Background
At present, in high-grade numerical control equipment and numerical control machining, when a field numerical control machine tool works, high-pressure and large-flow cutting fluid is generally required to be adopted for cooling and cleaning scraps due to machining process requirements, fine iron powder and particles contained in the machined cutting fluid cannot be effectively filtered, the fine iron powder and the particles can be pumped away by a water pump along with the cutting fluid flowing back to a water tank, the water pump is abraded too fast, and the service life of the water pump is shortened.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a machine tool filtering water tank which can effectively filter debris in waste liquid of a machine tool.
Therefore, the machine tool filtering water tank comprises a tank body, at least one sedimentation type water receiving disc and a filtering water tank, wherein the tank body is provided with a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet, the liquid inlet pipe is far away from the ground relative to the liquid outlet, each sedimentation type water receiving disc is positioned inside the tank body and between the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet, the tank body is divided into a plurality of layers in the vertical direction by each sedimentation type water receiving disc, each sedimentation type water receiving disc comprises natural sedimentation sections which are sequentially connected, buffer segment and play water section, the buffer segment is located the natural sedimentation section and goes out between the water section, the buffer segment inclines for the horizontal direction, the buffer segment is close to the tip of a water section higher, the buffer segment is close to the tip of natural sedimentation section lower, it includes at least one through-hole that is used for to the drainage of ground direction to go out water section bottom, the natural sedimentation section of the sediment formula water collector of top layer is located the feed liquor pipe below, the play water section of the sediment formula water collector of bottom compares in the leakage fluid dram and keeps away from ground more.
Furthermore, the sedimentation type water receiving discs are multiple, and the natural sedimentation section of the sedimentation type water receiving disc of the lower layer is positioned below the water outlet section of the sedimentation type water receiving disc of the upper layer, so that water flows to the water outlet section from the natural sedimentation section of each sedimentation type water receiving disc.

Furthermore, the water outlet section of the bottom sedimentation type water receiving tray is positioned on one side in the box body, the part of the box body, which is lower than the last sedimentation type water receiving tray, extends to the other side to form an extension part, the inner side of the top surface of the extension part is provided with vertical plates which are mutually staggered with the partition plate, and the liquid outlet is positioned at one end, which is far away from the water outlet section of the last sedimentation type water receiving tray, of the extension part.
Furthermore, a plurality of baffles are arranged on the buffer section, the baffles are divided into two groups and are positioned on two sides in the direction from the natural settling section to the water outlet section, and the two groups of baffles are staggered with each other.
Furthermore, the baffles are inclined relative to the direction from the natural settling section to the water outlet section, the parts of the baffles facing to the other group of baffles are close to the natural settling section, and the parts of the baffles far away from the other group of baffles are close to the water outlet section.
Further, the baffle is provided with a magnetic strip, and the magnetic strip is positioned on one surface of the baffle, which faces the natural settling section.
Furthermore, the water outlet section is provided with a filter bag towards the direction of the liquid outlet, and the meshes of the filter bag of the next layer of sedimentation type water receiving tray are smaller than the meshes of the filter bag of the previous layer of sedimentation type water receiving tray.

Advantageous effects
Outside cutting waste liquid flows into the box from the inlet tube, and the cutting waste liquid flows through naturally after falling into first layer sediment formula water collector and deposits section, buffer segment and play water section in proper order, and partly heavier piece will deposit naturally in the section bottom that deposits naturally, and less piece is because weight is heavier than water, consequently sinks in the buffer segment bottom more, gets back to naturally under the effect of gravity and deposits the section sediment gradually, and the cutting waste liquid after the filtration flows out via a play water section.

