Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有氰霜唑的杀菌组合物及其应用,其有效成分为氰霜唑与苯菌酮,氰霜唑与苯菌酮的质量比例为50:1‑1:50,其余为农药中允许使用和可以接受的辅助成分。本发明杀菌组合物可以用已知的方法制备成微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂和水分散粒剂。本发明组合物具有明显的增效作用,可用于防治蔬菜、瓜果等作物上的白粉病。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种杀菌组合物,尤其是一种含有氰霜唑的杀菌组合物及其防治农作物上病害的应用,属于农药技术领域。
背景技术
白粉病是由真菌中的白粉菌科引起的植物病害。例如:由禾白粉菌引起的禾谷类白粉病:由苍耳单丝壳引起的瓜类、豆类、麻类等多种植物的白粉病:由草莓钩丝壳引起的草莓白粉病:由棒球针壳引起的桑、梨、柿、核桃、栗、荔枝、番木瓜等80多种树木的白粉病:由蔷薇单丝壳引起的蔷薇属花卉的白粉病等。
白粉病在节能温室蔬菜栽培中发生普遍,特别在黄瓜、西葫芦、甜瓜等瓜类作物上危害极为严重,在番茄、茄子和辣、甜椒上也经常发生。多数菜农反映,此病难以防治,只要发生,不论打什么药都极难消灭,最后不得不拔掉秧子。
近年来,由于单一用药和不科学用药,已经导致白粉病抗药性越来越严重,成为化学防治的一大难题。
发明人尝试将现有的杀菌有效成分进行复配,但是简单的组合达到的效果不尽人意。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种杀菌组合物,用于解决上述问题中的至少一个。
第一方面:本发明提供一种含有氰霜唑与苯菌酮的杀菌组合物,所述杀菌组合物包括氰霜唑与苯菌酮,氰霜唑与苯菌酮的质量比例为50:1-1:50。
优选地,氰霜唑与苯菌酮的质量比例为20:1-1:20。
优选地,所述氰霜唑与苯菌酮的总质量占所述杀菌组合物质量的1-90%。
优选地,所述杀菌组合物按质量百分比还包括以下物质:嘧菌酯1-2%。
优选地,所述杀菌组合物按质量百分比包括以下物质:氰霜唑50%、苯菌酮40%、嘧菌酯2%及乙嘧酚磺酸酯6%。
优选地,所述杀菌组合物按质量百分比包括以下物质:氰霜唑30%、苯菌酮65%、嘧菌酯2%及乙嘧酚磺酸酯3%。
优选地,所述杀菌组合物的剂型为微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂及水分散粒剂中的一种。
优选地,:所述杀菌组合物用于蔬菜、瓜果等作物上的白粉病。
第二方面,本发明提供一种杀菌剂,所述杀菌剂按质量百分比包括以下物质,氰霜唑25%、苯菌酮22.5%、嘧菌酯1%及乙嘧酚磺酸酯1.5%、十二烷基硫酸钠(润湿剂)2%、木质素磺酸钠(分散剂)5%、烷基萘磺酸钠(分散剂)5%、硫酸铵(崩解剂)10%、高岭土(填料)补齐至100%。
氰霜唑,化学名称:4-氯-2-氰基-N,N-二甲基-5-对甲苯基咪唑-1-磺酰胺。氰霜唑为日本石原产业株式会社生产的磺胺咪唑类杀菌剂,超级保护性杀菌剂,氰霜唑是线粒体呼吸抑制剂,对卵菌各个生长阶段包括孢子囊的形成、孢子囊的萌发、卵孢子的形成、游动孢子的释放、游动孢子的移动以及菌丝的生长都具有很高的抑制效果,对甲霜灵产生抗性或敏感的病菌均有活性。对霜霉病,疫病,根肿病,猝倒病等有特效,用于马铃薯、葡萄、蔬菜(黄瓜、白菜、番茄、洋葱、莴苣)、草坪的病菌防治。与其它内吸性杀菌剂间无交互抗药性;该药剂毒性低,具有良好的毒理学性质、对生态环境和作物以及非靶标生物安全。
苯菌酮,英文通用名Metrafenone,最早是由美国氰胺公司(现属德国巴斯夫)的二苯酮类杀菌剂。具有亲脂性,容易被植物吸收,作用机理机制新颖,通过干扰病原体机动蛋白的传输和作用,从而抑制病菌生长,几乎对病原菌所有生长阶段均有效可用于防治谷物、瓜果、豆类、葡萄等作物上的白粉病具有优异的活性,与其它杀菌剂无交互抗性。但单独使用相对价格较高,长期单独使用也不利于抗性治理。
嘧菌酯,是甲氧基丙烯酸酯(Strobilurin)类杀菌农药,高效、广谱,对几乎所有的真菌界(子囊菌亚门、担子菌亚门、鞭毛菌亚门和半知菌亚门)病害如白粉病、锈病、颖枯病、网斑病、霜霉病、稻瘟病等均有良好的活性。可用于茎叶喷雾、种子处理,也可进行土壤处理,主要用于谷物、水稻、花生、葡萄、马铃薯、果树、蔬菜、咖啡、草坪等。使用剂量为25ml-50/亩。
