27. The method of claim 26, wherein the cell reselection information comprises at least one of:
a neighbor cell list;
an adjacent frequency list;
a measurement threshold is started.
28. The method of claim 26, wherein the measurement configuration information comprises at least one of:
a neighbor cell list;
an adjacent frequency list;
a measurement threshold is started.
29. An information configuration method is applied to a terminal and comprises the following steps:
receiving third information sent by a network side; the third information comprises at least one piece of configuration information and a second parameter corresponding to each piece of configuration information; the second parameter characterizes a direction angle of the terminal position relative to the network equipment;
taking the configuration information matched with the direction angle of the position of the third information relative to the network equipment as the configuration information configured for the third information by the network side; wherein,
the configuration information includes at least one of:
cell reselection information;
and measuring configuration information.
30. The method of claim 29, further comprising:
and determining the direction angle of the position of the self relative to the network equipment.
31. The method of claim 29, wherein the cell reselection information comprises at least one of:
a neighbor cell list;
an adjacent frequency list;
a measurement threshold is started.
32. The method of claim 29, wherein the measurement configuration information comprises at least one of:
a neighbor cell list;
an adjacent frequency list;
a measurement threshold is started.
33. An information configuring apparatus, comprising:
a first configuration unit for transmitting configuration information corresponding to a beam on each beam; wherein,
the configuration information includes at least one of:
cell reselection information;
and measuring configuration information.
34. An information configuring apparatus, comprising:
a first determining unit for determining a beam for receiving the configuration information;
a first receiving unit for receiving configuration information corresponding to the determined beam on the determined beam; wherein,
the configuration information includes at least one of:
cell reselection information;
and measuring configuration information.
35. An information configuring apparatus, comprising:
the second configuration unit is used for sending the first information to the terminal; the first information comprises at least one piece of configuration information and a configuration information identifier corresponding to each piece of configuration information; wherein,
the configuration information includes at least one of:
cell reselection information;
and measuring configuration information.
36. An information configuring apparatus, comprising:
the second receiving unit is used for receiving the first information sent by the network side; the first information comprises at least one piece of configuration information and a configuration information identifier corresponding to each piece of configuration information;
a second determining unit, configured to determine a beam corresponding to configuration information configured for the terminal by the network side;
a first processing unit, configured to obtain a configuration information identifier corresponding to the determined beam; taking the configuration information corresponding to the obtained configuration information identifier in the first information as the configuration information configured for the terminal by the network side; wherein,
the configuration information includes at least one of:
cell reselection information;
and measuring configuration information.
37. An information configuring apparatus, comprising:
a third configuration unit, configured to send second information to the terminal; the second information comprises at least one piece of configuration information and a first parameter corresponding to each piece of configuration information; the first parameter represents the height of the terminal; wherein,
the configuration information includes at least one of:
cell reselection information;
and measuring configuration information.
38. An information configuring apparatus, comprising:
a third receiving unit, configured to receive second information sent by a network side; the second information comprises at least one piece of configuration information and a first parameter corresponding to each piece of configuration information; the first parameter represents the height of the terminal;
the second processing unit is used for taking the configuration information matched with the height of the terminal in the second information as the configuration information configured for the terminal by the network side; wherein,
the configuration information includes at least one of:
cell reselection information;
and measuring configuration information.
39. An information configuring apparatus, comprising:
a fourth configuration unit, configured to send third information to the terminal; the third information comprises at least one piece of configuration information and a second parameter corresponding to each piece of configuration information; the second parameter characterizes a direction angle of the terminal position relative to the network equipment; wherein,
the configuration information includes at least one of:
cell reselection information;
and measuring configuration information.
40. An information configuring apparatus, comprising:
a fourth receiving unit, configured to receive third information sent by a network side; the third information comprises at least one piece of configuration information and a second parameter corresponding to each piece of configuration information; the second parameter characterizes a direction angle of the terminal position relative to the network equipment;
a third processing unit, configured to use configuration information in the third information, which is matched with a direction angle of a terminal position relative to a network device, as configuration information configured for the terminal by a network side; wherein,
the configuration information includes at least one of:
cell reselection information;
and measuring configuration information.
