The invention belongs to the field of herbicides, and particularly relates to a weeding composition containing cyhalofop-butyl and imazamox and application thereof.
Background
Cyhalofop-butyl is aryloxy phenoxy propionic acid conduction type gramineae weed herbicide, is used for controlling weeds such as moleplant seed, barnyard grass and paspalum distichum in field stem and leaf treatment, is absorbed by stem and leaf and is conducted to a growing point, and the weed control effect is achieved.
The imazamox is an imidazolinone herbicide, and can well prevent and control a plurality of annual weeds in a field in a lasting way; after foliar treatment, sensitive weeds quickly yellow and growth stops, eventually leading to death or no longer being competitive. Can well prevent and kill off and control various gramineous and broadleaf weeds with lasting effect, such as: green bristlegrass, wild oat, barnyard grass, crab grass, wild millet, cyperus heterophyllus, cyperus rotundus, amaranth, polygonum, black nightshade, chenopodium album, purslane, cocklebur, shepherd's purse, piemarker, buckwheat tendril, dayflower and the like.
The chemical agent is easy to cause the drug resistance of weeds after being singly used for a long time, causes pollution to the environment, and the research and development of the synergistic composition which can improve the weeding effect and reduce the application dosage of active ingredients is the key point of the research and development of a plurality of pesticide companies in China. In the prior art, no report is provided about the compound use of cyhalofop-butyl and imazamox.

The cyhalofop-butyl-imazamox water dispersible granule with the mass percentage of 42 percent is prepared according to a conventional method.
Example 227% Cyhalofop-Citrobacter Water dispersible granule
Cyhalofop-butyl 15%, imazamox 12%, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 5%, nekal 2%, calcium lignosulfonate 3%, ammonium sulfate 3%, polyethylene glycol 4% and kaolin for 100%. The cyhalofop-butyl-imazamox water dispersible granule with the mass percentage of 27 percent is prepared according to a conventional method.
Example 322% Cyhalofop-butyl Methoxyfenapyr wettable powder
15% of cyhalofop-butyl, 7% of imazamox, 7% of nekal, 8% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 5% of white carbon black and 100% of bentonite. The cyhalofop-butyl imazamox wettable powder with the mass percentage of 46 percent is prepared according to a conventional method.
Example 424% Cyhalofop-butyl Methoxyfenapyr wettable powder
15% of cyhalofop-butyl, 9% of imazamox, 8% of NNO, 4% of nekal, 4% of calcium lignosulfonate, 5% of white carbon black and the balance of kaolin to 100%. The cyhalofop-butyl imazamox wettable powder with the mass percentage of 24 percent is prepared according to a conventional method.
Example 5: indoor determination of cyhalofop-butyl and imazamox compounded pair barnyard grass
The tested weeds: barnyard grass is collected in non-cultivated land fields, and seeds are stored in a laboratory for later use.
Reagent to be tested: cyhalofop-butyl technical, imazamox technical; is commercially available.
The test method comprises the following steps: sowing 20-25 seeds of the grass family weeds, barnyard grass, in a square plastic plant cultivation flowerpot with the specification of 7 multiplied by 7cm, covering soil of 0.5cm after sowing, pressing, sprinkling water, and then putting into a greenhouse for cultivation according to a conventional method. And (3) spraying stems and leaves by using a spraying machine according to the experimental design dosage when 15 weeds are planted in the 1-2 leaf stage of the weeds and the weeds are planted in the 3-4 leaf stage of the weeds. The experiment was repeated 3 times. And (3) after the test material is treated, the test material is placed in a greenhouse to be managed according to a conventional method, the reaction condition of the tested weed to the medicament is observed and recorded, the fresh weight of the overground part of each treated weed is weighed 7 days after the treatment, and the fresh weight inhibition percentage is calculated.
And (3) evaluating the synergistic effect: and calculating the fresh weight inhibition rate (E) and the theoretical fresh weight inhibition rate (E0) of the weeds among different treatments of single-agent and binary compound. The combined action type of the binary compound herbicide was evaluated. When the E-E0 is more than 10 percent, the two herbicides have synergistic effect after being compounded; when E-E0 < -10%, the two herbicides have antagonism; values of E-E0 between-10% and 10% are additive effects.
The observed fresh weight inhibition ratio (E) ═ control fresh weight-treated fresh weight ÷ control fresh weight × 100%. Theoretical fresh weight inhibition ratio (E0) ═ X + Y-XY/100
And (3) analyzing a test result:
as is clear from Table 1, the control effect of cyhalofop-butyl and imazamox on barnyard grass is low when used alone, for example, the control effect of cyhalofop-butyl on barnyard grass is only 51.92% when 3g a.i./mu; the control effect on barnyard grass is only 47.05% when 1.2g of imazamox is a.i./mu; when the two are used in combination, the control effect on barnyard grass is obviously improved.
As can be seen from Table 3, the combination of cyhalofop-butyl and imazamox has different combined effects by comparing the actual inhibition rate and the theoretical inhibition rate of the two herbicides under different combination conditions. When the proportion of the cyhalofop-butyl to the imazamox is 0.5+0.8 and 0.5+1.2, the composition shows additive combined effect on the barnyard grass; the rest of the mixture ratio shows the technical effect of synergy.
Table 1 shows that the inhibition rate of cyhalofop-butyl and imazamox on the fresh weight of barnyard grass by compounding the cyhalofop-butyl and the imazamox in different proportions is%
Note: all the above values are actual measured values
Table 2 shows the theoretical fresh weight inhibition rate of cyhalofop-butyl and imazamox in different proportions for barnyard grass
Note: "-" indicates the absence of a combination of single agents
TABLE 3 Combined action value of cyhalofop-butyl and imazamox on barnyard grass in different proportions (E-E0)
Note: "-" indicates the absence of a combination of single agents
Example 6 measurement of drug efficacy of Cyhalofop-butyl and imazamox in combination on weeds in paddy fields
Test agents: examples 1-4 formulations of the present configurations
Test crop fields and weed species thereof: directly sowing rice in a field; and (3) field weeds: barnyard grass, crab grass, green bristlegrass herb and wild oat.
The application method comprises the following steps: 4 drug treatments were set, 1 blank control, repeated 3 times; the area per cell was 20m2, and the random arrangement was made. Spraying stem and leaf. And (5) investigating the weed fresh weight control effect 14d after the application.
And (3) analyzing a test result:
the dosage forms prepared in the examples 1-4 have the total control effect on the weeds in the paddy field of about 90 percent when the dosage of the active ingredients is 5g a.i./mu. Can effectively reduce the application dosage of active ingredients, slow down the generation of drug resistance of weeds and have obvious synergistic effect.
