Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for realizing data service in a dual-card mode, a mobile terminal and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: performing data service through a first user identification card, wherein the first user identification card is a data card; when data service is required to be carried out through the second user identification card, the data card is switched from the first user identification card to the second user identification card; suspending the data service of the first subscriber identity card; and performing data service through the second subscriber identity card. The invention can ensure that the data service of the second user identification card is normally carried out after the data card of the mobile terminal is switched from the first user identification card to the second user identification card.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of wireless communication technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for implementing a data service in a dual-card mode, a mobile terminal, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
In order to meet the actual requirements of users, a plurality of mobile phones support dual-card dual-standby, and the users can use the mobile phone numbers of two networks on one mobile phone at the same time. At present, with the gradual popularization of 5G, more and more users use 5G +4G dual-card mobile phones. When a user uses the dual-card mobile phone, one SIM card can be used during conversation, and the other SIM card can be used during traffic.
When using a dual-card dual-standby mobile phone, the user may also experience some problems. For example: for a dual-card mobile terminal supporting 5G +4G, after the mobile terminal resides in a 4G/5G network, the mobile terminal is bound on a first user identification card through a USB (universal Protocol) to perform FTP (File Transfer Protocol) data service, at this time, the first user identification card is used as a data card, and a second user identification card does not perform data service transmission; when the second user identification card needs to perform data service such as multimedia message, the data card is changed from the first user identification card to the second user identification card, and at the moment, the first user identification card still considers itself to be the data card, and the operations of chain establishment and data packet transmission are continued, and at the moment, the second user identification card cannot seize the resources after sending the multimedia message again, so that the multimedia message is failed to be sent.
