Abstract
本发明提供了一种复合微生态制剂及其制备方法和应用。本发明的复合微生态制剂,包括乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母;其中,每单位复合微生态制剂中,乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母之间的质量比为(4‑6):(1‑2):(1‑2):(2‑3):(3‑5)。上述复合微生态制剂能够预防肠道疾病以及肺炎、支气管炎等呼吸道疾病;在喷洒至环境中时,能够快速分解粪便中的氨气、硫化氢等有害物质,改善养殖环境;在养殖动物时,能够促进养殖对象的生长、降低料肉比,缩短养殖,还能够提高繁殖率,改善养殖动物的肉、蛋以及奶的品质,应用范围广泛,应用效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及微生物技术领域,尤其是涉及一种复合微生态制剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
微生态制剂是运用微生态学原理,利用对宿主有益无害的益生菌或益生菌的促生长物质,经特殊工艺制成的制剂。微生态制剂己被广泛应用于饲料、农业、医药保健和食品等各个领域中。在饲料工业中广泛应用的有植物乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌等,在食品中广泛应用的有乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、肠球菌和酵母菌等;在家禽家畜养殖业中,微生态制剂已经在逐步地取代传统的添加剂。
公开号为CN103431226A的中国专利申请公开了一种提高肉鸡生产性能的方法,包括用含有微生态制剂的肉鸡日粮饲喂肉鸡得到生产性能高于用肉鸡普通日粮饲喂的肉鸡的步骤,所述微生态制剂的活性成分是用发酵培养基培养复合菌剂得到的培养物;所述复合菌剂的活性成分由枯草芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母和植物乳杆菌组成;所述含有微生态制剂的肉鸡日粮是向所述肉鸡普通日粮中添加是所述肉鸡普通日粮质量的0.015%-0.05%。
公开号为CN103436473A的中国专利申请公开了一种用于生猪养殖保健的复合微生态制剂,将冷冻保藏管中的嗜酸乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母分别在斜面中活化,之后纯化得各斜面菌种,备用;利用各斜面菌种制备相应的原菌液;将各原菌液按2:2:2:1的菌量比接种于已灭菌的发酵培养基Ⅰ中进行培养,得复合微生态制剂的一级种子;将一级种子按5%的接种量接种于已灭菌的发酵培养基Ⅱ中培养得复合微生态制剂的二级种子;最后将二级种子按5%的接种量接种至已灭菌的发酵培养基Ⅲ培养以获得复合微生态制剂的成品。生猪通过服用或饮用该复合微生态制剂,能够在一定程度上增强生猪机体的抵抗力。
上述现有微生态制剂大多存在组成配伍不佳、应用范围较窄、应用效果有限等问题;鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合微生态制剂及其制备方法和应用,该复合微生态制剂能够预防肠道疾病以及呼吸道疾病,改善养殖环境,促进养殖对象的生长,提高繁殖率,改善养殖动物的肉、蛋以及奶的品质。
本发明提供一种复合微生态制剂,包括乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母;其中,每单位复合微生态制剂中,乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母之间的质量比为(4-6):(1-2):(1-2):(2-3):(3-5);特别是,每单位复合微生态制剂的有效活菌数≥50亿。
在上述复合微生态制剂中,乳酸菌能够通过发酵产生有机酸、特殊酶系、酸菌素等物质,其具有促进动物生长,调节胃肠道正常菌群、维持微生态平衡,改善胃肠道功能、提高食物消化率和生物效价、降低血清胆固醇、控制内毒素、抑制肠道内腐败菌生长、提高机体免疫力等生理功能。
具体地,本发明所述乳酸菌可以选自嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌和两歧双歧杆菌中的至少一种,优选为植物乳杆菌植物亚种CICC 20272,其能够生产胞外多糖,与其它几种微生物配合使用时效果显著。
光合细菌能够以光作为能源在厌氧光照或好氧黑暗条件下利用自然界中的有机物、硫化物、氨等作为供氢体兼碳源进行光合作用,将环境中的硫氢和碳氢化合物中的氢分离出来,变有害物质为无害物质;同时,其菌体本身含有60%以上的蛋白质,蛋白质氨基酸组成比较齐全,细胞中还含有多种维生素,尤其是B族维生素极为丰富,VB2、叶酸、泛酸、生物素的含量也较高,还含有大量的类胡萝卜素、辅酶Q等生理活性物质,具有很高的营养价值,是促进动植物生长的主要力量。