41. A network device, comprising: a first processor and a first communication interface; wherein,
the first processor is configured to transmit configuration information corresponding to a beam on each beam through the first communication interface; wherein the configuration information comprises at least one of: cell reselection information; measuring configuration information;
or,
the first processor is used for sending first information to a terminal through the first communication interface; the first information comprises at least one piece of configuration information and a configuration information identifier corresponding to each piece of configuration information; wherein the configuration information comprises at least one of: cell reselection information; measuring configuration information;
or,
the first processor is used for sending second information to the terminal through the first communication interface; the second information comprises at least one piece of configuration information and a first parameter corresponding to each piece of configuration information; the first parameter represents the height of the terminal; wherein the configuration information comprises at least one of: cell reselection information; measuring configuration information;
or,
the first processor is used for sending third information to the terminal through the first communication interface; the third information comprises at least one piece of configuration information and a second parameter corresponding to each piece of configuration information; the second parameter characterizes a direction angle of the terminal position relative to the network equipment; wherein the configuration information comprises at least one of: cell reselection information; and measuring configuration information.
42. A terminal, comprising: a second processor and a second communication interface; wherein,
the second processor configured to determine a beam for receiving configuration information; the second communication interface is configured to receive, on the determined beam, configuration information corresponding to the determined beam; wherein the configuration information comprises at least one of: cell reselection information; measuring configuration information;
or,
the second communication interface is used for receiving first information sent by a network side; the first information comprises at least one piece of configuration information and a configuration information identifier corresponding to each piece of configuration information; the second processor is configured to determine a beam corresponding to configuration information configured for the terminal by the network side; and obtaining a configuration information identifier corresponding to the determined beam; taking the configuration information corresponding to the obtained configuration information identifier in the first information as the configuration information configured for the terminal by the network side; wherein the configuration information comprises at least one of: cell reselection information; measuring configuration information;
or,
the second communication interface is used for receiving second information sent by a network side; the second information comprises at least one piece of configuration information and a first parameter corresponding to each piece of configuration information; the first parameter represents the height of the terminal; the second processor is configured to use configuration information, which is in the second information and is matched with the height of the terminal itself, as configuration information configured for the terminal by a network side; wherein the configuration information comprises at least one of: cell reselection information; measuring configuration information;
or,
the second communication interface is used for receiving third information sent by a network side; the third information comprises at least one piece of configuration information and a second parameter corresponding to each piece of configuration information; the second parameter characterizes a direction angle of the terminal position relative to the network equipment; the second processor is configured to use configuration information, which is matched with a direction angle of a terminal position relative to the network device, in the third information as configuration information configured for the terminal by the network side; wherein the configuration information comprises at least one of: cell reselection information; and measuring configuration information.
43. A network device, comprising: a first processor and a first memory for storing a computer program capable of running on the processor,
wherein the first processor is adapted to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 4, or to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 10 to 13, or to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 19 to 21, or to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 26 to 28, when the computer program is run.
44. A terminal, comprising: a second processor and a second memory for storing a computer program capable of running on the processor,
wherein the second processor is adapted to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 5 to 9, or to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 14 to 18, or to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 22 to 25, or to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 29 to 32, when the computer program is run.

A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program for performing, when being executed by a processor, the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 4, or for performing the steps of the method of any one of claims 5 to 9, or for performing the steps of the method of any one of claims 10 to 13, or for performing the steps of the method of any one of claims 14 to 18, or for performing the steps of the method of any one of claims 19 to 21, or for performing the steps of the method of any one of claims 22 to 25, or for performing the steps of the method of any one of claims 26 to 28, or for performing the steps of the method of any one of claims 29 to 32.