See fig. 2, four settling water receiving trays 3 are arranged inside the box body 2 of the embodiment, the settling water receiving trays 3 divide the water tank into a plurality of layers in the direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane, a water inlet pipe 1 is arranged above the settling water receiving tray 3 on the top layer of the box body 2, external cutting waste liquid flows into the box body 2 from the water inlet pipe 1, the water tank is provided with a water pump 9 to drive the cutting waste liquid to form water flow, when the cutting waste liquid enters the box body 2, the cutting waste liquid firstly falls into the settling water receiving tray 3 on the top layer, see fig. 3, the cutting waste liquid flows through a natural settling section 31, a buffer section 32 and a water outlet section 33 in sequence after falling into the settling water receiving tray 3 on the top layer, the natural settling section 31 is a groove, the groove is arranged perpendicular to the direction of the water flow, after the water flow passes through the natural settling section 31, partial heavy debris, the direction close to the natural settling section 31 is lower to form water flow as shown in fig. 4, when part of debris is driven by the water flow to the water outlet section 33, because the weight of the debris is heavier, the debris sinks to the bottom of the buffer section 32 more, and gradually returns to the natural settling section 31 to settle under the action of gravity, the water outlet section 33 is provided with a vertical plate close to the buffer section 32, the vertical plate prevents the debris at the bottom of the settling section 32 from flowing into the water outlet section 33, the bottom surface of the water outlet section 33 is provided with three through holes, the water flowing into the water outlet section 33 flows to the lower settling water receiving tray 3 through the through holes, the natural settling section 31 of the lower settling water receiving tray 3 is opposite to the water outlet section 33 of the upper settling water receiving tray 3, so that when the cutting waste liquid sequentially flows through the four settling water receiving trays 3, as much debris as possible is settled on the settling water receiving tray 3, as shown in fig. 1, the, see fig. 3, the one side that is located the box 2 inside of the play water section 33 of the formula of depositing water collector 3 of bottom, drain port 14 sets up the opposite side at box 2, and cutting waste liquid flows to drain port 14 after falling from the play water section 33 of formula of depositing water collector 3 of bottom, discharges from drain port 14, has a plurality of vertical baffles of perpendicular to rivers direction at box 2 bottom surface inboard, and remaining piece will be blockked by each vertical baffle of direction and deposit in the rivers that fall into box 2 bottom surface.
Referring to fig. 3, the buffer section 33 of each settling type water receiving tray 3 is provided with a plurality of baffles 4, the baffles 4 are divided into two groups which are positioned at two sides of the water flow direction, the water flow needs to bypass the baffles 4 when flowing from the natural settling section 31 to the water outlet section 33, the water flow impacts on the baffles 4 to decelerate in the process, the speed of the water flow is reduced, the speed of debris driven by the water flow is reduced, the possibility that the debris passes through the buffer section 32 is reduced, the two groups of baffles 4 are mutually staggered to enable the flow direction of the water flow to be as shown in fig. 5, the distance of the water flow is increased, the deceleration effect of the buffer section 32 is improved, the baffles 4 are inclined relative to the connecting line direction of the natural settling section 31 and the water outlet section 33, one end of the baffle 4, which is positioned at the edge of the settling type water receiving tray 3, is close to the natural settling section 31, the end of the baffle 4, the water flow impacts on, simultaneously, the baffle 4 that sets up like this can not block the piece that falls on buffer segment 32 and roll back natural sedimentation section 31, is equipped with magnetic stripe 5 additional in the one side of baffle 4 orientation natural sedimentation section 31 to adsorb the metal piece in the rivers.
Referring to fig. 2, an extension portion 21 extends out of the box body 2 from one side where a liquid discharge port 14 of the box body 2 below the bottom-layer sedimentation type water receiving tray 3 is located, a vertical plate which is staggered with a partition plate is arranged in the extension portion 21, referring to fig. 1, one side, far away from the ground, of the extension portion 21 is used for installing a liquid level meter 7, an oil-liquid separator 8 and a water pump 9, wherein the oil-liquid separator 8 is used for separating oil stains in water flow, the liquid level meter 7 is electrically connected with the water pump 9 to be connected with a controller of a machine tool, so that when the liquid level is insufficient, the controller controls the water pump 9 to stop running and protect the water pump 9 from being damaged, and a filter bag 6 is installed at a water outlet section 33 of each sedimentation type water receiving tray 3, wherein the mesh of the filter bag 6 of the top-layer sedimentation type water receiving tray 3 is the largest, the second-, prevent that filter bag 6 of top layer sediment formula water collector 3 from filling up too soon and need frequently clearing up, worth explaining, filter bag 6 also can be replaced by the filter screen, but the filter screen only can play the filter effect, the piece of unable holding filtering, piece can very fast deposit and block up the filter screen, leads to frequently clearing up, consequently only selects as time.
