The polyimide cast film drying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein each of the first power chamber and the second power chamber has an air inlet (a) communicating with the outside, air passages (4) connected with a vacuum extractor are provided below each of the first power chamber and the second power chamber, and exhaust ports (b) communicating the first power chamber and the air passage (4) located below the second power chamber are provided between the second power chamber and the air passage (4) located below the second power chamber.
3. The polyimide cast film drying apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the exhaust port (b) is provided in plurality, and each exhaust port (b) is arranged below each sprocket (2) in one-to-one correspondence.
4. The polyimide cast film drying apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the exhaust port (b) is a bell mouth with a flare directed upward.
5. The polyimide cast film drying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a first dust brush in contact with the chain (3) is provided in the first power chamber at an end of the chain (3) near the outlet of the drying box (1).
6. Polyimide cast film drying apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the first sweeping brush comprises a base (5) and bristles (6) which are installed on the base (5) and are in contact with the chain (3) and are electrostatically charged.
7. The polyimide cast film drying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a second dust brush in contact with the chain (3) is provided in the second power chamber at an end of the chain (3) near the outlet of the drying box (1).
8. The polyimide cast film drying apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the second dust brush includes a base (5) and bristles (6) which are installed on the base (5) and are in contact with the chain (3) and are electrostatically charged.
9. Polyimide cast film drying apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 8, wherein the inside of both the first and second power chambers is provided with an electrostatic adsorption structure (7).
10. The polyimide cast film drying apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the first power chamber and the second power chamber are each provided with a driving mechanism (8) for shaking the electrostatic adsorption structure (7) therein.
11. The polyimide cast film drying apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the driving mechanism (8) includes a vibrating table on which the electrostatic adsorption structure (7) is mounted.
12. The polyimide cast film drying apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the electrostatic adsorption structure (7) includes an adsorbent with static electricity and a controller for controlling on/off of the adsorbent and a power supply.
13. The polyimide cast film drying apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the adsorber includes an outer frame and an electrostatic adsorption film or an electrostatic adsorption net which is located inside the outer frame and whose outer edge is fixed to the outer frame.
