the vertical plate is provided with a first driving piece which drives the transmission cylinder and the rotating shafts to rotate together and enables the rotating shafts to rotate independently;
and the vertical plate is provided with a spraying assembly for spraying hot water into the transmission cylinder.

A six-shaft spiral type debristling machine is shown in figures 1 and 2 and comprises vertical plates 1 which are oppositely arranged and placed on the ground and a connecting plate 11 for connecting the two vertical plates 1, wherein the connecting plate 11 is arranged close to the ground, a transmission piece for transmitting live pigs is arranged between the two vertical plates 1, and transmission holes 12 for the live pigs to enter or exit the transmission piece are formed in the two vertical plates 1;

As shown in fig. 2 and 7, the live pig is inserted into the transfer cylinder 13 of the transfer member through the transfer hole 12, at which time the first driving member drives the transfer cylinder 13 and the rotating shaft 131 to start rotating, the live pigs are scraped from the surface of the live pigs by the action of the scrapers 132 in the conveying cylinder 13, meanwhile, the first driving piece drives the transmission barrel 13 to rotate at a slow speed so as to turn over the pig body, thereby reducing the damage to the pork quality of the pig body caused by the turning over of the pig body by a throwing roller of the traditional debristling machine, meanwhile, the scrapers 132 on the circumference of the transmission cylinder 13 rotate to plane the pig at various angles, and because the scrapers 132 are arranged spirally, the scraper 132 has a forward rotary thrust to the live pig when the hair is planed, so that the live pig is pushed out of the transmission cylinder 13 after the hair is planed and automatically flows into the next process, and the spraying assembly sprays hot water after the live pig enters the transmission cylinder 13, so that the scraper 132 can scrape the hair on the surface of the live pig.
As shown in fig. 2 and 7, the transmission cylinder 13 includes a plurality of support rods 133 arranged between two vertical plates 1, each support rod 133 is distributed along an arc line, each support rod 133 is connected by a plurality of support rings 134, and each support ring 134 is distributed along the length direction of the support rod 133, at this time, each support ring 134 forms a cylinder, the gap between adjacent support rings 134 is greater than the width of the corresponding scraper 132, at this time, each scraper 132 enters between adjacent support rings 134 and contacts with the live pig, and the plurality of support rings 134 are used for supporting the live pig, so that the scrapers 132 enter the support rings 134 to scrape hair, and the hair after hair scraping falls out of the transmission cylinder 13 through the support rings 134, which is beneficial to cleaning in the transmission cylinder 13, and is convenient for spraying hot water onto the live pig during the operation of the spray assembly, and simultaneously, the hair on the support rings 134 is flushed out.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the spray assembly includes a protective cover 14 disposed between two vertical plates 1 and covering outside the transmission cylinder 13, an opening 141 for draining water is disposed at a lower end of the protective cover 14, a spray pipe 142 for spraying water toward the support ring 134 is disposed on an upper end wall of the protective cover, one end of the spray pipe 142 is closed and distributed along a length direction of the protective cover 14, the other end of the spray pipe extends out of an outer wall of the protective cover 14 and is connected with a water inlet pipe 143 at one end of the extension, a stop valve 144 is disposed on the water inlet pipe 143, and a plurality of water spray holes 145.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, when water is required to be sprayed, the stop valve 144 is opened to spray the water in the water inlet pipe 143 onto the support rings 134 through the water spray pipe 142, and at this time, the water spray pipe 142 is distributed along the length direction of the protective cover 14, i.e., the distribution direction of each support ring 134, so that the water spray pipe 142 sprays hot water onto the live pigs, and the opening 141 is provided to facilitate the discharge of the water, as shown in fig. 4 and 9, so that the water flowing out from the opening 141 contains pig hair, a device for collecting pig hair is provided below the opening 141, the device for collecting pig hair includes the water storage tank 18, the water inlet of the water storage tank 18 faces the opening 141, a filter screen 181 opposite to the bottom of the water storage tank 18 is provided on the wall of the water storage tank 18, the filter screen 181 divides the water storage tank 18 into a lower water storage chamber and an upper water storage chamber, a moving rod 182 is slidably connected to the opposite wall of the water storage tank 18, the moving rod 182 is provided on, a U-shaped suction pipe 184 is arranged on the wall of the upper end of the water storage tank 18, one end of the suction pipe 184 extends to be close to the filter screen 181, the other end of the suction pipe 184 extends to be close to the water storage tank 18 and is provided with an exhaust fan 185, an air outlet of the exhaust fan 185 is communicated with the storage box 186, at the moment, one end of the suction pipe 184 close to the filter screen 181 is distributed along the width of the filter screen 181, the moving rod 182 is distributed along the length direction of the filter screen 181, the filter screen 181 is distributed in an inclined mode, the suction pipe 184 is located at the lower end of the filter screen 181, the U-shaped suction pipe 184 reduces the phenomenon that water flows out of the water storage tank 18 through the suction pipe 184 and is convenient for pig hairs to flow.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the number of the water spraying pipes 142 is set to be several, which increases the speed of the live pig being wetted by the warm water, and the water spraying hole 145 of one of the water spraying pipes 142 is communicated with a corrugated hose 146, a nozzle 147 communicated with the corrugated hose 146 is arranged at one end of each corrugated hose 146 far from the water spraying pipe 142, at this time, the nozzle 147 enables the warm water to be quickly sprayed onto the live pig, and a second driving member for driving the corrugated hose 146 to move back and forth along the width direction of the transmission cylinder 13 is arranged on the inner wall of the protective cover 14.
