Abstract
The invention discloses a silane treating fluid and a preparation method thereof, wherein the silane treating fluid comprises, by weight, 30-80 parts of a silane coupling agent, 10-20 parts of methanol, 1-5 parts of glycerol and 10-20 parts of resin, and the silane coupling agent is used as a main raw material, and the resin and the silane coupling agent act simultaneously to form a closed film, so that the corrosion resistance of the silane treating fluid is enhanced.

Example 4 differs from comparative example 1 in that: the processed cold-rolled sheet can be left in the air for only 5 days without rusting without using resin, and the antirust performance is greatly reduced, and the difference between the example 4 and the comparative example 2 is as follows: the resin of comparative example 2 was outside the range of the amount of the present invention, and the treated cold-rolled sheet could be left alone in the air for 10 days without rusting, and the rust inhibitive performance was also lowered.
