Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of urban pipeline dredging, in particular to a sludge treatment system.
Background
Common sediments of the sludge urban pipeline are mainly distributed in urban pavement sewers, reservoirs, sewage pipes and other places, and contain a large amount of clay, gravels, organic sediments and other impurities, the sludge is easily attached to the inner wall of the pipeline to form a siltation layer, so that the water body of the sewer pipeline is prevented from flowing, and organic substances contained in the sludge can ferment and deteriorate under the action of the environment, breed bacteria and pollute the environment. Along with the urban development of China, the dredging work of underground water channels is more important, the sludge cleaned from the pipelines is quickly and efficiently treated, and the method has important significance for the construction work of urban environments. Although the method for directly sucking and transporting the sludge by using the pumping truck is simple and direct, the sludge contains a large amount of moisture, the transportation pressure and the cost are huge, and the sludge pollutes the environment, so that the transportation tightness of the sludge truck has high requirements, and the treatment cost is further increased.
Patent No. CN201921696381.6 proposes a box-shaped silt processing structure, which achieves the purpose of processing silt through stirring, elutriation and biological membrane filtration precipitation, but silt contains a large amount of sand and stone, if sand and stone are not separated, the whole processing mechanism is damaged, the silt processing efficiency is also influenced, and only natural precipitation is relied on, the efficiency is low, and the box-shaped silt processing structure is not suitable for processing a large amount of silt.
More specifically, the disadvantages in the prior art dredging apparatus are as follows.
1. The prior art dredging equipment separates sewage through the filter screen, however, silt falling from a high place can impact the filter screen, the impact force can cause undesired substances to pass through the filter screen, or the impact force can damage the filter screen.
2. In the dredging equipment in the prior art, the spiral extrusion column is often in an equal-diameter structure, however, the equal-diameter structure does not consider many factors such as: the size of the passing space of the medium and the size of the extrusion force of the medium, so the function is single.
3. In the dredging equipment in the prior art, the spiral extrusion column is driven by the motor, however, the motor is often additionally provided with a heightening plate or a supporting frame, so that the volume is increased, and the cost is increased.
4. In the desilting equipment in the prior art, the sludge is often directly discharged after being extruded, the on-off control and the regulation of the sludge discharge amount are lacked, the sludge cannot be on and off in time when a downstream storage chamber is filled in some special working conditions, and the downstream storage chamber is required to be stared to prevent the sludge from being too full through manual intervention. The use of conventional valves for sludge discharge requires technical difficulties to be overcome.
5. The prior art dredging device has the cleaning requirement, a separate cleaning channel is additionally arranged, however, if other functions such as a valve function and a manual driving device function are additionally added, the cost is increased and the volume is increased due to the superposition of too many functions.
6. In the dredging equipment in the prior art, the spiral extrusion column is driven by the motor, so that manual pipe connection in an emergency cannot be realized, and the motor drive or the manual drive device drive may exist in the prior art, but the size of the force arm for rotating the manual drive device is not considered in the drive.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above problems, the present invention proposes a solution to solve the above problems simultaneously.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a sludge treatment system comprises a sand separation module, a liquid medicine mixing module and a sludge dewatering module; silt is handled through grit separation module, liquid medicine mixing module, silt dehydration module in proper order.
The sand-stone separation module comprises a vibrating screen, a screen and a sand-stone plate are arranged on the vibrating screen, a sludge conveying pipe conveys sludge to the screen, slurry seeps downwards through gaps of the screen, and sand which does not pass through the screen enters a sand-stone collection bag through the sand-stone plate;
the liquid medicine mixing module includes the funnel, is equipped with the liquid medicine mixing tank in the funnel, is equipped with the column agitator in the liquid medicine mixing tank, and the liquid medicine conveyer pipe is carried the liquid medicine and is gone into in the funnel, the end of liquid medicine conveyer pipe is equipped with the liquid medicine shower nozzle, and under the rotation of column agitator, silt and liquid medicine carry out the homogeneous mixing, follow after the mixture the bottom discharge of funnel.
The sludge dewatering module comprises a main body, a sludge outlet adjusting valve, an upper plate, a filter screen, a sludge dewatering cavity, a spiral extrusion column, a separated water collecting tank, a water collecting plate, a separated water outlet, a dewatered sludge block outlet, a sealing plate, a manual driving device, a first guide plate, a second guide plate, a sewage outlet, an impact resisting plate, a right side wall, a left side wall, an inner cylinder, a motor and an outer cylinder; the mud outlet adjusting valve comprises a driving part, a valve rod and a valve core.
Wherein the main part top is equipped with the upper plate, the right side of upper plate is equipped with the silt import, the middle part of main part is equipped with the filter screen, is equipped with between filter screen and the upper plate silt dehydration chamber, be equipped with in the silt dehydration chamber the screw extrusion post, the right side of filter screen corresponds the position of silt import is equipped with the board of shocking resistance.
The spiral extrusion column is in a conical column shape, the left side of the spiral extrusion column is a large-diameter end, the right side of the spiral extrusion column is a small-diameter end, a plurality of blades are arranged on the spiral extrusion column at equal intervals, and the diameters of the blades are sequentially increased from right to left.

The invention has the beneficial effects.
1. Aiming at the 1 st point of the background technology, an impact resistant plate is adopted, in the whole filter screen structure, one part of the whole filter screen structure is improved into the impact resistant plate, and the impact resistant plate is correspondingly arranged at the position opposite to a blanking port to replace a filter screen so as to prevent unexpected substances from passing through the filter screen.
2. 5. Aiming at the 5 th point of the background technology, the control valve, the manual driving device and the cleaning channel are integrated in one space, and the space utilization rate is greatly improved.
6. Aiming at the 6 th point of the background technology, the driving end of the manual driving device corresponds to the large-diameter end of the extrusion column, and the driving end of the motor corresponds to the small-diameter end of the extrusion column, so that the problem that the manual driving cannot be performed due to an overlong force arm in the manual driving process is avoided.
