Abstract
The invention discloses an assembled folding temporary supporting device of a light steel structure, which comprises: the frame body comprises a plurality of sections of column section units arranged along the vertical direction and a first fixed support detachably connected with two adjacent column section units, each column section unit comprises an inner support, a plurality of stand columns and a connecting piece, the inner supports are connected with a plurality of hoops, the hoops are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the inner supports, the hoops are arranged on the stand columns, the connecting pieces are provided with a first side and a second side which are opposite, the first side of each connecting piece is rotatably arranged on the stand columns, and the second side of each connecting piece is detachably connected with a hoop on one of the stand columns which is adjacent in the horizontal direction; the lower bearing platform is detachably supported on the upright post of a column joint unit at the bottom of the frame body; and the upright post of the column section unit at the top of the frame body is detachably supported on the upper bearing platform. The invention solves the problems of poor stability and low installation and construction efficiency of the traditional scaffold as a temporary support system of a light steel structure.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to an assembled folding temporary supporting device of a light steel structure.
Background
In the construction process of the steel structure building, before the upper steel structure is not integrally formed, a temporary support system is required to be adopted to support the upper component, so that the structure and the temporary support structure form a temporary stable structure.
At present, in the installation and construction process of a steel structure, the most widely applied support is a heavy lattice type, solid web type or combined type support.
In the practical engineering application process, aiming at a heavy steel structure with heavier mass, the heavy temporary support system shows excellent performance. For light steel structures, conventional scaffolding structures are generally used as temporary support systems. The temporary support system of the traditional scaffold structure has the advantages of more support rods, more splicing nodes, poor stability, poor overall performance, more requirements of splicing personnel, low construction efficiency, low splicing height, larger occupied area and poor economic effect.
Disclosure of Invention
For overcoming the defects in the prior art, the assembled folding temporary supporting device with the light steel structure is provided so as to solve the problems of poor stability and low installation and construction efficiency of the conventional scaffold as a temporary supporting system with the light steel structure.

the upright post of the column section unit at the top of the frame body is detachably supported on the upper bearing platform.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the present invention provides an assembled folding temporary support apparatus of a light steel structure, including: the support body 1, lower cushion cap 2 and upper cushion cap 3.
The frame body 1 is a foldable frame body. Specifically, the frame body 1 comprises a multi-section column joint unit 11 and a first fixed support 12.

In this embodiment, the second ends of two diagonal web members are respectively rotatably connected to the upper end and the lower end of the stand column, and the first ends of the two diagonal web members are simultaneously connected to the hoop at the middle part of the stand column. The first end of the diagonal web member is welded to the outside of a hoop plate.
As a preferred embodiment, inner support 111 comprises: a connecting rod 1112 and a plurality of hinge rods 1113.
In this embodiment, each column section unit has four columns, and the four columns are arranged in a rectangular shape. The connecting rod 1112 is connected between the hoops 1111 of the two opposite posts 112 (i.e. two posts on the diagonal of the rectangle). Specifically, the two ends of the connecting rod are provided with connecting lug plates, and the connecting lug plates are arranged between the flange plates of the pair of hoop plates in a cushioning manner. The second ends of the hinge rods 1113 are detachably connected to a hoop 1111, respectively. The locking assembly 122 includes a threaded rod 1221 and a lock nut 1222. The screw 1221 is inserted into a first through hole and a second through hole. The locking nuts 1222 are screwed on both ends of the screw 1221 and pressed against the outside of the second sleeve to lock the pillar.
