Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an anti-mite composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Human demodex is a conditionally pathogenic small parasitic mite, two common types of demodex folliculorum and demodex sebaceous gland are mainly parasitic in hair follicles and sebaceous glands, and weak resistance to high temperature, dryness and alkaline environment can cause various common skin diseases under certain conditions, and possible mechanisms for causing skin damage include mechanical blockage of hair follicles, hair follicle expansion and excessive keratinization; resistance is reduced, and bacterial and fungal infections are easily caused; the chitin exoskeleton of mites contributes to granuloma formation; demodex faeces may activate the immune system and cause delayed hypersensitivity etc. which seriously affect the health and beauty of people.
The most of the products which are used for mildly removing mites by using plant preparations in the market at present are to add plant extracts with the effects of sterilizing and removing mites, such as patent CN111789786A, and the mite-removing plant composition is disclosed, wherein the mite-removing effect is realized by the synergistic effect among rosewood seed extract, pepper fruit extract, radix sophorae flavescentis extract, stemona root extract and cortex phellodendri extract, the active ingredients which are mainly used for the preparations are usually not high, a large addition amount is often required to really realize the mite-removing effect, and the extracts related to the herbal medicines also contain more other complex ingredients and extraction solvents, and a large amount of the extracts are added into the products to have other potential risks, so that the stability, the appearance, the smell and the like of the system can be influenced. In addition, certain amounts of chemical mite-removing agents are added or compounded in the formula by a merchant to achieve a better mite-removing effect, but the chemical mite-removing agents often have certain irritation to skin, and certain chemical mite-removing agents also have certain toxicity.
In general, there is currently a lack of technical applications associated with natural actives that achieve high levels of mite removal and are mild and non-irritating.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of poor mite removal effect or certain skin irritation in the prior art and provide a mite removal composition. The mite-killing composition provided by the invention is compounded by utilizing various plant extracts, contains natural plant components, is mild and non-irritating, has the synergistic effect of various active components, can play a good role in sterilizing and killing mites under the condition of low usage amount, and can also reduce the usage amount of preservatives in cosmetics and reduce the irritation to skin.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for preparing the mite-killing composition.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide the use of the mite-killing composition for preparing cosmetics.
In order to achieve the aim of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the mite-killing composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.01 to 0.3 part of magnolol;
0.01 to 0.3 part of peach toposide;
0.1 to 2 portions of nano sulfur.
Honokiol, commonly found in magnolia bark of magnolia of magnoliaceae, is also known as 3, 5-di-2-propenyl-1, 1-biphenyl-2, 4-diol, is a tan to white fine powder, is dissolved in ethanol, propylene glycol, hexanediol and the like or alkaline medium, has broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, has stronger antibacterial property on gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria, has stable antibacterial property, is not easy to be damaged by heat, acid and alkali, and has the strongest inhibition effect on staphylococcus aureus; the inventor finds that the anti-mite agent also has better anti-mite and synergistic anti-mite effects.
The peach topol is commonly found in the arhat pine, is rich in aromatic diterpene, can inhibit peroxidation of grease, is a high-efficiency antibacterial agent, has better antibacterial effect on gram positive bacteria including streptococcus, bacillus subtilis, staphylococcus aureus, propionibacterium acnes and the like, and has no irritation and anaphylactic reaction to human skin. The inventor finds that the anti-mite agent also has a certain anti-mite and synergistic anti-mite effect.
The nanometer sulfur has the effects of killing scabies, bacteria and fungi, removing grease, softening epidermis and dissolving cutin, and the action mechanism is the result of generating hydrogen sulfide, dithionite and the like after the sulfur contacts skin and tissue secretion.
The inventor of the invention finds that by using magnolol, totarol and nano sulfur to carry out specific compounding, the composition obtained by compounding the magnolol, the totarol and the nano sulfur has better synergistic effect in the aspect of mite removal, contains natural plant components, is mild and does not irritate, and a plurality of active components have synergistic effect, so that the cosmetic can play a good role in sterilizing and removing mites under the condition of lower using amount, and can also reduce the using amount of preservatives in the cosmetic and reduce the irritation to skin. The nano sulfur can soften skin superfluous cutin, dredge pores, and the peach phenol can regulate grease secretion, and has synergistic effect with honokiol to achieve the effects of inhibiting bacteria and killing mites.
Preferably, the mite-killing composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.015-0.15 part of honokiol;
0.015-0.15 part of peach toposide;
0.3 to 1.0 part of nano sulfur.
