displaying the number of empty vehicles within 12 hours, so that a central control worker can conveniently know dynamic information in a port weighing link, and can conveniently process useless data;
the control unit for leaving the air station: the method comprises the following steps of empty vehicle departure control, wherein when a vehicle needs to be left in an empty state due to a fault, the vehicle is allowed to leave the empty state, the empty vehicle needs to be punched and taken out of the port according to a normal flow, the system can automatically judge the empty vehicle, and the system records the empty vehicle departure;
a subsidizing authorization unit: and (4) subsidizing and authorizing: the driver can apply for the additional pound order on the self-service terminal, the supervision room system interface displays the application of the additional pound order in a list mode, the additional pound authorization unit authorizes the additional pound order, and the additional pound order can be applied only after authorization.
6. The intelligent port cargo weighing system of claim 1, wherein the first weighing data editing module comprises an inquiry and editing unit, the inquiry function unit inquires by inputting inquiry conditions, and the editing function unit is used for editing weighing data and storing the weighing data after the weighing data is modified; the second weighing data editing module comprises an inquiry, data editing and change notice unit, the inquiry functional unit inquires by inputting inquiry conditions, and the data editing unit is used for editing weighing data and storing the weighing data after modification; if there are multiple vehicle binding tickets in error, the correct ticket is selected by changing the ticket unit after the record to be modified is selected.
7. The intelligent port cargo weighing system of claim 1, wherein the first-time weighing data management module comprises an inquiry unit, a cancellation unit and a remedy unit, the inquiry function unit inquires by inputting inquiry conditions, and the cancellation function unit is used for canceling records and adding cancellation marks on the records; if the error invalidation operation is executed, the recovery is carried out by the remedial function unit; the secondary weighing data management module comprises an inquiry, invalidation, recovery and skin returning functional unit, wherein the inquiry functional unit inquires by inputting inquiry conditions, the invalidation functional unit is used for invalidating records, and invalidation marks are added on the records; if the error invalidation operation is executed, the recovery is carried out by a recovery functional unit; if a recorded tare weight is to be used to re-weigh the pound, a selected obsolete record is processed through the return skin function to produce a new tare weight.
8. The intelligent cargo weighing system for the port according to claim 1, wherein the equipment parameter management module comprises an inquiry unit, a newly-added unit, a deleting unit and a printing unit, wherein the inquiry unit inquires by inputting a place and displays the equipment parameters of the place; the newly added unit maintains user information through newly added records and is newly added; the deleting unit is used for deleting the current line in the list; the printing unit displays a printing window.
9. A method for intelligent weighing using the system of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) before the vehicle enters a port and is weighed, a vehicle owner prints a vehicle dispatching list through a self-service terminal system;
(2) when the platform scale is not in use, the green light is turned on, and the scale body is driven by the vehicle;
(3) when the vehicle passes through the vehicle detector, the red light is lightened, the infrared correlation device judges whether the vehicle is completely weighed, and the weighing subsystem automatically judges whether the vehicle is stopped stably;
(4) if the parking space is normal and the weight is stable, prompting a driver to swipe a card or a bar code, displaying weighing information by an LED, acquiring data after identity confirmation, storing the data, and performing video monitoring and license plate snapshot;
(5) judging the vehicle information, lifting the barrier gate, delaying the falling of the barrier gate after passing through the infrared transmitter and the ground induction coil, lighting a green light, and loading/unloading the vehicle when the vehicle enters the port;
(6) the vehicle departure weighing process is similar to the arrival weighing process, and the difference is that when a driver swipes a card or a bar code, the system can automatically print a list.
10. The intelligent port cargo weighing method according to claim 9, wherein the self-service terminal system comprises a card making module, a card writing module and a replenishment weighing list module; the card making module is in electrical information connection with the electronic commerce subsystem, the card writing module is in electrical information connection with the weighing subsystem, the additional weighing single module is in electrical information connection with the weighing supervision module of the weighing subsystem, the card making module is used for issuing an IC card to perform operation and inputting card numbers, vehicle numbers, trailer numbers, vehicle companies, check no-load and frame number information and storing corresponding information for vehicles which are in short-fall operation in a port, and the system is required to ensure the uniqueness of the vehicle numbers and the card numbers; after the card writing module finishes vehicle weighing outside the signing port, a driver holds a weighing sheet and brushes a bar code at a self-service terminal, an IC card is placed on a card writing device, and the system writes the content of the weighing sheet on the card; the driver scans the bar code at the self-service terminal, the terminal displays the information of the pound bill bound by the bar code, if the pound bill has a problem in printing, the driver submits a application of the additional pound bill to perform additional printing through the additional pound bill module to reprint the pound bill, and the reprinted pound bill is marked with a 'additional' character mark.
