Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of self-service financial equipment, and particularly relates to a cabinet-penetrating type intelligent cash teller machine and a maintenance method thereof.
Background
The cash teller machine, also called automatic teller machine, is that a small machine is arranged at different places by a bank, and the basic account information (usually called a bank card) of a customer is recorded by using a magnetic tape on a glue card with the size of a credit card, so that the customer can carry out the service of a bank counter such as money withdrawal, deposit, transfer and the like through the machine.
However, with the updating of the equipment, the bank aims at reducing the operation cost, improving the customer experience, and playing the advantages of the equipment, and the self-service of the high-cabinet business is realized by installing the equipment on the existing counter of the bank. However, since the position and the size of the counter are fixed, in the process of installation or updating, a teller machine needs to be built according to the existing counter size, and the universality and the adaptability are poor.

The invention aims to provide a cabinet-penetrating type intelligent cash teller machine and a maintenance method thereof, which are used for solving the problems related to the background technology.

As a preferable scheme, the rear frame body comprises a sealing plate part fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the safe and extending to two sides, a frame main body fixedly arranged on the sealing plate part through a first waist round hole and screws, a rear flip cover hinged on the frame main body through a hinge page, two groups of gas springs with one end fixed on the inner side of the frame main body and the other end fixed on the rear flip cover, a rear display screen arranged on the rear flip cover, and an access control assembly arranged on one side of the frame main body and attached to the rear flip cover.
As a preferable scheme, the fixing base comprises a supporting surface fixedly arranged on the cabinet body, a corner surface which is attached to the upper edge of the front end of the safe and fixed, a vertical surface which is fixed with the rear frame body, a bending surface which is arranged on the vertical surface and is recessed backwards, sliding guide rails fixedly arranged on two sides of the supporting surface, and a plurality of limiting shafts which are arranged at the front end of the safe, penetrate through the corner surface and are connected with the front cover body.
The cash teller machine also comprises a cash circulation module arranged on the safe, wherein a gate of the cash circulation module and the bending surface form a withdrawal opening of a semi-closed space.
The cash teller machine further comprises a receipt module, a magnetic card module, a second generation card scanning module and a camera which are arranged on the vertical plane, a display, an operation keyboard, a fingerprint instrument, an electronic sign pen and an external card swiping slot which are arranged on the front cover body, wherein the front ends of the receipt module, the magnetic card module and the second generation card scanning module are fixed by adopting buckles, and the rear ends of the receipt module, the magnetic card module and the second generation card scanning module are fixedly arranged on the fixed base through a switching assembly.
The adapter assembly comprises an adapter base and an adapter piece, wherein the adapter base comprises a base body which is fixedly arranged on the fixed base and has a U-shaped cross section, a limit chute and a second waist round hole which are arranged on two side surfaces of the base body, an opening part which is arranged at one end of the limit chute, the adapter piece comprises an adapter part which is sleeved in the base body, bending parts which are arranged on two sides of the adapter part and have a U-shaped cross section, limit pieces which are arranged on two sides of the bending parts and are matched with the limit chute, and fixing pieces which are arranged on two sides of the bending parts and correspond to the second waist round hole, the receipt module, the magnetic card module and the second generation card scanning module are respectively fixedly connected with the adapter pieces of different specifications, then the limit chute slides through the limit pieces, the position is adjusted, and finally the second waist round hole and the fixing pieces are fixed.
The locking assembly comprises a cover locking piece, a first fixing seat, a second fixing seat, a rotating shaft, a torsion spring, a locking piece and an unlocking handle, wherein the cover locking piece is positioned in front of a vertical face and fixedly connected with the front cover body, the first fixing seat is installed behind the vertical face, the second fixing seat is fixedly installed at the top of the rear frame, the rotating shaft is movably installed on the first fixing seat, the torsion spring is installed on one side of the rotating shaft, one end of the torsion spring is connected with the first fixing seat, the locking piece is abutted against the cover locking piece through the vertical face, rotatably installed on the rotating shaft and connected with the other end of the torsion spring, and the unlocking handle is installed on the second fixing seat through a third kidney hole and abutted against the locking piece.