具体地,本发明所述光合细菌可以选自选自沼泽红假单胞菌和万尼氏红微菌中的至少一种,优选为沼泽红假单胞菌CICC 23812,其菌体营养丰富,蛋白质含量高,且富含多种生物活性物质。
放线菌能够通过发酵产生多种抗生素、各种酶制剂(例如蛋白酶、淀粉酶和纤维素酶等)、维生素(例如VB12)以及各种有机酸等,可以直接抑制病原菌。
具体地,本发明所述放线菌可以选自灰色链霉菌和绛红小单孢菌中的至少一种,优选为灰色链霉菌CICC 11002,其能够生产链霉素,进而抑制各种病原菌。
发酵系丝状菌能够与其它微生物共存,尤其对土壤中酯的生成有良好的效果,其酒精生成力强,能够防止害虫发生,并且可以消除恶臭。
具体地,本发明所述发酵系丝状菌可以选自黑曲霉、米曲霉和绿色木霉中的至少一种,优选为米曲霉CICC 2011,其能够生产中性蛋白酶等生物酶,并且具有糖化酶、淀粉酶、葡萄糖转苷酶、支链淀粉酶等活性。
产朊假丝酵母能够利用多种己糖、戊糖、尿素或是廉价的工农业副产品、废料等合成营养丰富的蛋白质,其蛋白质和维生素B含量均超过酿酒酵母,是生产食用、药用或饲料用单细胞蛋白的优良菌种;同时,产朊假丝酵母还能够为促进其它微生物(如乳酸菌、放线菌)增殖所需要的基质提供重要的给养保障,进而形成良好的相互协同及促进作用。优选地,本发明可以采用产朊假丝酵母CICC 1769,其能够生产优质的可食用单细胞蛋白。
本发明的复合微生态制剂还可以包括益生元、生物酶、蛋白质、氨基酸、微量元素和矿物质中的至少一种;可根据实际需求进行合理组配。
在本发明中,益生元可以在体内促进肠道有益菌的生长和繁殖,形成微生态竞争优势,优化肠道微生态平衡,进而提高免疫力,以保持机体健康,并改善肠道微生态。具体地,本发明所述益生元可以选自低聚果糖、低聚木糖、低聚半乳糖和低聚异麦芽糖中的至少一种,益生元的用量可以为1%-2%。
生物酶能够将蛋白质、脂肪、多糖等大分子物质降解为易被吸收的小分子物质,如寡肽、氨基酸、脂肪酸、葡萄糖等,从而促进养分的消化和吸收,提高动物的生长速率和饲料转化率,增进动物健康,同时还能减少养殖业排污中氮、磷的排放,保护生态环境。具体地,本发明所述生物酶可以选自淀粉酶、蛋白酶、木聚糖酶和果胶酶中的至少一种,生物酶的用量可以为3%-5%。
在本发明中,上述各菌可购自中国工业微生物菌种保藏管理中心(CICC)。
本发明的复合微生态制剂中具有酸甜味和发酵味,有效活菌数≥50亿,具有菌数高、功能全、活性高、效果好、持效久等特点,可广泛应用于养殖业、种植业及环境保护等领域。
本发明还提供上述复合微生态制剂的制备方法,包括:按重量份,将乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母混合,即制得复合微生态制剂。
本发明还提供上述复合微生态制剂在预防肠道疾病或呼吸道疾病上的应用。
本发明还提供上述复合微生态制剂在动物养殖中的应用。
具体地,在饮水使用时,每单位复合微生态制剂可加水500-1000斤,供给畜禽全天饮用;在拌料饲喂时,每单位复合微生态制剂可拌料500-1000斤,直接饲喂;在环境处理时,每单位复合微生态制剂可加水50-100斤后喷洒栏舍,用于灭病杂菌、驱蝇、驱蚊,消除有毒有害气体和腥臭气味,改善养殖环境。
本发明的复合微生态制剂,至少具有以下作用效果:
1、本发明的复合微生态制剂能够预防肠道疾病,其含有大量的益生元物质,能保护有益菌顺利通过胃部不被胃酸杀灭而直达肠道,并能使有益菌定植在肠道壁形成天然屏障,从而有效预防肠炎、黄白痢等疾病发生;
2、本发明的复合微生态制剂能够预防肺炎、支气管炎等呼吸道疾病,通过环境喷洒,可以快速分解粪便中的氨气、硫化氢等有害物质,改善养殖环境;
3、本发明的复合微生态制剂能够促进养殖对象的生长、降低料肉比,缩短养殖期;
4、本发明的复合微生态制剂能够提高繁殖率,改善养殖动物的肉、蛋、奶品质。

乳酸菌:植物乳杆菌植物亚种CICC 20272;
光合细菌:沼泽红假单胞菌CICC 23812;
放线菌:灰色链霉菌CICC 11002;
发酵系丝状菌:米曲霉CICC 2011;
产朊假丝酵母:产朊假丝酵母CICC 1769;
上述各菌均购自中国工业微生物菌种保藏管理中心(CICC)。
实施例1
本实施例的复合微生态制剂,由乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母组成;其中,乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母之间的质量配比为5:1:1:3:4。
按照重量份,将乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母混合均匀,即制得复合微生态制剂,其具有酸甜味和发酵味,有效活菌数≥50亿/g。
实施例2
本实施例的复合微生态制剂,由乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母组成;其中,乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母之间的质量配比为4:2:1:2:5。
