Abstract
The embodiment of the application provides an electric heating water boiler system for a rail vehicle and a rail train. An electric water boiler system for a rail vehicle, comprising: an electric water boiler; the switching device comprises a switching body, a water outlet pipe and a connecting pipe; the water heater comprises an electric water boiler, a water outlet pipe, a connecting pipe, a water outlet pipe, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, wherein the connecting body is fixed on the front side of the electric water boiler; the two partition plates are oppositely fixed on the two sides of the electric water boiler; the inspection door is rotatably connected with one of the partition plates and is provided with an installation opening; the water receiving panel is arranged at the mounting port and is provided with a water receiving port; when the inspection door is closed, the water outlet pipe extends out of the water receiving opening. The rail train comprises the electric heating water boiler system. The technical problems that the traditional electric water boiler is complex in overhauling steps and inconvenient to operate are solved.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of rail trains, in particular to an electric heating water boiler system for a rail vehicle and a rail train.
Background
At present, a water receiving panel of an electric water boiler in part of models of railway passenger cars and motor train units is arranged on an inspection door of the electric water boiler. Regarding the water receiving panel arranged on the inspection door, the inspection door is specially designed into an upper part, a middle part and a lower part in consideration of the subsequent overhaul and maintenance of the electric water boiler, the water receiving panel is arranged on the middle inspection door, and the water receiving panel is connected with the electric water boiler through a connecting hose. When the electric water boiler or the water receiving panel needs to be overhauled, the upper inspection door is opened firstly, the connecting hose is unfastened, and then the middle inspection door is opened. When needs examine and repair the electric heat boiler, because the inspection door is opened the step and is added loaded down with trivial details slightly, so when having certain hidden danger under the condition that maintainer does not know concrete operating procedure: when the maintainer directly opened middle part inspection door hard, probably broken the coupling hose between electric heat boiler and the water receiving panel, not only increased cost of maintenance by the sky like this, more serious is if there is hot water in the coupling hose, probably appears scalding maintainer's occurence of failure. In the actual operation of the train, the electric water boiler is overhauled frequently, so the opening frequency of the check door of the electric water boiler is high, and the prior art also has the defect of inconvenient operation.

an electric water boiler;

