Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of textile products, and particularly relates to a three-color towel fabric and a weaving method thereof.
Background
Towel products are daily textiles with a large range. The market of the masses of people is enriched by the increasing development of new design towels, the weaving mode of the existing towel product determines that the appearance of the towel product serving as a terry fabric is single and lacks variation, in order to meet the visual effect of people, unique appearance effects are required to be displayed by skillfully combining color collocation and fabric organization, the existing mode generally adopts a printing and jacquard mode to finish the effect that 3 or more colors are achieved in two directions of warp and weft, but the printing process is complex, the cost is high, the color fastness is poor, and the existing market demand is difficult to meet. The three-color product of the conventional jacquard process has the defects of sparse pure-color pattern looped pile yarns, poor effect, large gaps among the looped pile yarns, rough pattern and the like.
It is therefore an urgent need in the art to provide a terry towel fabric that is less costly and meets the market needs.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the application provides a three-color towel fabric and a weaving method thereof, wherein the method reflects pattern elements through a special threading method, the colors of ground warps are consistent to be light colors, the colors of hair warps are three colors, the proportion of towel terry warps to ground warps is designed to be 3:2, the introduction mode is that two hair warps penetrate into the same reed dent with one ground warp, and the other hair warp penetrates into the same reed dent with one ground warp, and the cycle is performed in such a way that two color hair warps in the three color hair warps enter into one reed dent; or 1 hair passes through 1 ground and penetrates into 1 dent, then 1 hair passes through 1 ground and penetrates into 1 dent, and 1 hair passes through 1 dent alone to circulate, namely 3 color hair passes through different dents of the terry fabric respectively, and finally the formed product has the characteristics of fluffy and soft hand feeling, three-color decorative effect, unique style and the like.
The application adopts the following technical scheme:
a three-color towel fabric and a weaving method thereof, wherein the selected ground warp color is consistent to be light color system, the wool warp color is three colors, the ratio of towel terry warp yarn to ground warp yarn is designed to be 3:2,
the terry warp and the ground warp are introduced in such a way that 2 wool warps and 1 ground warp penetrate into the same reed dent, and then 1 wool warp and 1 ground warp penetrate into the same reed dent, and the loop is formed in such a way that two wool warps in three colors enter into one reed dent; or another introducing mode is that 1 hair penetrates into the same dent through 1 ground, then 1 hair penetrates into the same dent through 1 ground, and the other 1 hair penetrates into the other dent independently, namely, the three color hair warps of the fabric enter into one dent independently, and the cycle is performed.
The technical scheme is the greatest difference between the application and the prior art, and the proportion of the pile warp yarns to the ground warp yarns in the prior art is designed to be 2:2, so that the density of the pile warp yarns is lower under the condition of the same gram weight, and when the pile warp yarns adopt color yarns under the condition of low density, the color yarns are sparse, the visual effect is poor, the hand feeling is poor, and the balance between color and hand feeling is difficult to achieve; if the knitting density is directly increased, the gram weight of the towel is greatly increased, and the warp yarn and the terry warp yarn are increased at the same time, so that the hand feeling of the towel is poorer; based on the above problems, the inventor adopts the technical scheme that only one pile warp yarn is added under the premise of basically not increasing the unit gram weight, and three pile warps are set to be different colors, three different colors can be displayed on the same towel fabric through accurate control during fluffing, towel products with completely different styles can be obtained by controlling the positions of the pile warps with different colors, and the quantity of the pile warps is increased, so that the hand feeling of the final product is fluffy and soft, the water absorption is good, and the consumer experience is good.
Further, the density of the ground warp yarn of the towel is 30 pieces/2.54 cm less than or equal to b less than or equal to 37 pieces/2.54 cm, and compared with the prior art, the density of the terry warp yarn is increased by 1.5 times.
The towel fabric adopting the structure can meet the production requirement only by adopting a conventional weaving process, and the equipment and the process of the towel fabric do not need special improvement, thereby being suitable for technical innovation of various textile enterprises.
In summary, the method provided by the application embodies the pattern elements through a special threading method, the ground warp colors are consistent to be light colors, the wool warp colors are three colors, the proportion of the towel terry warp yarns to the ground warp yarns is designed to be 3:2, and the final product obtained through the conventional weaving process has the characteristics of fluffy and soft hand feeling, three colors, unique style and the like, fills the blank in the field, and has better market prospect.