按照重量份,将乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母混合均匀,即制得复合微生态制剂,其具有酸甜味和发酵味,有效活菌数≥50亿/g。
实施例3
本实施例的复合微生态制剂,由乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母组成;其中,乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母之间的质量配比为6:1:2:2:3。
按照重量份,将乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母混合均匀,即制得复合微生态制剂,其具有酸甜味和发酵味,有效活菌数≥50亿/g。
实施例4
本实施例的复合微生态制剂,由乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌、产朊假丝酵母、低聚果糖和木聚糖酶组成;其中,乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母之间的质量配比为5:1:1:3:4,低聚果糖的添加量为1%,生物酶的添加量为3%。
按照重量份,将乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌、产朊假丝酵母、低聚果糖和木聚糖酶混合均匀,即制得复合微生态制剂,其具有酸甜味和发酵味,有效活菌数≥50亿/g。
对照例1
本对照例的复合微生态制剂,除乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母之间的质量配比为1:1:1:1:1之外,其余与实施例1相同。
对照例2
除采用植物乳杆菌植物亚种CICC 20038替换实施例1的植物乳杆菌植物亚种CICC20272之外,其余与实施例1相同。
试验例1
向常规饲料中分别添加实施例1-4及对照例1-2的复合微生态制剂,每吨添加1公斤,拌匀,以常规饲喂方法进行饲喂,猪的生长性能结果见表1。

1.一种复合微生态制剂,其特征在于,包括乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母;其中,每单位复合微生态制剂中,乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母之间的质量比为(4-6):(1-2):(1-2):(2-3):(3-5);
优选地,每单位复合微生态制剂的有效活菌数≥50亿。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合微生态制剂,其特征在于,所述乳酸菌选自嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌和两歧双歧杆菌中的至少一种,优选为植物乳杆菌植物亚种CICC 20272。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合微生态制剂,其特征在于,所述光合细菌选自沼泽红假单胞菌和万尼氏红微菌中的至少一种,优选为沼泽红假单胞菌CICC 23812。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合微生态制剂,其特征在于,所述放线菌选自灰色链霉菌和绛红小单孢菌中的至少一种,优选为灰色链霉菌CICC 11002。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合微生态制剂,其特征在于,所述发酵系丝状菌选自黑曲霉、米曲霉和绿色木霉中的至少一种,优选为米曲霉CICC 2011。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一所述的复合微生态制剂,其特征在于,还包括益生元、生物酶、蛋白质、氨基酸、微量元素和矿物质中的至少一种,优选为益生元和/或生物酶,其中益生元选自低聚果糖、低聚木糖、低聚半乳糖和低聚异麦芽糖中的至少一种,生物酶选自淀粉酶、蛋白酶、木聚糖酶和果胶酶中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的复合微生态制剂,其特征在于,益生元的添加量为1%-2%,生物酶的添加量为3%-5%。
8.权利要求1-7任一所述的复合微生态制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:按重量份,将乳酸菌、光合细菌、放线菌、发酵系丝状菌和产朊假丝酵母混合,即制得复合微生态制剂。
9.权利要求1-7任一所述的复合微生态制剂在预防肠道疾病或呼吸道疾病上的应用。
10.权利要求1-7任一所述的复合微生态制剂在动物养殖中的应用。
