Abstract
A safety payment system based on a block chain comprises a user module based on a block chain platform, a payment module, an account book module and a limiting module; the user module comprises a registration unit, a login unit, an identity authentication unit and a primary alarm unit, and enables a user to operate after safe login; the payment module comprises a financial unit, a foreign exchange unit, a mobile provider unit and a payment network end, wherein the financial unit, the foreign exchange unit and the mobile provider unit are added in the payment network end; the method has the technical key points that cross-border transaction can be carried out, the digital asset flow on the block chain can be connected with the real legal currency by using the block chain network, and the legal currency is converted into the digital asset on the block chain, so that the subsequent payment and account transfer are facilitated; the payment network end can be a network end with a closed private chain, so that the falsification or counterfeiting of others can be avoided to a certain extent in a closed network, and the safety of the whole payment system is further improved.

Background
A blockchain is a database with data "hash validation" functionality.
