The needle bar frame body of the high-speed embroidery machine is characterized by comprising a needle bar frame, a needle bar arranged on the needle bar frame and a presser foot matched with the needle bar, wherein the presser foot comprises a presser bar and a presser foot structure connected to the bottom end of the presser bar, the presser foot structure is provided with a first thread clamping structure and a first thread clamping structure, a hook knife penetrates through the presser foot structure and the first thread clamping structure, the first thread clamping structure can move relative to a second thread clamping structure and can reset, the first thread clamping structure is in contact with the second thread clamping structure when being located at a reset position, the presser bar is provided with a matching structure, the needle bar frame is provided with a locking structure used for blocking forward movement of the matching structure, and the needle bar frame is provided with an unlocking mechanism capable of enabling the locking structure and the matching structure to generate relative displacement so as to release the blocking effect of the locking structure on the matching structure.

The needle bar frame body of the high-speed embroidering machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first thread clamping structure is a flat plate-shaped structure, the second thread clamping structure is a column-shaped structure, the first thread clamping structure has a middle portion contacting with a side of the second thread clamping structure, and side portions connecting both ends of the middle portion, and both of the side portions are inclined with respect to the middle portion in a direction away from the second thread clamping structure.

The needle bar frame body of the high-speed embroidering machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the presser foot comprises a presser bar, a presser foot cover wrapping and fixing on a bottom end of the presser bar, a presser foot end for pressing cloth and allowing an embroidering needle of the needle bar to pass therethrough, and a presser foot bracket connecting the two, the presser foot cover having two spaced apart lugs and a connecting shaft connected between the two lugs, one end of the first thread clamping structure being connected to the connecting shaft.
4. The needle bar frame body of the high-speed embroidering machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first thread clamping structure has a collar fixedly secured to the connecting shaft at one end thereof, and the first thread clamping structure is made of an elastic material.

The needle bar frame body of the high-speed embroidery machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein one end of the first thread clamping structure is provided with a ferrule slidably sleeved on the connecting shaft, the connecting shaft is sleeved with a torsion spring, the ferrule is provided with a notch groove, a torsion spring is sleeved on the connecting shaft corresponding to the notch groove, and two ends of the torsion spring respectively abut against the first thread clamping structure and the presser foot.

The needle bar frame of the high-speed embroidery machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said locking structure and said engaging structure have a first contact surface and a second contact surface, respectively, in contact with each other, said first contact surface and said second contact surface being disposed obliquely with respect to an axial direction of the presser bar.

The needle bar frame of the high-speed embroidery machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the unlocking mechanism comprises a guide shaft, a mounting base provided with the locking structure, and a first mounting plate fixed to the needle bar frame, one end of the guide shaft is fixed to the first mounting plate, the mounting base is slidably sleeved on the guide shaft and moves axially along the guide shaft, or the guide shaft is slidably inserted in the first mounting plate and can move axially along the first mounting plate, the mounting base is fixed to the guide shaft, and a section of the guide shaft between the mounting base and the first mounting plate is sleeved with a return spring.

The needle bar frame body of the high-speed embroidering machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein a third contact surface is connected to a distal end portion of the first contact surface with reference to a direction in which the engaging structure is moved in a forward direction, the third contact surface being disposed obliquely with respect to an axial direction of the presser bar and being inclined in a direction opposite to the first contact surface.
9. The needle bar frame body of the high-speed embroidering machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the unlocking mechanism further comprises a second mounting plate fixed to the needle bar frame, and the other end of the guide shaft is fixedly or slidably inserted into the second mounting plate.
