Abstract

本发明涉及汽车制造领域,具体涉及一种汽车轮胎的无源监测系统,包括传感器模块、车轮检测模块和接收处理模块,所述传感器模块与车轮检测模块之间通过信号线连接,所述车轮检测模块与接收处理模块之间通过WIFI信号无线连接,车轮检测模块粘接在汽车轮胎气密层表面上。本发明的车轮检测模块设置有俘能器,俘能器的下层柔性压电膜组利用胎体的强张力和车胎运动时胎内压力的变化进行俘能,上层柔性压电膜组通过车胎滚动和车体振动时的压电膜产生近似颤振从而俘能。整套系统合理地利用车胎运动以及车体重力产生的能量,不需要为传感器和信号发生器配置电池,安装方便,使用寿命长,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车制造领域,具体涉及一种汽车轮胎的无源监测系统。
背景技术
目前,随着生活质量的提高,汽车也逐渐普及,与之而来的是对汽车高舒适度、高智能和低消耗的追求。现有的车胎已经普及原子胎(真空胎)对乘坐舒适度带来了极大的提高,但是车胎在气压不足和受到损坏不能及时报警的现象依旧带来了较大的安全隐患。针对此现象,已有车胎在内部安装传感器进行检测,但都会或多或少破坏车胎本身结构,并且传感器电池更换速度较快,带来了极大的不便和能源损耗。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种汽车轮胎的无源监测系统,以解决背景技术中所列举的问题。
一种汽车轮胎的无源监测系统,包括传感器模块、车轮检测模块和接收处理模块,所述传感器模块与车轮检测模块之间通过信号线连接,所述车轮检测模块与接收处理模块之间通过WIFI信号无线连接,车轮检测模块粘接在汽车轮胎气密层表面上,所述车轮检测模块包括上层铜片、弹性基板、下层柔性压电膜、下层铜片、下层柱状电容、上层柱状电容、上层柔性压电膜、控制电板、信号发生器和传感器,所述下层柱状电容和上层柱状电容设置在所述控制电板的上下两个面;所述上层柔性压电膜的两面均设置有所述上层铜片,所述下层柔性压电膜的两面均设置有所述下层铜片;所述下层柔性压电膜固定在所述弹性基板上,所述弹性基板所述气密层紧密粘连;所述信号发生器和传感器安装在控制电板上。
进一步的,由3~10片的所述下层柔性压电膜组成下层柔性压电膜片组,每个柔性压电膜片之间通过所述粘性片接合。
进一步的,由两片所述上层柔性压电膜组成上层柔性压电膜组,电极板上设有固定所述上层柱状电容的孔。
进一步的,所述控制电板上集成有放大电路和WIFI信号发生器。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的车轮检测模块设置有俘能器,俘能器的下层柔性压电膜组利用胎体的强张力和车胎运动时胎内压力的变化进行俘能,上层柔性压电膜组通过车胎滚动和车体振动时的压电膜产生近似颤振从而俘能。整套系统合理地利用车胎运动以及车体重力产生的能量,不需要为传感器和信号发生器配置电池,安装方便,使用寿命长,成本低,从而达到智能化的设计指标。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
一种汽车轮胎的无源监测系统,由传感器模块1、车轮检测模块2和接收处理模块3组成,传感器模块1与车轮检测模块2之间通过信号线连接,车轮检测模块2与接收处理模块3之间通过WIFI信号无线连接,传感器模块1和处理检测模块2安装在汽车轮胎内,接收处理模块3设置在汽车主控板内。传感器模块1由多个安装在轮胎不同部位的传感器组成,处理检测模块2接收到传感器模块1的信息经过处理后,将传感器的数字信号通过WIFI信号传送到接收处理模块3的中央处理电脑进行信号处理,再通过显示屏或声音反馈给驾驶员。
贴附在轮胎气密层表面上的车轮检测模块2包括A/D转换器、MCU微控制单元、俘能器和WIFI,其中俘能器包括上层铜片201、弹性基板202、下层柔性压电膜203、粘性片204、金属电极205、下层铜片206、下层柱状电容207、上层柱状电容208、上层柔性压电膜209、控制电板210,具备充放电功能的弹性柱状电容分为下层柱状电容207和上层柱状电容208设置在控制电板210的上下两个面;柔性压电膜压电俘能器包括上层柔性压电膜组和下层柔性压电膜片组;上层柔性压电膜209的两面均设置有上层铜片201,下层柔性压电膜203的两面均设置有下层铜片206;由3~10片的下层柔性压电膜203组成下层柔性压电膜片组,每个柔性压电膜片之间通过粘性片204接合,下层柔性压电膜组固定在弹性基板202上,弹性基板202和车胎的气密层紧密粘连;上层柔性压电膜组是由上层柔性压电膜209组成的两片电极板,电极板上的圆孔用来固定上层柱状电容208;控制电板210上集成有放大电路;柔性压电膜可采用PDEF材料。在汽车的行驶过程中,由于道路的不平度使整车的重力处于一种不断变化的过程,且轮胎由于形变和摩擦也会产生能量,下层柔性压电膜组利用胎体的强张力和车胎运动时胎内压力的变化进行俘能,上层柔性压电膜组通过车胎滚动和车体振动时的压电膜产生近似颤振从而俘能,通过整流电路和储能电容将电能储存。这样便能够高效地将轮胎的能量转化为振动被俘能从而为监测设备提供电力。

1.一种汽车轮胎的无源监测系统,其特征在于,包括传感器模块(1)、车轮检测模块(2)和接收处理模块(3),所述传感器模块(1)与车轮检测模块(2)之间通过信号线连接,所述车轮检测模块(2)与接收处理模块(3)之间通过WIFI信号无线连接,所述车轮检测模块(2)粘接在汽车轮胎的气密层表面上,所述车轮检测模块(2)包括上层铜片(201)、弹性基板(202)、下层柔性压电膜(203)、下层铜片(206)、下层柱状电容(207)、上层柱状电容(208)、上层柔性压电膜(209)、控制电板(210)、信号发生器(211)和传感器(212),所述下层柱状电容(207)和上层柱状电容(208)设置在所述控制电板(210)的上下两个面;所述上层柔性压电膜(209)的两面均设置有所述上层铜片(201),所述下层柔性压电膜(203)的两面均设置有所述下层铜片(206);所述下层柔性压电膜(203)固定在所述弹性基板(202)上,所述弹性基板(202)和所述气密层(6)紧密粘连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车轮胎的无源监测系统,其特征在于,由3~10片的所述下层柔性压电膜(203)组成下层柔性压电膜片组,每个柔性压电膜片之间通过所述粘性片(204)接合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车轮胎的无源监测系统,其特征在于,由两片所述上层柔性压电膜(209)组成上层柔性压电膜组,电极板上设有固定所述上层柱状电容(208)的孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车轮胎的无源监测系统,其特征在于,所述控制电板(210)上集成有放大电路和WIFI信号发生器。