The locking piece is in a 'V' -shaped structure and comprises a first hook part, a second hook part, a tail fixing clamping groove and a mounting hole, wherein the lower part of the first hook part is propped against the cover locking piece, the fixing clamping groove is arranged above the first hook part and is connected with the other end of the torsion spring, the mounting hole is arranged below the second hook part and is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft, and the tail part is propped against the unlocking handle.
As a preferred scheme, the bottom of the safe is provided with an adjusting foot.
The invention also provides a maintenance method of the through-cabinet type intelligent cash teller machine, which comprises the following steps:
Step 1, unlocking a rear flip through entrance guard opening, and opening the rear flip to realize maintenance of a module in a rear frame body;
Step 2, under the influence of space limitation, the receipt module, the magnetic card module and the second generation card scanning module in the rear frame body are inconvenient to directly maintain, so that the second waist round hole and the fixing piece are loosened and used for fixing, then the transfer part and the receipt module, the magnetic card module or the second generation card scanning module are respectively taken as a whole and slide backwards to the opening part, the upper part of the transfer part is taken out, the angle of the lower part of the transfer part is adjusted, and then the whole receipt module, the magnetic card module or the second generation card scanning module is respectively taken out, so that the quick disassembly and maintenance are realized;
Step 3, then, the unlocking handle is pulled backwards through loosening a bolt or a screw of the third waist hole and the second fixing seat, so that the locking piece is driven to rotate backwards by taking the rotating shaft as a fixing point, the first hook part of the locking piece is separated from the cover locking piece, and the connection relation between the front cover body and the rear frame body is released;
And 4, loosening screws between the front cover body and the vertical surface, and then pulling out the front cover body through the guide rail to expose a display, an operation keyboard, a fingerprint instrument, an electronic sign pen and an external card swiping slot on the mounting support surface, thereby realizing maintenance of the module on the front cover.

The cash teller machine 200 is installed on a counter 100, the counter 100 comprises a cabinet body 110, a window glass 120 vertically installed on the cabinet body 110, the cash teller machine 200 comprises a safe 210 arranged behind the cabinet body 110, a rear frame 220 fixedly installed on the safe 210, a fixed base 230 fixedly installed on the rear frame 220 and a front cover 240 fixedly connected to the fixed base 230 through guide rails, and the front cover 240 and the rear frame 220 can be adjusted back and forth together to adapt to the counter 100 with different depths.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a rear frame 220 is specifically described, a sealing plate 221 is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the safe 210, the sealed semi-extended safe 210 is mounted on two sides of the safe, a frame main body 223 is fixedly mounted on the sealing plate 221 through a first waist-round hole 222 and screws, a rear flip 224 is hinged to the frame main body 223 through hinge pages, two groups of gas springs 225 and an access control assembly 227 are further connected between the frame main body 223 and the rear flip 224, one end of the gas spring 225 is fixed on the inner side of the frame main body 223, the other end of the gas spring 225 is fixed on the rear flip 224, a rear display screen 226 is mounted on the rear flip 224 and used for reflecting parameter conditions of each module inside the rear frame 220, and the access control assembly 227 is arranged on one side of the frame main body 223 and is attached to the rear flip 224. First, through entrance guard opening, the entrance guard unlocks the rear flip 224, and opens the rear flip 224, so that maintenance of the modules in the rear frame 220 is realized. Referring to fig. 6, the fixing base 230 is specifically described, and the fixing base 230 includes a supporting surface 231, a corner surface 232, a vertical surface 233, a bending surface 234, a sliding rail 235, and a limiting shaft 236. The supporting surface 231 is fixedly mounted on the cabinet body 110, the corner surface 232 is attached to and fixed with the upper edge of the front end of the safe 210, the vertical surface 233 is fixed with the rear frame 220, the bending surface 234 is arranged on the vertical surface 233 and is recessed backward, the sliding guide rails 235 are fixedly mounted on two sides of the supporting surface 231, and 4 limiting shafts 236 are arranged at the front end of the safe 210, penetrate through the corner surface 232 and are connected with the front cover 240. The cash dispenser 200 further includes a cash recycling module 280 mounted on the safe 210, wherein a gate of the cash recycling module 280 and the bending surface 234 form a withdrawal opening of a semi-enclosed space. Because the cash recycling module 280 is fixed in advance and is fixed relative to the position of the safe 210 all the time, the installation difficulty is greatly reduced, the positioning of the fixed base 230 of the front cover part and the safe 210 part is realized through the cooperation of the 4 limit shafts 236 on the front end surface of the safe 210 and the limit round holes on the corresponding position fixed base 230, and the position of the cash port of the front cover relative to the cash module gate port on the safe 210 is unchanged when the front cover part is adjusted back and forth, so that the cash storing and taking operation is not affected.

Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the adaptor assembly 250 includes two parts, i.e., a adaptor base 251 and an adaptor. The adaptor base 251 includes a base body 251 having a U-shaped cross section and fixedly mounted on the vertical surface 233, a limit chute 252 and a second round-waist hole 253 provided on both side surfaces of the base body 251, and an opening 254 provided at one end of the limit chute 252. The adaptor comprises an adaptor part 255 sleeved inside the base body 251, a bending part 256 arranged on two sides of the adaptor part 255 and having a U-shaped cross section, a limiting part 257 arranged on two sides of the bending part 256 and matched with the limiting sliding groove 252, and a fixing part 258 arranged on two sides of the bending part 256 and corresponding to the second waist round hole 253. The receipt module 291, the magnetic card module 292, and the second generation card scanning module 293 in the rear housing 220 are inconvenient to directly maintain due to space limitations, and thus require disassembly and maintenance. In the disassembly process, the second waist round hole 253 and the fixing piece 258 are loosened, then the transfer part 255, the receipt module 291, the magnetic card module 292 or the second generation card scanning module 293 are respectively taken as a whole and slide backwards to the opening part 254, the upper part of the transfer part 255 is taken out, the angle of the lower part of the transfer part 255 is adjusted, and then the whole receipt module 291, the magnetic card module 292 or the second generation card scanning module 293 is respectively taken out, so that the quick disassembly and maintenance are realized. In the installation process, on the contrary, the receipt module 291, the magnetic card module 292 and the second generation card scanning module 293 are respectively and fixedly connected with the connectors 255 of different specifications, and are installed as a whole, and then slide in the limiting chute 252 through the limiting member 257 to adjust the position, and finally the second round lumbar hole 253 and the fixing member 258 are fixed.
Since the installation of the peripheral operation modules between the front cover 240 and the rear frame 220 is relatively independent, in order to achieve the installation accuracy, a locking assembly 260 is disposed between the rear frame 220 and the front cover 240 and penetrates through the fixing base 230. Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the locking assembly 260 includes a cover locking member 261, a first fixed seat 262, a second fixed seat 263, a rotation shaft 264, a torsion spring 265, a locking piece 266, a third waist hole 267, and an unlocking handle 268. The cover lock 261 is located in front of the vertical surface 233 and fixedly connected with the front cover 240, the first fixing seat 262 is installed behind the vertical surface 233 and is used for installing a rotating shaft 264, a torsion spring 265 is installed on the rotating shaft 264, one end of the torsion spring 265 is connected with a locking piece 266, the other end of the torsion spring 265 is connected with the first fixing seat 262, a second fixing seat 263 is fixedly installed on the inner side of the top of the rear frame 220 and is provided with an unlocking handle 268 through a third waist hole 267, the locking piece 266 is movably installed on the rotating shaft 264, one end of the locking piece 266 passes through the vertical surface 233 to abut against the cover lock 261, and the other end of the locking piece 266 abuts against the unlocking handle 268. The locking piece 266 is rotated backward by a predetermined angle with the rotation shaft 264 as a fixed point. The locking piece is in a 'v' shape and comprises a first hook portion 266a, a second hook portion 266b, a tail portion 266c, a fixing clamping groove 266d and a mounting hole 266e, wherein the lower portion of the first hook portion 266a abuts against the cover locking piece 261, the fixing clamping groove 266d is arranged above the first hook portion 266a and is connected with the other end of the torsion spring 265, the mounting hole 266e is arranged below the