(3) inputting a unpacking password to open a seal packet for using a seal, performing seal approval verification before each use to obtain a use password used by the seal, automatically sending the irregularly generated use password to a seal approver by a system each time, transferring the seal approver to a user, filling the use password, completing user identity verification and selecting personalized watermark information operation, selecting 1 or more images forming a watermark, randomly generating a personalized watermark image by the system according to a preset rule, automatically acquiring basic watermark information by the system, and fixing the position in the watermark image; generating used simulated print, then importing a document needing to be stamped and automatically generating a hash value of the document by a system, wherein the system does not store the document content, only stores the hash value of the document, determines the position of stamping (stamping) on the imported document, and can stamp (stamp) on a physical document or a virtual document, the print and watermark images are attached to the physical document by means of printing, carving and other technical means or equipment in the real world, the virtual world is directly signed on the electronic document, then the system automatically stores stamp (stamp) print and stamp use information and uploads the stamp use information to a related platform;
the stamp mark stored by the system is different from the generated simulated stamp mark, the stamp mark of the stamp mark has basic watermark information which is automatically obtained by the system in real time when the stamp mark is clicked, the basic watermark information comprises stamp (mark) time information, geographical position information, stamp mark use time information and the like, and the simulated stamp mark does not have the basic watermark information so as to ensure the uniqueness of the stamp mark use; seal use information stored by the system comprises seal approvers, users and user identity authentication information, password use related information, watermark composition and watermark image information, print and watermark combination image information, seal data certificate information, document hash value information and the like;
(4) the method comprises the steps that special software provided by the technology is installed by an intelligent mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, the printing on a physical document or an electronic document and the watermark information stored at the bottom of the printing can be obtained through scanning or photographing, then the printing and the watermark information are compared with related data in an information seal database, the authenticity of the printing can be identified, and an identification conclusion is stored in the information seal database; the watermark image left at the print bottom is displayed by the aid of the special software provided by the technology, the virtual world can be displayed by the aid of the function of the seal packet, and the special software for displaying the print watermark can be used by being installed on intelligent mobile terminals such as mobile phones.

Claims (4)

1. An information seal is characterized by comprising a visible print and a non-visible watermark layer, wherein the watermark layer is formed by superposing a plurality of watermarks, and the watermark layer and the print are generated at the same time and are left at the bottom of the print when the seal or the signature is stamped; the image of the watermark comprises any one or a plurality of combinations of Chinese characters, English letters, Cera numbers, punctuation marks, character symbols, geometric figures, letters, numbers, symbols, figures, portraits, animals, plants, buildings, fingerprints, voiceprints and irises which are preset by a system or added by a seal owner, and the image of the watermark also comprises an image generated by automatically acquiring seal use frequency data, geographic information data of seal use positions and signature time data in real time by the system according to preset rules; the information seal is also correspondingly provided with a seal packet stored in a database, wherein the seal packet stores the print of the information seal and the corresponding watermark information thereof, and the related information of the information seal such as registration, cancellation, use, management, anti-counterfeiting identification and the like.
2. The information stamp of claim 1, wherein the stamp usage information and the anti-counterfeiting watermark information in the stamp package are stored in a distributed block chain manner.
3. A method of using an information stamp according to claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of:
(1) establishing an information seal database which comprises a seal basic database and an anti-counterfeiting resource database; the seal basic database stores information such as seal registration, seal cancellation, seal data certificate and the like; the anti-counterfeiting resource database stores seal use information and anti-counterfeiting information; the anti-counterfeiting information comprises basic information such as seal use times, geographic information of seal use positions, signature time and the like automatically acquired by a system in real time, and image information of Chinese characters, English letters, wax numbers, punctuations, character symbols, geometric figures, letters, numbers, symbols, figures, animals, plants and buildings preset by the system or added by a seal owner;
(2) establishing an exclusive seal packet by a seal using unit or an individual, inputting identity information, registration information and seal approver information of the using unit or the individual, acquiring the print image data of the information seal, inputting an opening password of the seal packet, simultaneously acquiring one or more information of a portrait, a fingerprint, a voiceprint, a watermark and an iris of a user, and then storing the information, the identity information, the registration information and the corresponding print image data of the user in the seal packet of an information seal database;
(3) after a user inputs an opening password of a seal packet for verification, data information in the corresponding seal packet is called, the information seal is used, seal approval verification is carried out before each use, a group of irregularly generated use passwords is sent to a seal approver recorded in the seal packet, the seal approver is transferred to the user to input the passwords for verification, and after the verification, the identity information of the user and the face information of the living body are verified;
after the seal approval verification is passed, a user selects an information seal using mode, wherein the information seal using mode comprises a real stamping mode and a virtual signature mode; then, a user selects the number of watermarks in the watermark layer, then randomly selects one or more image information from a fingerprint, voiceprint, iris information and anti-counterfeiting resource database stored in the seal packet, generates the watermark layer according to a preset rule, and combines the watermark layer with the print in the seal packet to form a simulated print;
(4) importing a document needing to be stamped or signed to obtain a document hash value, wherein the system does not store the document content and only stores the hash value of the document;
(5) determining the position of a seal on an imported document, and attaching a seal image to an object such as a physical document or the like by means of technical means or equipment such as printing, carving and the like, or distributing the seal image on the corresponding position of an electronic document; when stamping, the system automatically combines the stamping time of the stamping, the geographic information of the using position of the stamp and the using times of the stamp according to a preset rule to generate a layer of watermark, and combines the watermark and the simulated print to form a complete signature print, and then attaches the signature print to objects such as a physical document or the like or distributes the signature print at a corresponding position of an electronic document;
(6) storing the generated signature and print, the geographic position information of the user, the use time of the seal and the use times of the seal into a corresponding seal packet;
(7) the method comprises the steps of scanning and identifying through an intelligent mobile terminal, analyzing a print image on a physical document or an electronic document according to a preset rule, comparing the print image with data in a seal packet to identify the authenticity of a seal, and storing an identification result in the seal packet.
4. A management information system for an information stamp according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the system architecture of the management information system for an information stamp is composed of an entry layer, a service layer, an interface layer, a data layer and a support layer;

the service layer is used for providing safety and basic guarantee services for business activities of the management information system, and comprises a safety password service unit, a digital certificate service unit, a geographic information service unit, a timestamp service unit, an identity authentication service unit and the like;
the interface layer is used for providing a unified interface for exchanging data of the management information system and accessing a third-party system, and comprises a data access interface, a data exchange interface, a safety early warning interface, an identity information authentication interface, a data certificate authentication interface, an information comparison interface and the like;
