Background
In order to bring convenience to users to take articles in the drawer at the lower position of the refrigerator, a liftable refrigerator drawer is designed in the industry. When in use, the drawer of the refrigerator is firstly pulled out to be in place, and then the drawer is driven to rise to a certain height, so that a user can take articles conveniently. However, the operation of the conventional refrigerator drawer is time-consuming, and the operation needs to be completed in two steps, namely pulling out the drawer first and then lifting the drawer, so that the speed of opening and lifting the drawer is slow, and the efficiency of taking and taking articles and the user experience are affected.
Therefore, how to overcome the defects that the prior refrigerator drawer is slow in opening and lifting speed, which affects the efficiency of taking articles and the user experience, is an urgent problem to be solved in the industry.

The invention provides a drawer box capable of being opened and lifted quickly, which comprises a drawer box body and a lifting mechanism. The drawer box body is formed by connecting a front-section box body and a rear-section flexible elastic frame, and the rear-end flexible elastic frame can elastically deform and contract downwards relative to the front-section box body.
Preferably, the front section box body is a wedge-shaped box with a high front part and a low rear part, the flexible elastic frame is a wedge-shaped flexible elastic frame with a high front bottom and a high rear part, and the front end of the wedge-shaped flexible elastic frame is hinged with the upper part of the front end of the wedge-shaped box to form a complete drawer box body.
Preferably, the lifting mechanism comprises lead screw nuts arranged at four corners of the wedge-shaped box, a lead screw matched with and driven by the lead screw nuts, a transmission mechanism driving the lead screw to rotate and a driving motor mechanism.
Preferably, the transmission mechanism comprises a belt wheel and a screw gear which are coaxially arranged with the lower end of one screw rod, and the other three belt wheels which are coaxially arranged with the lower end of the other screw rod and are used for belt transmission of the belt wheels.
Preferably, the driving motor mechanism comprises a motor and a motor gear, and the motor gear is in meshing transmission with the lead screw gear.
Preferably, the transmission mechanism can also be a belt transmission mechanism, and a driven belt wheel of the belt transmission mechanism is coaxially installed with the lower end of the screw rod.
Preferably, the driving motor mechanism comprises a motor and a driving pulley, and the driving pulley drives a driven pulley of the belt transmission mechanism.
Preferably, two sides of the driving belt wheel of the belt transmission mechanism are respectively provided with a tensioning wheel.
The invention also provides a refrigerator which comprises a box compartment and a drawer and is characterized in that the drawer box is arranged in the drawer, and the top surface in the box compartment is provided with restraining wheels corresponding to two side edges of the wedge-shaped flexible elastic frame.
Preferably, the top surface in the chamber between the boxes is fixedly hoisted by a limit switch.
According to the invention, the rear half part of the drawer box is made into the frame body which can be elastically deformed downwards, when the drawer box is empty or the height of the articles in the drawer box is lower than the drawer port, the drawer is transversely pulled out, and the lifting mechanism is started to vertically lift the drawer box. In the process that the drawer box is pulled out and ascends, the constraint wheels arranged on the top surface of the refrigerator compartment are just correspondingly pressed on two side edges of the wedge-shaped flexible elastic frame of the drawer box, the pulled part of the drawer box continuously ascends, and the frame body which is not pulled out is supported and pressed by the constraint wheels to elastically deform and contract downwards. When the drawer box is completely and transversely pulled out of the box body chamber, the restraining wheel releases the pressing of the wedge-shaped flexible elastic frame, and the wedge-shaped flexible elastic frame rebounds upwards quickly to restore the original shape. The refrigerator provided by the invention can simultaneously carry out two processes of drawing out and lifting the drawer, thereby reducing the waiting time for a user to take and place articles, improving the efficiency of taking articles and improving the use experience of the user. Because the top plate with the limit switch is arranged at the top of the compartment, the limit switch can be triggered to stop rising when the top plate is pushed up by articles in the drawer, and the articles are prevented from being collided and crushed.

