Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a reflective aluminum coiled strip for motor vehicle license plates, a production process thereof and a reflective aluminum plate, wherein the reflective aluminum coiled strip is low in production cost, beneficial to environmental protection, good in product adaptability and wide in product application range.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: the first aspect provides a motor vehicle is reflection of light aluminium winding for license plate, including the aluminium basic unit that ordinary aluminium was rolled up, the up end coating of aluminium basic unit has bonding glue film A, bonding glue film A's up end has sprinkled the glass bead layer, the up end coating on glass bead layer has the protection glue film.
Preferably, an aluminum powder layer is sprayed on the upper end surface of the bonding glue layer A, a bonding glue layer B is coated on the upper end surface of the aluminum powder layer, a glass bead layer is sprayed on the upper end surface of the bonding glue layer B, and a protective glue layer is coated on the upper end surface of the glass bead layer.
Preferably, the upper end surface of the bonding glue layer A is bonded with a PET aluminum plating film, the upper end surface of the PET aluminum plating film is coated with a bonding glue layer B, the upper end surface of the bonding glue layer B is sprayed with a glass bead layer, and the upper end surface of the glass bead layer is coated with a protective glue layer.
Preferably, the up end of aluminium basic unit is for having the unsmooth structure of a plurality of recesses that form through the sandblast technology, the up end coating of unsmooth structure has bonding glue film A, bonding glue film A's up end has sprinkled the glass bead layer, a plurality of glass bead layer quantity of glass bead roughly with quantity a plurality of the recess one-to-one sets up, the up end coating on glass bead layer has the protection glue film.
Preferably, an aluminum powder layer is sprayed on the upper end surface of the bonding glue layer A, a bonding glue layer B is coated on the upper end surface of the aluminum powder layer, a glass bead layer is sprayed on the upper end surface of the bonding glue layer B, a plurality of glass beads are arranged on the glass bead layer in a one-to-one correspondence manner with a plurality of grooves, and a protective glue layer is coated on the upper end surface of the glass bead layer.
Further preferably, the up end of unsmooth structure has the alumina film layer that forms through anodic oxidation technology, the up end coating on alumina film layer has bonding glue film A, the up end of bonding glue film A has sprinkled the aluminium flour layer, the up end coating on aluminium flour layer has bonding glue film B, the up end of bonding glue film B has sprinkled glass bead layer, a plurality of glass bead layer quantity glass bead roughly and quantity are a plurality of the recess one-to-one sets up, the up end coating on glass bead layer has the protection glue film.
Further preferably, the diameter of the glass bead is 30-85 um, and the refractive index is 1.9-2.25.
In a second aspect, a production process of a reflective aluminum tape for a motor vehicle license plate is provided, which comprises the following steps: unreeling, deoiling, pure water cleaning, dedusting, pure water cleaning, brightening, pure water cleaning, sand blasting, anodizing, coating an adhesive layer A, spraying an aluminum powder layer or adhering a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) aluminized film, drying, coating an adhesive layer B, spraying a glass bead layer, drying, coating a protective adhesive layer, drying and reeling; wherein, the reflective aluminum tape for the motor vehicle license plate is produced by selecting and combining the steps; the sand blasting is used for forming grooves, the shape and specification of sand used for sand blasting are basically the same as those of the glass beads, and the distribution density of the grooves formed on the upper end face of the aluminum base layer through sand blasting is basically the same as that of the glass beads on the glass bead layer.
Preferably, the protective glue layer is a high-weather-resistance multi-component acrylic resin coating, wherein the multi-component acrylic resin coating is a mixed solution prepared by adding 0.9-1.1% of ultraviolet absorber, 0.4-0.6% of antioxidant, 0.15-0.25% of nano-silica flatting agent and 0.8-1.0% of flatting agent into acrylic resin in percentage by mass.
In a third aspect, there is provided a reflective aluminum sheet for a motor vehicle license plate, which has the same layer structure as the reflective aluminum tape for a motor vehicle license plate described in any one of the above.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the invention, the reflective adhesive layer is directly arranged on the surface of the aluminum coil, so that the labor, electricity consumption, logistics transportation and the like can be reduced in the production process, the cost of about 1 yuan per square meter can be reduced comprehensively, the cost can be saved by about 2 million yuan per year integrally, and the production cost is greatly reduced;
(2) the method does not generate solid waste, the solid waste treatment cost per ton is about 3000 yuan (including transportation, labor and other costs), and the stripping paper is about 6000 to 10000 tons per year, so that the solid waste treatment cost can be reduced by 1.8 to 3 million yuan per year, the carbon emission can be reduced by 30000 to 50000 tons, and the problems of environmental protection and high solid waste treatment cost in the prior art are solved;
(3) the product layer structure of the invention has flexible and various design, can meet the requirements of different use environments, has good product adaptability, can be applied to the fields of marks, labels, motor vehicle license plates, vehicle body reflection, architectural decoration and the like, and has wide application range;
in general, the invention has the advantages of low production cost, environmental protection, good product adaptability and wide product application range.
Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described by the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
In a first aspect, as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a first embodiment of a reflective aluminum tape for motor vehicle license plates, which comprises an aluminum base layer 1 of a general aluminum tape, an adhesive layer a2 coated on the upper end surface of the aluminum base layer 1, a glass bead layer 3 sprayed on the upper end surface of the adhesive layer a2, and a protective adhesive layer 4 coated on the upper end surface of the glass bead layer 3. Wherein, the glass bead layer 3 is composed of a plurality of glass beads and plays a role in reflecting light. The adhesive layer A2 is a resin adhesive and is used for adhering glass beads to the aluminum base layer 1. Wherein the protective glue layer 4 is used for protecting the glass beads and integrally protecting the product.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a second embodiment of a reflective aluminum tape for motor vehicle license plates, which comprises an aluminum base layer 1 of a general aluminum tape, an adhesive layer a2 coated on the upper end surface of the aluminum base layer 1, an aluminum powder layer 5 sprayed on the upper end surface of the adhesive layer a2, an adhesive layer B7 coated on the upper end surface of the aluminum powder layer 5, a glass bead layer 3 sprayed on the upper end surface of the adhesive layer B7, and a protective adhesive layer 4 coated on the upper end surface of the glass bead layer 3. Wherein, the aluminum powder layer 5 is used as a metal reflecting layer for assisting the glass bead layer 3 to play a better light reflecting role.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a third embodiment of a reflective aluminum tape for motor vehicle license plates, which comprises an aluminum base layer 1 of a general aluminum tape, an adhesive layer a2 coated on the upper end surface of the aluminum base layer 1, a PET aluminum plated film 6 bonded on the upper end surface of the adhesive layer a2, an adhesive layer B7 coated on the upper end surface of the PET aluminum plated film 6, a glass bead layer 3 sprayed on the upper end surface of the adhesive layer B7, and a protective adhesive layer 4 coated on the upper end surface of the glass bead layer 3. Wherein, the PET aluminizer 6 is used as a metal reflecting layer for assisting the glass bead layer 3 to play a better light reflecting role.
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention provides a fourth embodiment of a reflective aluminum tape for motor vehicle license plates, which comprises an aluminum base layer 1 of a general aluminum tape, wherein the upper end surface of the aluminum base layer 1 is a rugged structure having a plurality of grooves 8 formed by a sand blasting process, the upper end surface of the rugged structure is coated with a bonding adhesive layer a2, the upper end surface of the bonding adhesive layer a2 is sprayed with a glass bead layer 3, a plurality of glass beads of the glass bead layer 3 are arranged corresponding to a plurality of grooves 8, and the upper end surface of the glass bead layer 3 is coated with a protective adhesive layer 4. The grooves 8 with a plurality of numbers play a role in light gathering and are used for assisting the glass bead layer 3 to play a better light reflecting role.
As shown in fig. 4, the present invention provides a fifth embodiment of a reflective aluminum tape for motor vehicle license plates, which includes an aluminum base layer 1 of a general aluminum tape, an upper end surface of the aluminum base layer 1 is a rugged structure having a plurality of grooves 8 formed by a sand blasting process, an upper end surface of the rugged structure is coated with a bonding glue layer a2, an aluminum powder layer 5 is sprayed on an upper end surface of a bonding glue layer a2, a bonding glue layer B7 is coated on an upper end surface of the aluminum powder layer 5, a glass bead layer 3 is sprayed on an upper end surface of a bonding glue layer B7, a plurality of glass beads of the glass bead layer 3 are arranged corresponding to a plurality of grooves 8, and a protective glue layer 4 is coated on an upper end surface of the glass bead layer 3. The aluminum powder layer 5 also forms an uneven structure due to the plurality of grooves 8, and the concave parts of the uneven aluminum powder layer 5 can also play a light gathering role when the aluminum powder layer 5 serves as a metal reflecting layer, so that the glass bead layer 3 can play a better light reflecting role.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the present invention provides a sixth embodiment of a reflective aluminum tape for motor vehicle license plates, which includes an aluminum base layer 1 of a general aluminum tape, an upper end surface of the aluminum base layer 1 has a rugged structure having a plurality of grooves 8 formed by a sand blasting process, an upper end surface of the rugged structure has an alumina film layer 9 formed by an anodic oxidation process, an upper end surface of the alumina film layer 9 is coated with a bonding glue layer a2, an upper end surface of the bonding glue layer a2 is sprayed with an aluminum powder layer 5, an upper end surface of the aluminum powder layer 5 is coated with a bonding glue layer B7, an upper end surface of the bonding glue layer B7 is sprayed with a glass bead layer 3, a plurality of glass beads of the glass bead layer 3 are arranged corresponding to the plurality of grooves 8 one-to one, and an upper end surface of the glass bead layer 3 is coated with a protective glue layer 4. The aluminum oxide film layer 9 forms a layer of dense aluminum oxide on the upper end surface of the aluminum base layer 1, so that the aluminum base layer 1 is protected, and the strength, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, non-conductivity and other properties of the product are integrally improved.
