The electromagnetic heating wall-mounted furnace is a heat generating device which utilizes heat energy generated by eddy current generated by cutting metal by magnetic lines as a heat source and achieves the heating purpose through a heat dissipation system (such as a water heating system). The working principle of the electromagnetic heating wall-mounted furnace is as follows: the heater converts electric energy into heat energy by utilizing an electromagnetic induction principle, a rectification circuit converts 50HZ alternating voltage into direct current voltage in a controller, the direct current voltage is converted into high-frequency alternating current voltage with the frequency of 22KHZ through a control circuit, the high-frequency alternating current voltage flows through a high-frequency wire wound outside a non-metallic material pipe, and magnetic lines of force generated inside a high-speed changing magnetic field generate countless small eddy currents when cutting a metal container inside the non-metallic material pipe, so that water is rapidly heated, and the effect of rapidly heating the water is achieved. Compared with a resistance type wall-mounted furnace, the electromagnetic heating wall-mounted furnace has high safety: the water and electricity separation is realized, the damage of current surge impact is reduced, the equipment is prevented from being damaged due to voltage fluctuation, the output power is adjustable, and the safety of the equipment is ensured; energy conservation: the process of conducting through a medium is reduced, the heat loss is less, the heat efficiency is high, namely heating is carried out immediately, a heat storage container is not needed, and the instantaneous heat efficiency can reach more than 80 percent; the service life is long; maintenance-free: the water is magnetized after passing through the water magnetizing device, and the water magnetizing structure is free from scale formation.
When an existing electromagnetic heating wall-mounted furnace is installed, holes are punched in the wall surface, expansion screws are driven into the holes, a support of the electromagnetic heating wall-mounted furnace is installed, and the electromagnetic heating wall-mounted furnace is installed integrally.
