When the liquid medium circulating device is started, the liquid medium in the heating box is pushed to perform forced circulation, so that the liquid medium forms convection in the mixing tank including the heat exchange tube, the temperature in the liquid medium is uniform, and the heat exchange is controllable.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the boiler with larger gas production requirement supplies gas, a water bath heating method is adopted, firstly, water in a heating box is heated to about 60-90 ℃, an electric heating pipe or a steam heating pipe can be adopted for heating, the water exchanges heat with a mixing tank and a heat exchange pipe, the temperature of the mixing tank and the heat exchange pipe rises, the temperature inside the mixing tank rises, then, the air and liquid pentane are pressurized and sprayed into the mixing tank for mixing, the liquid pentane is dispersed into micro-particles through pressurized spraying, the sprayed air exchanges heat with the inner wall of the mixing tank and the surface of the heat exchange pipe, the micro-particles of the liquid pentane exchanges heat with the air in the mixing tank to be gasified with the temperature rise, and the micro-particles of the liquid pentane are discharged through a mixed air pentane gas production pipe and then are conveyed to the boiler or other gas-using equipment through. The heat exchange tubes are arranged on the mixing tank in a penetrating manner, so that the heat exchange area between hot water and air in the tank is enlarged, the heat exchange is further ensured, the heat required by the pentane gasification is ensured, and the temperature in the tank is basically kept constant during the pentane gasification. In some gas applications such as metal cutting, higher gas pressure is needed, therefore, heat conducting oil with higher gasification temperature such as dimethyl silicon oil is used as a heating medium, an electric heating pipe is used for heating the oil temperature to 180 ℃, then air and liquid pentane are pressurized and injected into a mixing tank for mixing and gasification, the temperature of the mixing tank and a heat exchange pipe is higher due to the higher oil temperature, the pressure during pentane gasification is higher, the pressure requirement for gas for metal cutting can be met, but the specific heat of the heat conducting oil is not as large as that of water, and the heat storage quantity is not much, so that the gas-phase heat-transfer oil is suitable for occasions with high gasification temperature and small gasification quantity.
And when the liquid level sensor detects that liquid pentane exists in the oil return pipe, the liquid level controller controls the oil return pump to start, so that the liquid pentane in the oil return pipe flows back to the pentane inlet to enter the mixing tank for mixing and gasifying again. The gas in the gas production pipe which is inclined upwards can flow back to the bottom of the mixing tank downwards than pentane liquid which is contained in the gas and is not gasified or formed by condensation, and then flows back to the oil return pipe. When the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the liquid heating medium in the heating box is lower than a preset value, the temperature controller controls the heating device to heat and raise the temperature.