In specific implementation, the diameter of the glass beads is 30-85 um, and the refractive index is 1.9-2.25.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a production process of a reflective aluminum tape for a motor vehicle license plate, which comprises the following steps: unreeling, deoiling, pure water cleaning, dedusting, pure water cleaning, brightening, pure water cleaning, sand blasting, anodizing, coating an adhesive layer A2, spraying an aluminum powder layer 5 or a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) aluminized film 6, drying, coating an adhesive layer B7, spraying a glass bead layer 3, drying, coating a protective adhesive layer 4, drying and reeling; wherein, the reflective aluminum tape for the motor vehicle license plate of the six embodiments is produced by selecting and combining the steps; the sand blasting is used for forming the groove 8, the sand used for sand blasting is basically the same as the glass beads in shape and specification, and the distribution density of the groove formed on the upper end face of the aluminum base layer by sand blasting is basically the same as that of the glass beads of the glass bead layer. The method comprises the steps of unreeling, deoiling, pure water cleaning, ash removing, pure water cleaning, brightening and pure water cleaning, and is used for cleaning the aluminum coil. Wherein the anodic oxidation is an existing process for forming the alumina film layer 9. Wherein, the sand blasting, the anodic oxidation, the adhesive layer coating A2, the aluminum powder layer spraying 5 or the PET aluminized film bonding 6, the drying and the adhesive layer coating B7 need to be selected and combined to produce the product which is actually needed.
In specific implementation, the production process of the first embodiment is as follows: unreeling, deoiling, pure water cleaning, dedusting, pure water cleaning, brightening, pure water cleaning, coating an adhesive layer A2, spraying a glass bead layer 3, drying, coating a protective adhesive layer 4, drying and reeling.
The production process of the second embodiment is as follows: unreeling, deoiling, pure water cleaning, dedusting, pure water cleaning, brightening, pure water cleaning, bonding glue layer A2 coating, aluminum powder layer spraying 5, drying, bonding glue layer B7 coating, glass bead layer spraying 3, drying, protective glue layer coating 4, drying and reeling.
The production process of the third embodiment is as follows: unreeling, deoiling, pure water cleaning, dedusting, pure water cleaning, brightening, pure water cleaning, coating an adhesive layer A2, adhering a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) aluminized film 6, drying, coating an adhesive layer B7, spraying a glass bead layer 3, drying, coating a protective adhesive layer 4, drying and reeling.
The production process of the fourth embodiment is as follows: unreeling, deoiling, pure water cleaning, dedusting, pure water cleaning, brightening, pure water cleaning, sand blasting, coating an adhesive layer A2, spraying a glass bead layer 3, drying, coating a protective adhesive layer 4, drying and reeling.
The production process of the fifth embodiment is as follows: unreeling, deoiling, pure water cleaning, dedusting, pure water cleaning, brightening, pure water cleaning, sand blasting, adhesive layer coating A2, aluminum powder layer spraying 5, drying, adhesive layer coating B7, glass bead layer spraying 3, drying, protective adhesive layer coating 4, drying and reeling.
The production process of the sixth embodiment is as follows: unreeling, deoiling, pure water cleaning, dedusting, pure water cleaning, brightening, pure water cleaning, sand blasting, anodizing, coating an adhesive layer A2, spraying an aluminum powder layer 5, drying, coating an adhesive layer B7, spraying a glass bead layer 3, drying, coating a protective adhesive layer 4, drying and reeling.
Preferably, the protective glue layer is a high-weather-resistance multi-component acrylic resin coating, wherein the multi-component acrylic resin coating is a mixed solution prepared by adding 0.9-1.1% of ultraviolet absorbent, 0.4-0.6% of antioxidant, 0.15-0.25% of nano-silica flatting agent and 0.8-1.0% of flatting agent into acrylic resin in percentage by mass.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a reflective aluminum sheet for a motor vehicle license plate, which has the same layer structure as the reflective aluminum tape for a motor vehicle license plate of the above six embodiments, and which is generally cut from the reflective aluminum tape.
