Abstract
The invention relates to a water film type circulating air flow purification device of a dryer and a corresponding closed dryer, wherein a partition is arranged in the middle of a box body of the water film type circulating air flow purification device, and the box body is divided into an adsorption bin and a condensation bin; the fixed plate is arranged at the top of the adsorption bin, the water spray pipe is arranged on the fixed plate and extends into the middle of the adsorption bin, the top of the water spray pipe is connected with a water supply hose, the water supply hose is connected with a main water supply pipe, and the bottom of the water spray pipe is provided with a water spray nozzle; the water spray nozzle sprays water to form a water film; the side wall of the water condensation bin is provided with a plurality of choke plates, the choke plates are obliquely and alternately arranged, so that airflow repeatedly turns back and flows through the choke plates, the bottom of the box body is oblique, the bottom of the lowest end of the box body is provided with a water outlet, the water outlet is connected with a drain pipe, and the drain pipe is communicated with the outside of the closed box body; a wind blocking cap is arranged on the water outlet; the invention can adsorb dust in the circulating airflow and dissolve harmful substances in the circulating airflow, thereby prolonging the service life of the equipment, reducing maintenance-free work, lowering cost and improving production efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of drier equipment, and relates to a water film type circulating airflow purification device of a drier and a corresponding closed drier.
Background
The drier is a mechanical device which utilizes heat energy to reduce the moisture of materials. The closed type dryer is an environment-friendly normal-pressure continuous convection type dryer with a fully closed structure; the device mainly comprises a closed compartment, a feeding mechanism, a conveying mesh belt mechanism, a heat exchange system, a circulating fan, a filter bag filter and the like.
In the prior art, when the dryer is used, dust is contained in circulating air flow, a filter bag filter needs to be cleaned and replaced in time, the maintenance workload is large, and the maintenance cost is high; if the filter is not cleaned and replaced in time, the filter is blocked, air flow cannot smoothly pass through the filter to reduce the heat exchange efficiency, the working efficiency of the equipment is reduced, and even the air pressure is increased, so that the equipment cannot normally operate; the material also contains water-soluble harmful substances, which can corrode parts of the dryer, affect the service life and reduce the working efficiency.

Water film type circulating air flow purifier includes: the water supply device comprises a box body, a water supply main pipe, a water supply hose, a spray pipe, a fixing plate and a drain pipe; the middle of the box body is provided with a partition, and the box body is divided into an adsorption bin and a condensate bin; each water supply hose, the water spray pipe and the fixing plate are in one group, and a plurality of groups are provided; the fixed plate is arranged at the top of the adsorption bin, the water spray pipe is arranged on the fixed plate and extends into the middle of the adsorption bin, the top of the water spray pipe is connected with a water supply hose, the water supply hose is connected with a main water supply pipe, and the bottom of the water spray pipe is provided with a water spray nozzle; the water spray nozzle sprays water to form a water film, so that dust in the circulating airflow is adsorbed and harmful substances in the circulating airflow are dissolved; the side wall of the condensate bin is provided with a plurality of choke plates, the choke plates are obliquely and alternately arranged, so that the airflow repeatedly turns back and flows between the choke plates, and the moisture contained in the airflow is condensed at the lower sides of the choke plates, adsorbs dust in the circulating airflow and dissolves harmful substances in the circulating airflow and finally drops; the bottom of the box body is inclined, a water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the lowest end of the box body and is connected with a drain pipe, and the drain pipe is communicated with the outside of the closed box body; the water outlet is provided with a wind blocking cap, the lower part of the wind blocking cap is provided with support legs, the wind blocking cap is fixed at the bottom of the box body through the support legs, and the lower edge of the wind blocking cap is lower than the upper edge of the water outlet, so that air flow is prevented from flowing away from the water outlet.
The bottom of the partition is connected with a water baffle which is arranged obliquely, water flows down along the water baffle, and a water film is formed at the lower part of the water film and is used for adsorbing dust in the circulating airflow and dissolving harmful substances in the circulating airflow.
Preferably, the water is not limited to pure water, but may be other liquid solvents.
The invention also provides a closed type dryer which mainly comprises a closed type compartment body, a feeding mechanism, a conveying mesh belt mechanism, a heat exchange system, a circulating fan and the like; the closed dryer also comprises a water film type circulating air flow purification device provided by the invention, the water film type circulating air flow purification device is arranged at the upper part of a heat exchange system, circulating air flow enters from the top of an adsorption bin of the water film type circulating air flow purification device, is discharged from the top of a condensate bin after being purified, is condensed, dewatered and heated by the heat exchange system, and passes through a conveying mesh belt after being accelerated and pressurized by a circulating fan, so that moisture in materials on the conveying mesh belt is heated and evaporated, and then enters the adsorption bin of the water film type circulating air flow purification device to be sequentially circulated.
The invention replaces the traditional dust filter, can adsorb dust in the circulating airflow and dissolve harmful substances in the circulating airflow, prolongs the service life of equipment, reduces maintenance-free work, reduces cost and improves production efficiency.

The technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a partition 53 is arranged in the middle of the box body 5, and divides the box body 5 into an adsorption bin 51 and a condensate bin 52; each water supply hose 2, the water spray pipe 3 and the fixing plate 4 form one group, and a plurality of groups are provided; the fixing plate 4 is arranged at the top of the adsorption bin 51, the spray pipe 3 is arranged on the fixing plate 4 and extends into the middle of the adsorption bin 51, the top of the spray pipe 3 is connected with the water supply hose 2, the water supply hose 2 is connected with the water supply main pipe 1, and the bottom of the spray pipe 3 is provided with the water spray nozzle 31; the water spray nozzle 31 sprays water to form a water film, and dust in the circulating airflow is adsorbed and harmful substances in the circulating airflow are dissolved; the bottom of the partition 53 is connected with a water baffle 54, the water baffle 54 is obliquely arranged, water flows down along the water baffle 54, and a water film is formed at the lower part of the water film and is used for adsorbing dust in the circulating airflow and dissolving harmful substances in the circulating airflow; the side wall of the condensate bin 52 is provided with a plurality of choke plates 521, the choke plates 521 are obliquely and alternately arranged, so that the circulating airflow repeatedly turns back and flows through the choke plates 521, and moisture contained in the airflow is condensed and adsorbed on the lower side of the choke plates 521 to dissolve dust in the circulating airflow and dissolve harmful substances in the circulating airflow and finally drops; the bottom of the box body 5 is inclined, a water outlet 6 is arranged at the bottom of the lowest end of the box body, the water outlet 6 is connected with a water drainage pipe 8, and the water drainage pipe 8 is communicated with the outside of the closed compartment body 9; the water outlet 6 is provided with a wind blocking cap 7, the lower part of the wind blocking cap 7 is provided with support legs, the wind blocking cap 7 is fixed at the bottom of the box body 5 through the support legs, and the lower edge of the wind blocking cap 7 is lower than the upper edge of the water outlet 6, so that the circulating airflow is prevented from flowing away from the water outlet 6.
As shown in fig. 3, the water film type circulating air flow purification device is arranged at the upper part of the heat exchange system 11, the circulating air flow enters from the top of the adsorption bin 51 of the water film type circulating air flow purification device, is discharged from the top of the condensation bin 52 after being purified, is condensed, dewatered and heated by the heat exchange system 11, passes through the conveying mesh belt 10 after being accelerated and pressurized by the circulating fan 12, heats and evaporates the moisture in the material on the conveying mesh belt 10, then enters the adsorption bin 51 of the water film dust removal device, and circulates in sequence.
