The invention belongs to the technical field of wire harness sealing, and particularly relates to wire harness waterproof sealing cloth-clamping cement.
Background
The waterproof daub prepared by taking the synthetic rubber as a base material has the advantages of simple package, convenient and quick use, wide applicable temperature range (temperature resistance of-40-125 ℃ and no embrittlement and solidification), and the like. The waterproof adhesive cement can play a role of a natural barrier, prevent water vapor from penetrating from an engine cabin to a member cabin in a gap between binding wire harnesses, prevent electric damp short circuit and electric leakage, and further ensure personal safety of passengers in the passenger cabin.
However, since the synthetic rubber is not cured, the state of the synthetic rubber is similar to chewing gum, the synthetic rubber is easy to bond, and particularly under the effect of the hooping force of the outer rubber ring, the synthetic rubber is easy to overflow, the bonding position is easy to misplace under the transverse tearing action, and the waterproof barrier of the synthetic rubber is scattered and collapses, so that the complete water blocking and sealing of the wire harness cannot be ensured. In addition, the traditional daub is generally manufactured into a strip shape for use, and the strip shape needs to be manually torn during use, so that the sealing effect is difficult to ensure, and the working efficiency is seriously influenced. In practice we find that even if the conventional cement is cut for use, it is still easy for the mutual adhesion to occur.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides waterproof sealing cloth-clamping cement for a wire harness, which aims to overcome the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a waterproof sealing cloth-clamping cement for a wire harness comprises a cloth-clamping layer and rubber layers on two sides. According to the invention, the sandwich layer is clamped between the rubber layers, and the rubber has a space for local displacement by utilizing the self viscosity of the rubber and the skeleton effect of the sandwich layer, and can not be greatly displaced due to transverse tearing by external force, so that the rubber is free from scattering and collapsing, and good sealing performance is ensured.
Preferably, the interlayer is a nonwoven layer, and more preferably a flame-retardant polyester nonwoven.
Further, the waterproof sealing cloth-clamping adhesive cement for the wire harness is rectangular in shape as a whole, and two buckles are respectively arranged at two ends of one side and are respectively marked as a first buckle and a second buckle. The buckle design is added, so that the firmness, accuracy and convenience of attaching to the wire harness can be improved. The preferred laminating mode is twining first hasp and second hasp on the pencil earlier, and accurate positioning is kneaded firmly the back and is being wrapped up in the pencil with the main part of pressing from both sides cloth cement, like this, with pencil direct contact press from both sides cloth cement atress concentrated, the leakproofness is good, and the back both ends are thicker around rolling up laminating, and pressure is bigger, does benefit to improvement sealing performance and firm degree.
Further, the waterproof sealing cloth-clamping cement for the wire harness is different in shape between the first hasp and the second hasp, so that the direction can be distinguished during manual operation, the efficiency is improved, and the automatic recognition in the follow-up automatic transformation is facilitated.
Further, the waterproof sealing cloth-clamping cement for the wire harness is characterized in that the first hasp is rectangular and has one side flush with the edge of the main body; the second hasp is right triangle-shaped, and has a right angle limit and main part edge flush. The edge flush design ensures that the edge is neat after the pipe is attached, is not easy to damage, and improves the durability.
The invention further provides a cloth-clamping adhesive tape based on the cloth-clamping adhesive, wherein the cloth-clamping adhesive is arranged at equal intervals and clamped between two release paper tapes. The adjacent cloth-clamping cement is prevented from being adhered at a certain distance, and can be conveniently and directly taken down during use, so that the working efficiency is improved.
Further, the cloth-sandwiched adhesive tape is wound into a roll, so that a cloth-sandwiched adhesive tape roll is obtained, and is convenient to transport, store and take.
The invention also discloses another form of cloth-sandwiched adhesive cement material tape roll, wherein cloth-sandwiched adhesive cement is arranged at equal intervals and attached to a layer of release paper tape, and then the release paper tape is wound into a roll, and the peeling forces on two sides of the release paper tape are different.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages.
(1) The cloth clamping layer structure for clamping the cement increases the firmness of the cement, the externally-added tightening force can not cause the overflow of the cement to cause the sealing failure, and meanwhile, the cement displacement caused by the transverse tearing force can not be received under the actual use condition, so that the cement sealing is completely realized.
(2) The volume of the cloth-clamping adhesive cement is smaller, and the middle circular drum of the wire harness cannot be raised when the multi-wire harness is bundled; the unique tail hasp design can be forked and adhered to two ends of a single wire harness, so that the cement displacement and falling are prevented.
(3) The adhesive tape and the tape roll are arranged, the continuous coiled supply mode is applicable, the production efficiency is improved, the storage space is saved, gaps are reserved among the single adhesive tapes, adhesion is avoided, and the rejection rate is reduced.

Example 1
The waterproof sealing cloth-sandwiched adhesive cement for wire harness comprises a cloth-sandwiched layer 1 and rubber layers 2 on two sides as shown in figures 1 and 2.
In this embodiment, the sandwich layer 1 is a nonwoven layer.

Example 2
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the following cloth-sandwiched adhesive cement material rolls are arranged at equal intervals and are clamped between two release paper tapes 3, and are wound into rolls.
The waterproof sealing cloth-clamping cement for the wire harness comprises a cloth-clamping layer 1 and rubber layers 2 on two sides. The sandwich layer 1 is a polyester non-woven fabric which is subjected to flame retardant treatment.
