Synchronization of radio base station equipment is a necessary step for reducing interference between base stations and performing efficient data transmission. Currently, the base station synchronization methods mainly include:

Currently, each device of the GNSS synchronization method needs to be matched with a GNSS module and an antenna. Synchronous GNSS is subject to interference in some cases, affecting use, with limited use in indoor base stations. For the network synchronization mode, network reconstruction is required; also, a standard synchronization source is needed, which is usually to introduce GPS signals in the network and the master device, and to implement the dedicated function of the PTP master server, which is costly. For the air interface synchronization mode, the base station is required to support signals of the macro station, and generally, the base station can only support a few frequency bands and can only support a fixed system, so that few synchronization targets selectable for synchronization with the macro station are even difficult to find.

3. the system frame number and the synchronous pulse are output to the host base station by adopting the wireless communication module of the whole network communication type, the work of extra lead wires, power supply and the like is not needed, and the interface frame head pulse and the serial TOD data of the terminal module are directly added to the synchronous unit of the host base station, so that the implementation is simple and convenient;
4. the synchronous terminal module adopts a pluggable mini-PCIE interface, is convenient to replace when a synchronous system needs to be added, basically does not need to modify a host base station, and reduces the cost;
5. the host base station is a main control end selected by a synchronization mode, can autonomously determine the priority order of the synchronization mode, and does not influence the operation of any original synchronization mode of the host base station by adopting the mode of synchronizing other macro stations by using the synchronization terminal module provided by the invention.

In step S1, the synchronization terminal module adopts a wireless communication module, and the wireless communication module has the characteristics of multiple systems and multiple frequency bands, and is better compatible with the peripheral network. The wireless communication module can adopt a wireless communication module of a full network communication mode and can be used for synchronizing with other surrounding base stations of any operators and any modes. The wireless communication module can adopt a wireless communication module with a specific system, and the wireless communication module with the specific system is connected to the host base station in a pluggable mode, so that wireless communication modules with different systems can be adopted according to the conditions of peripheral wireless networks. The synchronous terminal module comprises a main control processor, a baseband processing chip, a local clock, an output serial port and a radio frequency antenna, wherein the baseband processing chip, the local clock and the output serial port are respectively connected to the main control processor, and the radio frequency antenna and the local clock are respectively connected to the baseband processing chip. The conventional communication module does not output time synchronization information, and the synchronization terminal module of the invention can send synchronization time information to the host base station through the local clock and the output serial port.
In the step S1, the method includes the following steps:
step S11, the synchronous terminal module is powered on and started, and macro station scanning is carried out on other surrounding base stations through the radio frequency antenna and the baseband processing chip;
step S12, after the synchronous terminal module scans the synchronous macro station, the synchronous macro station is defined as the target base station, and the synchronous terminal module obtains the downlink synchronization to the target base station;
step S13, if the synchronous terminal module does not scan the macro station which can be synchronized, the step S12 is repeated until the target base station is determined and the target base station is synchronized in downlink;
in the step S2, the method includes the following steps:
step S21, the host base station synchronizes with other surrounding base stations through a master synchronization mode, and after the master synchronization mode fails, the host base station sends a synchronization request to the synchronization terminal module;
step S22, the synchronization terminal module receives the synchronization request from the host base station and sends synchronization information to the host base station.
In step S22, the synchronization termination module outputs a synchronization pulse 1PPS to the host base station.
Compared with the prior art, the base station synchronization method based on the communication module has the following beneficial effects;
