And a mandril 44 is arranged below the bottom of the withdrawal beam, and a follower wheel 45 is arranged below the mandril to prevent the withdrawal beam from drooping and simultaneously move forward and backward along with the withdrawal beam driven by the oil cylinder device.
The working principle of the machine is as follows:
the non-mandrel continuous casting roller is hoisted into the machine, the material supporting trolley is moved or lifted to support one end of the roller, two drill rods are just clamped on the end surface between the two sections of rollers, the oil cylinder device is started to pull back the piston rod of the oil cylinder device, namely the left section of roller is withdrawn, and the reciprocating operation is carried out to complete the required withdrawal.
The drill rod blocks can be replaced according to the condition of the roller so as to adapt to the withdrawal of non-mandrel continuous casting rollers with different sizes and models.