The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present invention provides an embodiment of a quick-openable raised drawer box, including: drawer box body, elevating system. The drawer box body is formed by connecting a front section box body and a rear section flexible elastic frame, and the rear section flexible elastic frame can elastically deform and contract downwards relative to the front section box body. In this embodiment, the front box body is a wedge-shaped box 5 with a high front part and a low back part, as shown in fig. 2, that is, the left side (front) of the wedge-shaped box 5 is high, the right side (back) is low, and the flexible elastic frame is a wedge-shaped flexible elastic frame 4 with a high front bottom and a high back part, as shown in fig. 3, the left side (front) of the wedge-shaped flexible elastic frame 4 is low, the right side (back) is high, and the front end of the wedge-shaped flexible elastic frame 4 and the upper part of the front end of the wedge-shaped box 5 are hinged 41 to form a drawer box body with a complete rectangular main body. The driving motor mechanism comprises a motor 6 and a motor gear 11 coaxially mounted with a shaft of the motor, and the motor gear 11 is in meshing transmission with the lead screw gear 7. According to the requirement, the transmission mechanism can also adopt other transmission mechanisms, for example, a gear set is meshed for transmission to drive the screw rod nut mechanism for transmission, and a belt transmission mechanism can also be selected, namely, a driven belt wheel of the belt transmission mechanism and the lower end of the screw rod are coaxially arranged, and the diameters of the driven belt wheels are the same. The driving motor mechanism comprises a motor and a driving belt wheel coaxially mounted with a shaft of the motor, and two sides of the driving belt wheel are respectively provided with a tensioning wheel so as to increase the friction force of the belt. The driving belt wheel drives the driven belt wheel of the transmission mechanism so as to drive the screw rod to rotate. In this embodiment, all the belt drives can adopt synchronous belt drive to ensure the reliability of the belt drive.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention further provides a refrigerator, which includes a cabinet compartment 1 and a drawer 10. The drawer box is arranged in the drawer 10, and the top surface in the box chamber 1 is provided with the restraint wheels 3 corresponding to the left side and the right side of the wedge-shaped flexible elastic frame 4. A top plate 2 is fixedly hoisted on the top surface inside the box chamber 1 through four limit switches 12 which are uniformly distributed (as shown in figure 5).
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the lifting mechanism and the drawer of the drawer box of the present invention can be controlled by the controller of the refrigerator. When the drawer lifting device is used, after a user sends an instruction for opening the drawer 10 to the controller, the controller controls the horizontal driving mechanism of the drawer 10 to drive the drawer 10 to move outwards along the guide rails, and simultaneously the controller controls the driving motor 6 of the drawer box to rotate and drives the lifting mechanism to lift the drawer box upwards. Because the rear half part 4 of the drawer box is made into a frame body which can elastically deform downwards, the drawer box moves outwards and also moves upwards, and after reaching a certain height, the front ends of the left side edge and the right side edge of the wedge-shaped flexible elastic frame 4 are in contact with the restraint wheels 3 arranged on the top surface in the box body compartment 1. At this time, the drawn part of the drawer box continues to rise, the wedge-shaped flexible elastic frame 4 which is not drawn out is pressed by the constraint wheel 3 to elastically deform and contract downwards, and simultaneously, the wedge-shaped flexible elastic frame is clockwise transmitted around the hinge shaft 41 of the drawer box and is folded towards the limiting point 42 at the lower part. As shown in fig. 5, after the drawer box is completely and transversely pulled out of the box compartment 1, the restraining wheel 3 is disengaged from the wedge-shaped flexible elastic frame 4, and the wedge-shaped flexible elastic frame 4 rapidly rebounds upwards to restore the original shape.
The refrigerator provided by the invention can simultaneously carry out two processes of extracting and lifting the drawer box, so that the waiting time for taking and placing articles by a user is reduced, the efficiency for taking and placing articles is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Because roof 2 has been hoisted through limit switch 12 in the top in refrigerator compartment 1, the drawer box constantly rises, when roof 2 receives in the drawer box the article that is higher than the drawer box port extrusion from bottom to top, will trigger the limit switch 12 at top, just control motor 6 stall after the controller detects this limit switch 12's signal, the drawer box stops to rise to article in the extrusion drawer box are avoided. If the drawer box is empty or not full, the lateral pull-out and vertical upward movement can be continued.
Finally, before the drawer 10 is retracted into the compartment 1, the controller controls the motor 6 to rotate reversely to drive the drawer box to descend until the drawer box is fully retracted into the external drawer 10, and then the controller controls the horizontal driving mechanism of the drawer 10 to drive the drawer to be retracted into the compartment 1.
