选用北京华阜康生物科技股份有限公司繁殖的18g-20g SPF级KM种雌性小鼠96只,经过动物适应饲养观察后,随机分为四批,每批2组,每组12只。实验组灌胃凝结芽孢杆菌HOM5301活性菌粉,每只小鼠每天灌胃109CFU,连续灌胃30天。对照组同时灌胃生理盐水。实验一批进行碳廓清实验;实验二批进行脏器/体重比值测定、迟发型变态反应实验;实验三批进行小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验;实验四批进行ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化实验。具体实验方法参考《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003版),试验结果数据采用SPSS软件进行统计学分析。具体的实验测试结果可以参见图2以及表8至表11。96 18g-20g SPF grade KM female mice bred by Beijing Huafukang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. were selected.
