Abstract
The invention discloses a C-column lower joint structure which comprises a rear side wall inner plate, a threshold outer plate welding piece and a C-column reinforcing plate, wherein the threshold outer plate welding piece comprises a threshold outer plate reinforcing plate and a threshold outer plate reinforcing plate extending plate, one end of the threshold outer plate reinforcing plate is connected with one end of the threshold outer plate reinforcing plate extending plate, one side of the threshold outer plate reinforcing plate extending plate extends upwards at a disconnected part and is connected with the rear side wall inner plate through a plurality of bolts after being flanged, and the lower end of the C-column reinforcing plate is welded with the threshold outer plate reinforcing plate through a plurality of welding spots after being extended downwards. The invention solves the problems of large invasion amount after collision of the vehicle side collision column and insufficient battery protection in the prior art and the problem of large welding spot stress of the lower joint of the C column.

Technical Field

Background
The C post lower joint generally comprises parts such as a C post reinforcing plate 1, a rear side wall inner plate 2, a threshold reinforcing plate 3, a wheel cover outer plate 4 and the like, is an important stress structure of an automobile body, particularly has higher requirements on the rigidity and the strength of an electric vehicle with higher requirements on battery protection, and has the following problems in the existing structure at present:
(1) the size of a cavity at the corner of a door frame at the lower end of a common C-shaped column is mostly large from top to bottom and small in the middle under the influence of arrangement of a door opening and tires, and when a vehicle is subjected to side collision/column collision, the intrusion amount is large due to the small middle cavity, so that the safety of a battery/passenger is influenced;
(2) the rear end of the reinforcing plate of the outer plate of the threshold is disconnected/cut off at the round corner of the door frame, the end is not closed, the force transmission path is poor, the peripheral welding spots are easy to generate stress concentration, and the risk of fatigue cracking is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a C-pillar lower joint structure, and aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, after a vehicle side collision pillar is collided, the invasion amount is large, the battery protection is insufficient, and the welding spot stress of a C-pillar lower joint is large.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a C-pillar lower joint structure which comprises a rear side wall inner plate, a threshold outer plate welding piece and a C-pillar reinforcing plate, wherein the threshold outer plate welding piece comprises a threshold outer plate reinforcing plate and a threshold outer plate reinforcing plate extending plate, one end of the threshold outer plate reinforcing plate is connected with one end of the threshold outer plate reinforcing plate extending plate, one side of the threshold outer plate reinforcing plate extending plate is connected with the rear side wall inner plate through a plurality of bolts after upwards extending and flanging at a disconnected part, and the lower end of the C-pillar reinforcing plate is welded with the threshold outer plate reinforcing plate through a plurality of welding spots after downwards extending.
According to a further technical scheme, the C-pillar lower joint structure further comprises a wheel casing outer plate, the other end of the threshold outer plate reinforcing plate extension plate is connected with the wheel casing outer plate, and the wheel casing outer plate, the rear side wall inner plate and the threshold outer plate reinforcing plate extension plate are surrounded to form a closed cavity structure.
The further technical scheme of the invention is that the other end of the extension plate of the reinforcing plate of the outer doorsill plate is connected with the outer wheel cover plate through a plurality of welding points.

The other end of the threshold outer plate reinforcing plate extension plate 8 is connected with the wheel casing outer plate 10 through a plurality of welding points 11. In specific implementation, the four welding points 11 can be welded and connected.

In the embodiment, after the wheel cover outer plate 10, the rear side wall inner plate 5 and the threshold outer plate reinforcing plate extension plate 8 are encircled to form a closed cavity structure, in order to further optimize a force transmission path of the wheel cover outer plate, the lower end of the C-pillar reinforcing plate 12 is extended until a welding part of the threshold outer plate reinforcing plate 7 is overlapped with the welding part, and the C-pillar reinforcing plate 12 is connected with the threshold outer plate reinforcing plate 7 through four spot welding, so that the C-pillar reinforcing plate 12 is vertically communicated with the threshold outer plate reinforcing plate 7 to form a reinforcing plate closed loop.
