The water pressure at the water outlet end of the water pump is used as a set parameter, and the rotating speed of a water pump motor is adjusted through the output frequency of the PLC automatic control frequency converter, so that the closed-loop adjustment of the water pressure of a user pipe network is realized, and the automatic constant pressure of a water supply system is stabilized at a set pressure value: when the water amount is increased, the frequency is increased, and the rotating speed of the water pump is accelerated; when the water consumption is reduced, the frequency is reduced, and the rotating speed of the water pump is reduced. Thus, the whole user pipe network is ensured to have sufficient water pressure and water quantity at any time.
The pressure sensor arranged on the water outlet pipeline transmits a pressure signal of water supply pressure to the PLC, the signal is compared with a set pressure signal after being processed inside the PLC, the purpose of stabilizing the water supply pressure is achieved by automatically changing the rotating speed of the motor and adjusting the flow of the water pumps through the frequency converter (automatically controlling the increase and decrease of the number of the water pumps during multi-pump control), and the water supply device adopts frequency conversion constant pressure water supply and has the advantages of high efficiency, energy conservation, reliable operation, simple operation and the like.
