Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and relates to a synchronous occlusion grinding instrument and an operation method thereof.
Background
In the field of dental restoration, grinding the occlusal surface of an oral denture is an operation that is very important for perfecting the function of the oral denture. At present, occlusion paper and occlusion test materials are generally used for visual inspection, and then a hand-held grinder is used for eliminating early contact points one by one. In the traditional grinding mode, besides the defects of inaccurate positioning of the biting point and time adjustment and grinding, the biting point cannot be ground synchronously, and only the biting points can be eliminated one by one, so that new early contact points are caused to influence the biting and movement balance.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a bite synchronous grinding apparatus and an operation method thereof, which can quickly and synchronously grind a plurality of early contact points by using a densely combined grinding head by quickly copying a occlusal surface of an upper jaw or a lower jaw.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: an occlusion synchronous grinding instrument comprises a synchronous grinding machine and a jaw frame; a plurality of grinding units are arranged in the synchronous grinding machine, and each grinding unit comprises a sliding support and a grinding rod arranged in the sliding support;
the sliding support between the adjacent grinding units is arranged in a sliding way.
Optionally, the jaw frame includes a base for fixing the lower jaw and a movable seat connected with the base for fixing the upper jaw, wherein the movable seat and the base are slidably arranged.
Optionally, a rotating motor is further arranged in the sliding support, and the polishing rod is fixedly connected with the rotating motor.
Optionally, the synchronous grinding machine is connected with a power supply and a control system, and the rotating motor is communicated with the control system.
Optionally, the polishing rod is detachably connected with a polishing head.
Optionally, adjacent grinding units slide and are fixed through sliding grooves and friction force.
Optionally, the synchronous grinder is configured as a half moon shape that mates with an oral denture.
A method of operating a bite synchronous mill, employing a bite synchronous mill as described above, comprising the steps of:
s1, placing an oral false tooth on a jaw frame, fixing an upper jaw on a movable seat, fixing a lower jaw on a base, and lifting the movable seat after fixing, wherein the lower jaw is separated from the upper jaw;
S2, placing the synchronous grinding machine on the lower jaw, lifting the grinding units in the synchronous grinding machine by the dental prosthesis tooth tips on the lower jaw under the action of the sliding support, wherein the grinding units are in different heights;
S3, slowly lowering the movable seat, gradually approaching the upper jaw to the lower jaw, judging an early contact point at the moment, and mounting a polishing head on a polishing rod of a corresponding polishing unit;
S4, controlling a grinding unit provided with a grinding head through a control system, slowly lowering the movable seat, starting grinding, turning off the control system after finishing grinding, and taking down the synchronous grinding machine after lifting the movable seat.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can reduce the use of test materials such as occluding paper, occluding paste and the like, and rapidly duplicate the morphology of the occluding surface. During grinding, a plurality of early contact points are synchronously ground and eliminated, so that the occlusion balance state is achieved quickly, and the motion stability is enhanced.
Additional advantages, objects, and features of the invention will be set forth in part in the description which follows and in part will become apparent to those having ordinary skill in the art upon examination of the following or may be learned from practice of the invention. The objects and other advantages of the invention may be realized and obtained by means of the instrumentalities and combinations particularly pointed out in the specification.