The following are six specific examples (corresponding to the above six embodiments, respectively) provided by the present invention.
Example 1
Preparing a protective adhesive layer material: taking 5kg of acrylic resin, 45g of ultraviolet absorbent, 20g of antioxidant, 7.5g of nano silicon dioxide delustering agent and 40g of flatting agent, and stirring and mixing uniformly on a machine for later use.
The common aluminum coil is subjected to unreeling, oil removal, pure water cleaning, ash removal, pure water cleaning, bright dipping, pure water cleaning, adhesive layer A2 (resin adhesive) coating, glass bead layer 3 spraying, drying, protective adhesive layer 4 coating, drying and reeling to obtain the reflective aluminum coil tape product.
Example 2
Preparing a protective adhesive layer material: taking 5kg of acrylic resin, 50g of ultraviolet absorbent, 25g of antioxidant, 10g of nano-silica delustering agent and 45g of flatting agent, and stirring and mixing uniformly on a machine for later use.
The common aluminum coil is subjected to unreeling, oil removal, pure water cleaning, ash removal, pure water cleaning, light emission, pure water cleaning, adhesive glue layer A2 (resin glue) coating, aluminum powder layer 5 spraying, drying, adhesive glue layer B7 (resin glue) coating, glass bead layer 3 spraying, drying, protective glue layer 4 coating, drying and reeling to obtain the reflective aluminum coil tape product.
Example 3
Preparing a protective adhesive layer material: taking 5kg of acrylic resin, 55g of ultraviolet absorbent, 30g of antioxidant, 12.5g of nano silicon dioxide delustering agent and 50g of flatting agent, and stirring and mixing uniformly on a machine for later use.
The common aluminum coil is subjected to unreeling, oil removal, pure water cleaning, ash removal, pure water cleaning, light emission, pure water cleaning, adhesive glue layer A2 (resin glue) coating, PET aluminum-plated film 6 bonding, drying, adhesive glue layer B7 (resin glue) coating, glass bead layer 3 spraying, drying, protective glue layer 4 coating, drying and reeling to obtain the reflective aluminum coil tape product.
Example 4
Preparing a protective adhesive layer material: taking 5kg of acrylic resin, 45g of ultraviolet absorbent, 20g of antioxidant, 7.5g of nano silicon dioxide delustering agent and 40g of flatting agent, and stirring and mixing uniformly on a machine for later use.
The common aluminum coil is subjected to unreeling, oil removal, pure water cleaning, ash removal, pure water cleaning, light emission, pure water cleaning, sand blasting, adhesive layer A2 (resin adhesive) coating, glass bead layer 3 spraying, drying, protective adhesive layer 4 coating, drying and rolling to obtain the reflective aluminum coil product.
Example 5
Preparing a protective adhesive layer material: taking 5kg of acrylic resin, 50g of ultraviolet absorbent, 25g of antioxidant, 10g of nano-silica delustering agent and 45g of flatting agent, and stirring and mixing uniformly on a machine for later use.
The common aluminum coil is subjected to unreeling, oil removal, pure water cleaning, ash removal, pure water cleaning, light emission, pure water cleaning, sand blasting, adhesive layer A2 (resin adhesive) coating, aluminum powder layer 5 spraying, drying, adhesive layer B7 (resin adhesive) coating, glass bead layer 3 spraying, drying, protective adhesive layer 4 coating, drying and rolling to obtain the reflective aluminum coil product.
Example 6
Preparing a protective adhesive layer material: taking 5kg of acrylic resin, 55g of ultraviolet absorbent, 30g of antioxidant, 12.5g of nano silicon dioxide delustering agent and 50g of flatting agent, and stirring and mixing uniformly on a machine for later use.
The common aluminum coil is subjected to unreeling, oil removal, pure water cleaning, ash removal, pure water cleaning, light emission, pure water cleaning, sand blasting, anodic oxidation, adhesive layer A2 (resin adhesive) coating, aluminum powder layer 5 spraying, drying, adhesive layer B7 (resin adhesive) coating, glass bead layer 3 spraying, drying, protective adhesive layer 4 coating, drying and rolling to obtain the reflective aluminum coil product.
The following are the test data of the reverse emission coefficient of the reflective aluminum tape product obtained by the six embodiments of the invention.
Therefore, the reflective aluminum tape product meets the requirements of reference standard national standard 'reflective film for motor vehicle license plate' 2016 edition, and can be applied to the manufacture of motor vehicle license plates.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the above-mentioned embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the specific embodiments of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all the modifications or equivalent substitutions should be covered in the claims of the present invention.