乙嘧酚磺酸酯:乙嘧酚磺酸酯是一种熔点为50-51℃,用于防治苹果、温室玫瑰和草莓等作物的白粉病,颜色为淡黄色或浅棕色的有毒性蜡状固体又称5-丁基-2-乙氨基-6-甲基嘧啶-4-基二甲基氨基硫酸酯。
本发明所描述的杀菌组合物使用的辅助剂包括润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、渗透剂等及其它有益于有效成分在贮存和使用中稳定以及药效发挥的已知物质,都是农药制剂中常用或允许使用的各种成分,并无特别限定,具体成分和用量根据配方要求通过简单试验确定。
本发明所描述的杀菌组合物可以成品制剂形式提供,即组合物中各物质已经混合,也可以以单剂组合形式提供,使用前直接在桶或罐中直接混合,然后稀释至所需的浓度。
本发明的杀菌组合物主要用于蔬菜、瓜果等作物的病害,尤其是白粉病的防治。
本发明的杀菌组合物和现有的技术相比,本发明产生的有益效果为:(1)本发明的杀菌组合物在一点范围内有很好的增效作用,与单剂相比防治效果明显提高;(2)药效提高后,可以大幅减少田间用药量,降低了生产和使用成本,减少了农药残留,有利于环境的可持续发展;(3)杀菌组合物中有效成分的作用机理不同,有利于克服和延缓病菌抗药性的产生。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加的清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行详细说明,但本发明不限于这些例子,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求书为准。
将不同的农药有效成分进行复配,是目前解决农药单剂应用过程中药效和抗性等问题的一种有效方式。将不同的农药有效成分复配后,通常表现出三种作用类型,即相加作用、增效作用和拮抗作用,但具体为何种作用,无法预测,只有通过大量试验才能知道。复配增效很好的配方,能提高实际防治效果,降低农药的使用量,有助于延缓抗性的产生,是科学防治病害的重要手段。
本发明杀菌组合物以本发明杀菌组合物以氰霜唑为一种有效成分,与苯菌酮为另一种有效成分,它们之间的组合对白粉病具有明显的协同增效作用,而不仅仅是两种药效作用的简单相加,具体用以下生物测定实例加以说明。生物测定实施例1、氰霜唑与苯菌酮复配对黄瓜白粉病菌的室内毒力测定试验
试验对象:黄瓜白粉病病菌
本试验采用盆栽法。盆栽生长至4-5片真叶,编号备用。将发病黄瓜叶片上24h内产生的白粉病菌新鲜孢子均匀抖落接种于供试黄瓜苗上。根据药剂活性,设置5-7个系列质量浓度。接种24小时后,将药液均匀喷施于叶面至全部润湿,待药液自然风干备用。每处理3盆,4次重复,并设只含溶剂和表面活性剂而不含有效成分的处理作空白对照。接种后的试材移至人工气候箱中(相对湿度100%,温度20±2℃)培养7天。统计每盆黄瓜叶片上的病斑面积,调查病情指数,并计算防治效果。
分级标准
0级:叶片无病斑;
1级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的6%-10%;
5级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的11%-20%;
7级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的21%-50%;
9级:病斑面积占整片叶面积50%以上。
药效计算方法:
防治效果换算成几率值(y),药液浓度(μg/mL)转换成对数值(x),以最小二乘法计算毒力方程和抑制中浓度EC50,依孙云沛法计算出各药剂的毒力指数及混剂的共毒系数(CTC)。
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂EC50/供试药剂EC50)×100
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数×混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数×混剂中B的百分含量
共毒系数(CTI)=[混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)]×100
当CTC≤80,则组合物表现为拮抗作用,当80<CTC<120,则组合物表现为相加作用,当CTC≥120,则组合物表现为增效作用。

