本发明涉及纸板横切机领域,具体涉及一种横切飞剪控制系统及其控制方法,其中横切飞剪控制系统包括输送机构、测速轮、剪切刀辊、剪切辊伺服电机、伺服电机驱动器、刀头位置传感器、编码运动控制器和触摸屏;所述剪切刀辊包括上刀辊和下刀辊,所述上刀辊和所述下刀辊上安装有对称设置的螺旋横切刀,所述螺旋横切刀头尾两点投影到剪切刀辊横向截面处的两点的夹角为螺旋夹角θ0;所述测速轮设置在所述剪切刀辊的进入方向。本发明根据纸板宽度不同自动计算剪切辊的运动曲线,对各种宽度的纸板均具有良好的裁切效果。

一种横切飞剪控制系统及其控制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纸板横切机领域,具体涉及一种横切飞剪控制系统及其控制方法。
背景技术
瓦楞纸横切机是瓦楞纸板生产线的最后一道工序,他把连续的瓦楞纸板剪切成用户所需尺寸的纸板,用于纸箱的生产。瓦楞纸横切机电脑控制系统作为运动控制技术在“飞剪”领域的一个应用实例,有其较特殊的复杂性,过去一直依赖整套进口,价格贵,服务不及时。近几年来,随着国内包装行业的蓬勃发展,用户对瓦楞纸板的质量和规格有了更高的要求与需求,因此对横切机电脑控制系统提出了一些更严格的技术指标,如剪切精度、剪切速度、剪切范围、设备可靠性、操作方便性等等。正是瓦楞纸横切机负载的特殊性导致其电脑控制系统在控制结构、设备选型、控制算法等方面具有相当的复杂性。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是为了解决背景技术中的问题,提供一种横切飞剪控制系统及其控制方法。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种横切飞剪控制系统,包括输送机构、测速轮、剪切刀辊、剪切辊伺服电机、伺服电机驱动器、刀头位置传感器、编码运动控制器和触摸屏;所述剪切刀辊包括上刀辊和下刀辊,所述上刀辊和所述下刀辊上安装有对称设置的螺旋横切刀,所述螺旋横切刀头尾两点投影到剪切刀辊横向截面处的两点的夹角为螺旋夹角θ0;所述测速轮设置在所述剪切刀辊的进入方向。
作为优选,所述输送机构上方设置有宽度位置传感器,所述宽度位置传感器包括两组激光测距器。
一种横切飞剪控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将待切纸板安放在输送机构上朝向剪切刀辊传输;
S2、通过刀头位置传感器将剪切刀辊上的螺旋横切刀位置设置到初始偏转角度处,并与编码运动控制器做好通讯;
S3、设置裁切长度L,通过测速轮测量纸板的进入速度V,输入编码运动控制器中;
S4、将剪切刀辊的参数输入编码运动控制器中,参数包括:螺旋横切刀在剪切刀辊的轴向长度S,螺旋横切刀的螺旋夹角θ0,剪切刀辊的直径D;
S5、通过宽度位置传感器分别测量出待切纸板距离螺旋横切刀两头的间距X1和X2,其中X1为螺旋横切刀头部的偏移距离,X2为螺旋横切刀尾部的偏移距离;
S6、根据S5中数据,计算同步角度θ和初始切点偏转角度α;
S7、计算脉冲周期曲线;
S8、通过计算得到的脉冲曲线控制伺服电机驱动器驱动剪切辊伺服电机控制剪切刀辊周期性转动。
作为优选,所述同步角度θ=(S-X1-X2)*θ0/S。
作为优选,所述初始切点偏转角度α=X1*θ0/S。
作为优选,所述脉冲周期曲线一个周期内包括:同步区间(0~t1)、减速区间(t1~t2)、停止区间(t1~t3)、加速区间(t3~t4)、再同步区间(t4~t5),上述区间中:

