Preparing granules by a dry method: and (2) adding the carrier particles prepared in the third step into a coating granulator according to the weight ratio, evenly dividing the functional bonding slurry into three parts according to the addition amount, evenly dividing the B-phase functional master powder into two parts, adding the mixture into the A-phase functional master powder prepared in the first step under the stirring state, adding the first part of the functional bonding slurry, stirring until the surface of the carrier is evenly wet, adding the B-phase functional master powder prepared in the second step and the second part of the functional bonding slurry, evenly mixing the mixture on the surface of the carrier to form a medicine film, adding the second part of the B-phase functional master powder and the third part of the functional bonding slurry, and stirring and evenly mixing to obtain a finished product of the dry coating granules.
Preparing granules by a wet method: adding carrier particles meeting the requirement in the third step into a coating granulator according to the weight ratio, evenly dividing the slurry into three parts according to the addition amount, evenly dividing the B-phase functional mother solution into two parts, adding the mixture into the A-phase functional mother powder prepared in the first step under the stirring state, adding the first part of functional bonding slurry, stirring until the surface of the carrier is evenly wet, adding the first part of B-phase functional mother solution and the second part of bonding slurry, stirring evenly, adding the second part of B-phase functional mother solution and the third part of bonding slurry, performing spray drying granulation, and drying to obtain a wet-process coating granule finished product.

Claims (10)
1. A chitosan-calcium carbonate bio-based polymer carrier granule is characterized in that: comprises a phase A component, a phase B component, a phase C component and a phase D component, wherein:
phase A component: the biological agent is 1-30% of the granules by mass, and comprises biological agent mother powder or mother liquor which is mechanically crushed or ground and mixed with functional additives;
b phase component: the weight percentage of the granules is 1 to 30 percent, and the granules are prepared by mechanically crushing or grinding chemical pesticide mother powder and mixing the chemical pesticide mother powder with functional additives;
c phase component: the biological-based high polymer material chitosan-calcium carbonate particles account for 60-95% of the granules by mass percent;
and (3) phase D component: the functional bonding slurry accounts for 0.2 to 50 percent of the weight percentage of the granules.
2. The chitosan-calcium carbonate bio-based polymer carrier granule as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the functional auxiliary agent comprises one or more of a binder, a water reducing agent, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, an inducer and a warning color.
3. The chitosan-calcium carbonate bio-based polymer carrier granule as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the functional bonding paste comprises cane sugar, starch, beef extract and warning color.
4. A preparation process of chitosan-calcium carbonate bio-based polymer carrier granules is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following specific steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing functional mother powder of phase A component;
step two: preparing phase B component functional mother powder or mother liquor;
step three: preparing a bio-based high polymer material chitosan-calcium carbonate carrier;
step four: preparing granules by a dry method or a wet method;
step five: and preparing a finished product.
5. The preparation process of chitosan-calcium carbonate bio-based polymer carrier granules according to claim 4, wherein the preparation process comprises the following steps: the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:
preparing A-phase functional mother powder, mechanically crushing or airflow crushing the functional bacterium powder and peptone to obtain raw medicine fine powder with the particle size of 300-350 meshes, and mixing the raw medicine fine powder according to the weight ratio, wherein:
5% -90% of functional bacterial powder;
0.5 to 10 percent of binder;
0.5 to 30 percent of water reducing agent;
0.1 to 5 percent of dispersant;
0.1 to 5 percent of wetting agent;
0.1 to 2 percent of white carbon black;
and (3) complementing the peptone, placing in a gravity-free mixer for weight loss mixing to obtain functional mother powder for later use.
6. The preparation process of chitosan-calcium carbonate bio-based polymer carrier granules according to claim 4, wherein the preparation process comprises the following steps: the second specific preparation method comprises the following steps:

mixing and crushing chitosan, citric acid and white carbon black uniformly in an ultrafine crusher according to the percentage of 90-95:1-4:1-9 to prepare 95% of chitosan mother powder for later use;