试验结果表明,氰霜唑与苯菌酮复配防治黄瓜白粉病菌,配比在50:1-1:50之间时,共毒系数都在120.0以上,具有一定的增效作用,而配比在10:1-1:10之间时,共毒系数均高于200.0,增效作用更明显。
本发明复配杀菌组合物可以用已知的方法制备成适合农业使用的微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂和水分散粒剂。以下用具体实施例进行说明,配方中百分比均为质量百分比,氰霜唑原药有效含量为94%、苯菌酮原药有效含量为98%,使用时均按有效含量折百计算,以下不在赘述。
微乳剂实施例
将农药有效成分溶解在溶剂和助溶剂中,加入表面活性剂,混合均匀得到微乳剂。
实施例1:25%氰霜唑·苯菌酮微乳剂
氰霜唑20%、苯菌酮5%、二甲苯(溶剂)9%、环己酮(溶剂)9%、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(溶剂)10%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙(乳化剂)4%、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯法(乳化剂)5%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚(乳化剂)5%、去离子水补齐至100%。
水乳剂实施例
将农药有效成分溶解在溶剂和助溶剂中,加入表面活性剂,混合均匀得到油相;将水溶性组分和去离子水等组分混合制得水相,再将油相加入水相中,边加边搅拌,高速剪切使之成为均一的乳状液得到水乳剂。
实施例2:10%氰霜唑·苯菌酮水乳剂
氰霜唑5%、苯菌酮5%、乙二醇(防冻剂)5%、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(溶剂)10%、环己酮(溶剂)9%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚(乳化剂)6%、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯法(乳化剂)6%、去离子水补齐至100%。
悬浮剂实施例
将农药有效成分、分散剂、润湿剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、防冻剂和水等各组分按配方的比例混合均匀,经砂磨机湿法砂磨后得到半产品,分析后补加水混合均匀过滤即得悬浮剂。
实施例3:50%氰霜唑·苯菌酮悬浮剂
氰霜唑20%、苯菌酮30%、乙二醇(防冻剂)5%、拉开粉(润湿剂)1.5%、木质素磺酸钠(分散剂)2%、聚羧酸盐(分散剂)3%、黄原胶(增稠剂)0.08%、苯甲酸钠(防腐剂)0.2%、有机硅消泡剂(消泡剂)0.1%、去离子水补齐至100%。
实施例4:31%氰霜唑·苯菌酮悬浮剂
氰霜唑1%、苯菌酮30%、乙二醇(防冻剂)5%、拉开粉(润湿剂)1.5%、木质素磺酸钠(分散剂)5%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2%(分散剂)、黄原胶(增稠剂)0.15%、苯甲酸钠(防腐剂)0.2%、有机硅消泡剂(消泡剂)0.1%、去离子水补齐至100%。
可湿性粉剂实施例
将农药有效成分、助剂和填料按配方的比例混合均匀,经气流粉碎后再混合得到可湿性粉剂。
实施例5:70%氰霜唑·苯菌酮可湿性粉剂
氰霜唑10%、苯菌酮60%、十二烷基硫酸钠(润湿剂)2%、烷基萘磺酸钠(分散剂)2%、聚羧酸盐(分散剂)2%、木质素磺酸钠(分散剂)3%、白炭黑(填料)2%、高岭土(填料)补齐至100%。
实施例6:50%氰霜唑·苯菌酮可湿性粉剂
氰霜唑30%、苯菌酮20%、十二烷基硫酸钠(润湿剂)2%、烷基萘磺酸钠(分散剂)5%、木质素磺酸钠(分散剂)6%、白炭黑(填料)5%、高岭土(填料)补齐至100%。
水分散粒剂实施例
将农药有效成分、助剂和填料按配方的比例混合均匀,经气流粉碎后得可湿性粉剂,再加入一定量的水,经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂。
实施例7:80%氰霜唑·苯菌酮水分散粒剂
氰霜唑20%、苯菌酮60%、十二烷基硫酸钠(润湿剂)2%、木质素磺酸钠(分散剂)3%、烷基萘磺酸钠(分散剂)5%、聚羧酸盐(分散剂)5%、硫酸铵(填料)补齐至100%。
实施例8:50%氰霜唑·苯菌酮水分散粒剂
