Abstract

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the pedicle screw fixation device provided by the embodiment includes a fixing block 1, a first connecting rod 2 and a second connecting rod 3; the fixing block 1 of the present embodiment is a basic mounting structure of a fixator, and the shape of the fixing block is not limited to the shape shown in the figures, as long as the fixing block can connect and fix the first connecting rod 2 and the second connecting rod 3 of the present embodiment, and the fixing block 1 may be made of a conventional material used in existing orthopedic medical instruments, such as a metal or a polymer material.
One end in the relative both ends of first connecting rod 2 of this embodiment is connected with fixed block 1, and the other end in the relative both ends of first connecting rod 2 is equipped with the first connecting portion that are used for centre gripping pedicle of vertebral arch, and first connecting portion are located one side of fixed block 1. In order to fix and pressurize the pedicle of vertebral arch, the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are designed into hook-shaped structures, specifically, the first connecting portion of the present embodiment is a first hook 21, the first hook 21 extends from one end of the first connecting rod 2 to a first position 211 in a direction away from the fixing block 1, and then extends from the first position 211 to a direction close to the fixing block 1 in a bending manner, so that the first hook 21 can hook the upper side of the pedicle of vertebral arch above in fig. 4.
Similarly, the second connecting portion of the present embodiment is a second hook 31, the second hook 31 extends from one end of the second link 3 to a second position 311 in a direction away from the fixing block 1, and then extends from the second position 311 to a direction close to the fixing block 1, so that the second hook 31 can hook the lower side of the pedicle of vertebral arch in fig. 4. It should be noted that the pedicle of fig. 4 in this embodiment is not identified because it is not part of the pedicle holder of this embodiment. In addition, chamfers can be arranged at the ends of the first hook 21 and the second hook 31 of the embodiment, so that the hook ends are prevented from being too sharp.
In addition, in order to achieve a good fixing effect on two adjacent pedicles, when the first connecting portion is the first hook 21 and the second connecting portion is the second hook 31, the arc surrounded by the first hook 21 of the present embodiment is located on a first plane (not shown in the figure), the arc surrounded by the second hook 31 is located on a second plane (not shown in the figure), and the first plane and the second plane are parallel to each other, so that the clamping angles of the first hook 21 and the second hook 31 are substantially consistent, and the adaptability to the pedicles is improved. Also, the present embodiment designs the first link 2 and the second link 3 to be parallel to each other so that the fixation device applies a uniform pressure to both pedicles.
Based on the structure, the inventor finds that the distance between two adjacent pedicles is different due to different body forms of patients, but the existing fixator cannot adjust the fixed distance, so that the applicability and the operation effect of the existing fixator are greatly reduced, and therefore the embodiment makes further structural improvement on the pedicle fixator to improve the applicability of the pedicle fixator.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first distance adjusting mechanism is disposed on the fixing block 1, one end of the first connecting rod 2 of the present embodiment is connected to the first distance adjusting mechanism, and the first distance adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting a distance between the first connecting portion and the fixing block 1.
Specifically, the first distance adjusting mechanism of the present embodiment includes a first insertion hole 11, a first locking hole 12, and a first locking member 13, which are provided on the fixed block 1; the first insertion hole 11 and the first locking hole 12 of the present embodiment are perpendicular to each other and are communicated with each other, the first insertion hole 11 is preferably a through hole structure and can receive a first rod body with a larger length, and one end of the first connecting rod 2 of the present embodiment is inserted into the first insertion hole 11; the first locking member 13 is installed in the first locking hole 12 and serves to lock an end of the first link 2 located in the first insertion hole 11. The first connecting part and the fixed block 1 are adjusted by adjusting the inserting position of the first connecting rod 2 in the first inserting hole 11.

Similarly, a second distance adjusting mechanism may be disposed on the fixing block 1 of this embodiment, one end of the second connecting rod 3 is connected to the second distance adjusting mechanism, and the second distance adjusting mechanism is used to adjust the distance between the second connecting portion and the fixing block 1.
Like the first distance adjusting mechanism, the second distance adjusting mechanism of the present embodiment includes a second insertion hole 14, a second locking hole 15, and a second locking member 16, which are provided on the fixed block 1; the second insertion hole 14 and the second locking hole 15 of the present embodiment are perpendicular to each other and are communicated with each other, and one end of the second connecting rod 3 of the present embodiment is inserted into the second insertion hole 14; the second locker 16 is installed in the first locking hole 12 and serves to lock an end of the second link 3 positioned in the second insertion hole 14. The second connecting portion and the fixed block 1 are adjusted by adjusting the inserting position of the second connecting rod 3 in the second inserting hole 14. The second locker 16 of the present embodiment may also be a screw, and a polygonal coupling hole 131 is provided thereon.