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, an electric water boiler system for a railway vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application includes:
an electric water boiler 1;
the adapter device 2 comprises an adapter body 21, a water outlet pipe 22 and a connecting pipe 23; the adapter body 21 is fixed on the front surface of the electric water boiler 1, the water outlet pipe 22 is convexly arranged on the front surface of the adapter body, one end of the connecting pipe 23 is communicated with the water outlet pipe 22, and the other end of the connecting pipe 23 is communicated with the electric water boiler 1;
the two partition plates are oppositely fixed on two sides of the electric water boiler;
the inspection door 3 is rotatably connected with one of the partition plates, and the inspection door 3 is provided with an installation opening;
the water receiving panel 4 is arranged at the mounting port and is provided with a water receiving port 41; when the inspection door is closed, the water outlet pipe 22 extends out of the water receiving opening 41.
The electric heating water boiler system for the railway vehicle is divided into two parts, wherein the first part comprises the electric heating water boiler, a switching device and two partition plates, and the device of the first part is characterized in that the first part is fixed after being installed; the second part comprises an inspection door and a water receiving panel arranged at the mounting port of the inspection door, and when the inspection door is opened and closed to rotate, the inspection door and the water receiving panel rotate as a whole. When the inspection door is closed, the water outlet pipe of the adapter device extends out of the water receiving port, so that water can be discharged; when needs examine and repair the electric heat boiler, only need when opening the inspection door, only need open the inspection door can, at this in-process, inspection door and water receiving panel rotate together, switching device itself is motionless, can be convenient examine and repair the electric heat boiler that lies in behind the inspection door. The electric heating water boiler system for the railway vehicle is characterized in that the inspection door and the water receiving panel are integrated as a whole, the inspection door and the water receiving panel are not directly connected with the switching device, the inspection door can be freely opened, the overhauling steps are simple, the safety is high, and meanwhile, the electric heating water boiler system is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture and install.
Specifically, the bottom of the electric water boiler is used for being fixed on an inner bottom of a railway vehicle body, and the back of the electric water boiler is used for being fixed on the surface of the inner wall of the railway vehicle body.
Specifically, two relatively fixed baffles, the inner wall of inspection door and rail vehicle's automobile body form a space that can seal, and the electric heat boiler is fixed in this confined space, can prevent that the passenger from scalding, also can play the guard action to the electric heat boiler.
In practice, the outlet pipe is a rigid outlet pipe.
The hard water outlet pipe cannot deform, and the water outlet position is relatively fixed, so that passengers can receive water conveniently.
In implementation, as shown in fig. 2, the water outlet pipe includes a horizontal pipe section 221 and a vertical pipe section 222, the vertical pipe section 222 is fixed at one end of the horizontal pipe section 221, and the horizontal pipe section 221 is communicated with the vertical pipe section 222;
the transverse pipe section 221 and the adapter body 21 are fixed and protrude out of the front surface of the adapter body, and one end, far away from the vertical pipe section, of the transverse pipe section 221 is communicated with the connecting pipe 23;
the vertical pipe section and a part of the horizontal pipe section extend out from the water receiving opening 41, and the opening of the vertical pipe section 222 faces downwards.
Thus, the shape of the water outlet pipe is simple. The length of the horizontal pipe section of the water outlet pipe depends on the distance between the electric water boiler and the water receiving panel. The length of the part of the transverse pipe section extending out of the water receiving opening is convenient for passengers to receive water.
In an implementation, the connecting pipe is a soft connecting pipe. One end of the connecting pipe is communicated with the transverse pipe section of the water outlet pipe, and the other end of the connecting pipe is communicated with the electric water boiler. Hot water in the electric water boiler enters a water receiving container of a passenger through a connecting hose and a water outlet pipe.
The connecting pipe is used for connecting the electric water boiler and the transverse pipe section of the water outlet pipe, and the electric water boiler and the transverse pipe section of the water outlet pipe are both made of hard materials, so that the soft connecting pipe can be conveniently connected.
In implementation, the adapter body is a box-shaped adapter body, and a back panel of the adapter body is fixed on the front side of the electric water boiler;
the front panel of the adapter body is provided with a water outlet pipe mounting hole, one end of the transverse pipe section, which is far away from the vertical pipe section, penetrates through the water outlet pipe mounting hole and enters the adapter body, the transverse pipe section is fixed with the adapter body, and part of the transverse pipe section protrudes out of the front panel of the adapter body;
as shown in fig. 2 and 5, one of the side panels of the adapter body has a connection pipe mounting hole 212, and the connection pipe 23 passes through the connection pipe mounting hole 212.
The switching body adopts regular shape, is convenient for processing and installation.
In an implementation, the connecting pipe mounting hole is an oblong hole.
The connecting pipe mounting hole of the oblong hole facilitates the adjustment of the hose.
In implementation, as shown in fig. 1, the back panel of the adaptor body protrudes from the front panel of the adaptor body from both sides to form a fixing flange 213;
the fixing flange is provided with a fixing flange bolt hole 213-1, and the shell of the electric water boiler is provided with a shell bolt hole; the switching body and the shell of the electric water boiler are fixed through bolts and nuts, and the fixed flanging bolt holes and the shell bolt holes.
In implementation, as shown in fig. 1, the fixing flange bolt holes 213-3 are long round holes, the number of the fixing flange bolt holes is four, and the fixing flange bolt holes are arranged on two sides of the transverse pipe section in pairs;
the shell bolt hole is a long round hole, and the length directions of the shell bolt hole and the fixed flanging bolt hole are perpendicular to each other.
The fixed flanging bolt hole is a long round hole, so that the adjustment of installation errors can be realized, and the requirement on the machining precision of the switching body is lowered.

1. An electric water boiler system for a rail vehicle, comprising:
an electric water boiler;
the switching device comprises a switching body, a water outlet pipe and a connecting pipe; the water heater comprises an electric water boiler, a water outlet pipe, a connecting pipe, a water outlet pipe, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, wherein the switching body is fixed on the front surface of the electric water boiler, the water outlet pipe;
the two partition plates are oppositely fixed on two sides of the electric water boiler;
the inspection door is rotatably connected with one of the partition plates and is provided with an installation opening;
the water receiving panel is arranged at the mounting port and is provided with a water receiving port; when the inspection door is closed, the water outlet pipe extends out of the water receiving opening.
2. An electrically heated water boiler system according to claim 1, wherein the outlet pipe is a rigid outlet pipe.

An electric water boiler system according to claim 2, wherein the water outlet pipe comprises a transverse pipe section and a vertical pipe section, the vertical pipe section is fixed at one end of the transverse pipe section, and the transverse pipe section is communicated with the vertical pipe section;
the transverse pipe section is fixed with the adapter body and protrudes out of the front surface of the adapter body, and one end, far away from the vertical pipe section, of the transverse pipe section is communicated with the connecting pipe;
the vertical pipe section and part of the horizontal pipe section extend out of the water receiving opening, and a pipe orifice of the vertical pipe section faces downwards.
4. An electric water boiler system according to claim 3, wherein the connection tube is a soft connection tube.
5. The electric water boiler system according to claim 4, wherein the side of the connecting pipe connected with the electric water boiler is located on the side surface or the bottom surface of the adapter body.
6. An electric water boiler system according to claim 5, wherein the adapter body is a box-shaped adapter body, and a back panel of the adapter body is fixed on the front surface of the electric water boiler;
