Abstract

本申请实施例提供了一种无线通信方法、终端设备和网络设备,处于空闲状态或者去激活状态的终端设备可以基于网络设备的配置进行小区测量,在进入连接状态之后,上报测量结果,以辅助网络设备配置CA中的辅小区和/或辅小区组,和/或,辅助配置多无线接入技术双连接,从而,可以实现辅小区和/或辅小区组的快速激活或去激活。该无线通信方法包括:终端设备接收网络设备发送的第一配置信息,该第一配置信息用于指示处于空闲状态和/或去激活状态的终端设备进行小区测量,且该第一配置信息包括针对E‑UTRAN的第一测量信息和/或针对NR的第二测量信息;该终端设备根据该第一配置信息进行小区测量。
