Abstract
本发明提供了一种微结构聚碳酸酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板及其制备方法,该复合板包括:基材板、粘接层、覆盖板、保护膜、基材膜、涂覆层;所述基材板的侧部设置有粘接层,且基材板与粘接层通过粘合方式相连接;所述覆盖板设置在粘接层的侧部,且覆盖板与粘接层通过粘合方式相连接;所述保护膜设置在覆盖板的侧部,且保护膜与覆盖板通过粘合方式相连接;所述粘接层包括:基材膜、涂覆层;所述基材膜的侧部设置有涂覆层,且基材膜与涂覆层通过粘合方式相连接;通过对现有复合板改进,该复合板具有良好的抗刮擦性能,且稳定性好、耐腐蚀、基材板不易降解发黄、整体透明度高,较为美观,延长使用寿命的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合板及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种微结构聚碳酸酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板及其制备方法。
背景技术
复合板一般分为:金属复合板,木材复合板,彩钢复合板,岩棉复合板等等,复合板是具有不同功能的不同材料分层构成的板,多通过轧制复合、粘结等方式进行生产,其与材质单一的板材相比较,具有更加优良的性能。
聚碳酸酯板及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯板是两种十分常见的板材,其均具有十分优良的性能,但是却都存在着一定的缺陷,不能满足部分场合使用需求,导致了应用范围受限。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种性能好、适用性强的微结构聚碳酸酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种微结构聚碳酸酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板,包括:基材板、粘接层、覆盖板、保护膜、基材膜、涂覆层;所述基材板的侧部设置有粘接层,且基材板与粘接层通过粘合方式相连接;所述覆盖板设置在粘接层的侧部,且覆盖板与粘接层通过粘合方式相连接;所述保护膜设置在覆盖板的侧部,且保护膜与覆盖板通过粘合方式相连接;所述粘接层包括:基材膜、涂覆层;所述基材膜的侧部设置有涂覆层,且基材膜与涂覆层通过粘合方式相连接。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种微结构聚碳酸酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板所述基材板为聚碳酸酯板材。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种微结构聚碳酸酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板所述覆盖板为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯板材。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种微结构聚碳酸酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板所述基材膜为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜材。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种微结构聚碳酸酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板所述涂覆层为丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘剂,所述丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘剂内掺杂有紫外线吸收剂。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种微结构聚碳酸酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板所述基材板的上下两侧面均设置有粘接层、覆盖板及保护膜。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种微结构聚碳酸酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板所述基材膜的上下两侧面均设置有涂覆层。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种制备微结构聚碳酸酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板的方法,其特征在于:所述微结构聚碳酸酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:在基材板的上表面喷涂涂覆层,并在涂覆层的上部粘结基材膜;
S2:在粘结基材膜的上部再喷涂一层涂覆层,并在该涂覆层的上部粘结覆盖板;
S3:在覆盖板的上部粘结一层保护膜,制得半成品;
S4:将半成品翻转,并重复S1、S2、S2三道步骤,制得成品。。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明一种微结构聚碳酸酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板及其制备方法,通过将聚碳酸酯材质的基材板与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材质的覆盖板通过粘结层进行粘结,其有效的将两者的优缺点进行了互补,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材质的覆盖板,能够提供良好的抗刮擦性能,且稳定性好、耐腐蚀,而聚碳酸酯材质的基材板,具有优良的高抗冲击性,当该复合板遭受撞击时,即使外侧覆盖板崩碎,基材板也能够起到良好的防护作用,且在粘结层的作用下,覆盖板碎片仍然会粘结在基材板的外侧,不会飞溅,使用更加安全,同时该复合板中,聚碳酸酯材质的基材板、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材质的覆盖板、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材质的基材膜及丙烯酸酯压敏胶材质的涂覆层,均具有良好的高透明度及耐候性,在涂覆层内的紫外线吸收剂能够防止最内层的聚碳酸酯基材板被紫外线影响降解发黄,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材质的基材膜具有阻挡紫外线的作用,有利于保持整体透明度及美观,延长使用寿命。

如附图1-3所示的本发明所述的一种微结构聚碳酸酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板,包括:基材板1、粘接层2、覆盖板3、保护膜4、基材膜201、涂覆层202;其特征在于:基材板1的侧部设置有粘接层2,且基材板1与粘接层2通过粘合方式相连接;覆盖板3设置在粘接层2的侧部,且覆盖板3与粘接层2通过粘合方式相连接;保护膜4设置在覆盖板3的侧部,且保护膜4与覆盖板3通过粘合方式相连接;粘接层2包括:基材膜201、涂覆层202;基材膜201膜的侧部设置有涂覆层202,且基材膜201膜与涂覆层202通过粘合方式相连接。
具体的,基材板1为聚碳酸酯板材,其具有良好的抗冲击性能,用于提供防护。
具体的,覆盖板3为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯板材,其具有良好的抗刮擦性能,且稳定性好、耐腐蚀,用于本复合板的外层防护。
具体的,基材膜201为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜材,用于作为涂覆层202的基材,同时具有阻挡紫外线的作用。
具体的,涂覆层202为丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘剂,丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘剂内掺杂有紫外线吸收剂,用于放置紫外线对基材板1造成影响,防止基材板1降解发黄。
具体的,基材板1的上下两侧面均设置有粘接层2、覆盖板3及保护膜4。

1.一种微结构聚碳酸酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合板,包括:基材板(1)、粘接层(2)、覆盖板(3)、保护膜(4)、基材膜(201)、涂覆层(202);其特征在于:所述基材板(1)的侧部设置有粘接层(2),且基材板(1)与粘接层(2)通过粘合方式相连接;所述覆盖板(3)设置在粘接层(2)的侧部,且覆盖板(3)与粘接层(2)通过粘合方式相连接;所述保护膜(4)设置在覆盖板(3)的侧部,且保护膜(4)与覆盖板(3)通过粘合方式相连接;所述粘接层(2)包括:基材膜(201)、涂覆层(202);所述基材膜(201)的侧部设置有涂覆层(202),且基材膜(201)与涂覆层(202)通过粘合方式相连接。