根据图1~图2所示,一种横切飞剪控制系统,包括输送机构1、测速轮2、剪切刀辊3、剪切辊伺服电机4、伺服电机驱动器5、刀头位置传感器6、编码运动控制器7、触摸屏8和宽度位置传感器9;所述剪切刀辊3包括上刀辊31和下刀辊32,所述上刀辊31和所述下刀辊32上安装有对称设置的螺旋横切刀33,所述螺旋横切刀33头尾两点投影到剪切刀辊横向截面处的两点的夹角为螺旋夹角θ0;所述测速轮2设置在所述剪切刀辊3的进入方向,所述宽度位置传感器9包括两组激光测距器。
一种横切飞剪控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将待切纸板安放在输送机构1上朝向剪切刀辊3传输;
S2、通过刀头位置传感器6将剪切刀辊3上的螺旋横切刀33位置设置到初始偏转角度处,并与编码运动控制器7做好通讯;
S3、设置裁切长度L,通过测速轮2测量纸板的进入速度V,输入编码运动控制器7中;
S4、将剪切刀辊3的参数输入编码运动控制器7中,参数包括:螺旋横切刀33在剪切刀辊3的轴向长度S,螺旋横切刀33的螺旋夹角θ0,剪切刀辊3的直径D;
S5、通过宽度位置传感器9分别测量出待切纸板距离螺旋横切刀33两头的间距X1和X2,其中X1为螺旋横切刀33头部的偏移距离,X2为螺旋横切刀33尾部的偏移距离;
S6、根据S5中数据,计算同步角度θ和初始切点偏转角度α,所述同步角度θ=(S-X1-X2)*θ0/S,所述初始切点偏转角度α=X1*θ0/S;
S7、计算脉冲周期曲线,脉冲周期曲线一个周期内包括:同步区间(0~t1)、减速区间(t1~t2)、停止区间(t1~t3)、加速区间(t3~t4)、再同步区间(t4~t5),上述区间中:

1.一种横切飞剪控制方法,其特征在于,使用横切飞剪控制系统,所述横切飞剪控制系统包括输送机构(1)、测速轮(2)、剪切刀辊(3)、剪切辊伺服电机(4)、伺服电机驱动器(5)、刀头位置传感器(6)、编码运动控制器(7)和触摸屏(8);所述剪切刀辊(3)包括上刀辊(31)和下刀辊(32),所述上刀辊(31)和所述下刀辊(32)上安装有对称设置的螺旋横切刀(33),所述螺旋横切刀(33)头尾两点投影到剪切刀辊横向截面处的两点的夹角为螺旋夹角θ0;所述测速轮(2)设置在所述剪切刀辊(3)的进入方向,所述输送机构(1)上方设置有宽度位置传感器(9),所述宽度位置传感器(9)包括两组激光测距器,包括以下步骤:
S1、将待切纸板安放在输送机构(1)上朝向剪切刀辊(3)传输;
S2、通过刀头位置传感器(6)将剪切刀辊(3)上的螺旋横切刀(33)位置设置到初始偏转角度处,并与编码运动控制器(7)做好通讯;
S3、设置裁切长度L,通过测速轮(2)测量纸板的进入速度V,输入编码运动控制器(7)中;
S4、将剪切刀辊(3)的参数输入编码运动控制器(7)中,参数包括:螺旋横切刀(33)在剪切刀辊(3)的轴向长度S,螺旋横切刀(33)的螺旋夹角θ0,剪切刀辊(3)的直径D;
S5、通过宽度位置传感器(9)分别测量出待切纸板距离螺旋横切刀(33)两头的间距X1和X2,其中X1为螺旋横切刀(33)头部的偏移距离,X2为螺旋横切刀(33)尾部的偏移距离;
S6、根据S5中数据,计算同步角度θ和初始切点偏转角度α;
S7、计算脉冲周期曲线;
S8、通过计算得到的脉冲曲线控制伺服电机驱动器(5)驱动剪切辊伺服电机(4)控制剪切刀辊(3)周期性转动。
