Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of adhesives, in particular to an environment-friendly adhesive for plywood and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Three major glue species are used in the traditional plywood processing industry: urea-formaldehyde resin, phenol-formaldehyde resin and melamine formaldehyde resin have the problem of aldehyde toxic compound release in the preparation, curing and using processes, and seriously pollute the environment and harm the human health. With the gradual enhancement of people's environmental awareness and the increasing perfection of national environmental regulations, the development of nontoxic, pollution-free, green and environment-friendly adhesive for plywood has become a necessary trend for industrial development.
The urea-formaldehyde resin has the lowest price in the synthetic resin due to sufficient raw materials and low price. The urea-formaldehyde resin has many advantages, such as high adhesive strength, quick curing, light color of the cured glue layer, no pollution to the board surface of the glued compound, good water solubility and easy preparation to proper viscosity and concentration. Although the urea-formaldehyde resin is widely used in the current plywood field, the urea-formaldehyde resin is gradually eliminated by the market due to serious environmental pollution and harm to human health. Therefore, the development of environment-friendly high-performance adhesives has become a research hotspot in the field of current plywood.