氰霜唑25%、苯菌酮25%、十二烷基硫酸钠(润湿剂)2%、木质素磺酸钠(分散剂)5%、烷基萘磺酸钠(分散剂)5%、硫酸铵(崩解剂)10%、高岭土(填料)补齐至100%。
实施例9
杀菌组合物50%、十二烷基硫酸钠(润湿剂)2%、木质素磺酸钠(分散剂)5%、烷基萘磺酸钠(分散剂)5%、硫酸铵(崩解剂)10%、高岭土(填料)补齐至100%;
实施例9中杀菌组合物按质量百分比包括以下物质:氰霜唑50%、苯菌酮45%、嘧菌酯2%及乙嘧酚磺酸酯3%。
实施例10

为了进一步说明本发明技术配方方案的优点,本发明用以下具体田间试验实施例进行举例说明。
田间应用例1:氰霜唑与苯菌酮复配对黄瓜白粉病的田间药效试验
试验对象:黄瓜白粉病
试验药剂及用量见表2,每处理4个小区重复,每个小区面积20平方米。在病害发生初期进行第一次施药,均匀喷雾,喷至叶片滴水为止,以清水处理为空白对照。7天后施第二次药。在第一次药前和第二次药后7天调查黄瓜白粉病的发病情况。每个小区采用五点取样,每点调查两株,每株调查所有叶片,以病斑面积占整个叶面积的百分率来分级记载。计算各处理病情指数和防治效果。分级标准:
0级:无病斑;
1级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的6%-15%;
5级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的16%-25%;
7级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的26%-50%;
9级:病斑面积占整个叶面积50%以上;

从表2试验结果中可以看出,氰霜唑、苯菌酮单剂对黄瓜白粉病的防效分别为75.82%、77.40%,而本发明实施例杀菌组合物在防效上均有显著提高,最低防效为84.90%,最高达到了91.55%。田间试验的结果充分表明,氰霜唑与苯菌酮复配后对黄瓜白粉病具有显著的协同增效作用,在亩有效成分用量较单剂减少的情况下,防治效果大幅提高。因此,本发明组合物具有降低成本、延缓抗性、减少施药次数和农药残留的有益作用。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种含有氰霜唑与苯菌酮的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述杀菌组合物包括氰霜唑与苯菌酮,氰霜唑与苯菌酮的质量比例为50:1-1:50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:氰霜唑与苯菌酮的质量比例为20:1-1:20。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述氰霜唑与苯菌酮的总质量占所述杀菌组合物质量的1-90%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述杀菌组合物按质量百分比还包括以下物质:嘧菌酯1-2%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述杀菌组合物按质量百分比包括以下物质:氰霜唑50%、苯菌酮40%、嘧菌酯2%、聚氧乙烯3%及乙嘧酚磺酸酯5%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述杀菌组合物按质量百分比包括以下物质:氰霜唑30%、苯菌酮65%、嘧菌酯2%及乙嘧酚磺酸酯3%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述杀菌组合物的剂型为微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂及水分散粒剂中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述杀菌组合物用于蔬菜、瓜果等作物上的白粉病。
9.一种包含权利要求1-7任一项所述的杀菌组合物的杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂按质量百分比包括以下物质,氰霜唑25%、苯菌酮22.5%、嘧菌酯1%及乙嘧酚磺酸酯1.5%、十二烷基硫酸钠(润湿剂)2%、木质素磺酸钠(分散剂)5%、烷基萘磺酸钠(分散剂)5%、硫酸铵(崩解剂)10%、高岭土(填料)补齐至100%。