second hook portion 266b and is in rotary connection with the rotary shaft 264, and the tail portion abuts against the unlocking handle. Then, the unlocking handle 268 is pulled backward by loosening the bolts or screws of the third waist hole 267 and the second fixing seat 263, so that the locking piece 266 is driven to rotate backward by taking the rotating shaft 264 as a fixing point, the first hook portion 266a of the locking piece 266 is separated from the cover locking piece 261, and the connection relationship between the front cover 240 and the rear frame 220 is released. On the contrary, in the installation process, under the action of the torsion spring 265, the locking piece 266 is driven to rotate forward by taking the rotation shaft 264 as a fixed point, the unlocking handle 268 moves forward to a preset position, and the stability of the front cover 240 and the rear frame 220 is ensured through screw and screw fixation.
In a further embodiment, an adjustment foot 270 is mounted to the bottom of the safe 210. The height of the safe 210 may be fine-tuned in the vertical direction to accommodate counters 100 of different heights.

In a further embodiment, because the location of safe 210 is relatively open, a re-lock mechanism 211 is employed at the interior code lock of the safe 210 door in order to further enhance the security of safe 210. Referring to fig. 12, the re-locking mechanism 211 includes a connection plate 211a, a lock body 211b, a spring 211c, a lock shaft 211d, and a cotter pin. Wherein, the connecting plate 211a is fixed on the lock body 211b, the lock shafts 211d at two sides of the lock body 211b are respectively sleeved with a spring 211c, the lock shafts 211d at two sides are connected with the connecting piece through two split pins, and the springs 211c on the lock shafts 211d are deformed after the connection. If the lock body 211b is broken, the connecting piece is released, the lock shafts 211d on two sides are pushed open by the spring 211c, and the lock shafts 211d are pushed to the corresponding notch 211e of the lock plate to clamp the lock plate.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solution of the chest-type intelligent cash teller machine 200 with strong adaptability, a method for maintaining the chest-type intelligent cash teller machine 200 is further described, which includes the following steps:
step 1, firstly unlocking a rear flip 224 through entrance guard opening, and opening the rear flip 224 to realize maintenance of modules in a rear frame 220;
Step 2, under the influence of space limitation, the receipt module 291, the magnetic card module 292 and the second generation card scanning module 293 in the rear frame 220 are inconvenient to directly maintain, so that the second round waist hole 253 and the fixing piece 258 are loosened, then the transfer part 255 and the receipt module 291, the magnetic card module 292 or the second generation card scanning module 293 are respectively used as a whole and slide backwards to the opening 254, the upper part of the transfer part 255 is taken out, the angle of the lower part of the transfer part 255 is adjusted, and the whole receipt module 291, the magnetic card module 292 or the second generation card scanning module 293 is respectively taken out, so that quick disassembly and maintenance are realized;
step 3, then, by loosening the bolts or screws of the third waist hole 267 and the second fixing seat 263, the unlocking handle 268 is pulled backwards, and the locking piece 266 is driven to rotate backwards by taking the rotating shaft 264 as a fixed point, so that the first hook portion 266a of the locking piece 266 is separated from the cover locking piece 261, and the connection relationship between the front cover body 240 and the rear frame body 220 is released;
Step 4, loosening screws between the front cover 240 and the vertical surface 233, and then pulling the front cover 240 outwards through the guide rail to expose the display 295, the operation keyboard 296, the fingerprint instrument 297, the electronic sign pen 298 and the external card slot 299 on the mounting support surface 231, thereby realizing maintenance of the module on the front cover.
