Background
The box refers to the thing that can hold the object, mostly is square and has the lid. The box can contain things and can take up an object which is put down and moved. It is comprised of a polyhedral body formed by moving, flushing, zipper and enclosing several formed faces.
The existing partial multi-layer inner dry grid box has the following problems in production: 1. the paste box is inconvenient to form and troublesome to pre-fold, thereby increasing the labor burden of workers; 2. the internal dry grid is large in size, high in production cost and not suitable for products small in size, so that the overall experience feeling is poor, and the practicability is to be improved.

Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a multi-layer internal dry cell box and a manufacturing method thereof, and solves the problems that the prior art is inconvenient to form, troublesome to pre-fold, large in dry cell size, not suitable for products with small size and the like.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a multi-layer inner dry cell box comprises a first paper board, a second paper board, a third paper board, a fourth paper board, a fifth paper board, a sixth paper board, a seventh paper board, an eighth paper board and a ninth paper board, wherein the first paper board, the second paper board, the third paper board, the fourth paper board, the fifth paper board, the sixth paper board, the seventh paper board, the eighth paper board and the ninth paper board are sequentially arranged from left to right, the first paper board, the second paper board, the third paper board, the fourth paper board, the fifth paper board, the sixth paper board, the seventh paper board, the eighth paper board and the ninth paper board are sequentially and fixedly connected, a tenth paper board is fixedly connected to the top of the fourth paper board, the bottom of the sixth paper board and the top of the eighth paper board, a plurality of diamond lattices are formed in the surface of the tenth paper board, an eleventh paper board and a twelfth paper board are sequentially and fixedly connected to the top of the sixth paper board and the bottom of the eighth paper board, and thirteenth paper boards are fixedly arranged on the upper and lower sides of the seventh paper board and the ninth paper board.
Preferably, the upper thirteenth paper board and the lower thirteenth paper board are symmetrically arranged in a staggered manner.
Preferably, the corresponding surfaces of the first paper board, the third paper board, the fourth paper board, the fifth paper board, the sixth paper board, the eighth paper board and the plurality of tenth paper boards are all provided with glue layers.
Preferably, the thickness of the sixth paperboard, the seventh paperboard, the eighth paperboard, the ninth paperboard, the eleventh paperboard, the twelfth paperboard and the thirteenth paperboard is the same, the thickness of the first paperboard is the same as that of the second paperboard, the third paperboard, the fourth paperboard and the fifth paperboard, the thickness of the sixth paperboard is greater than that of the first paperboard, and the thickness of the first paperboard is greater than that of the tenth paperboard.
Preferably, the sixth paperboard, the eighth paperboard, the eleventh paperboard and the twelfth paperboard have the same length, and the seventh paperboard, the ninth paperboard and the thirteenth paperboard have the same length.
Preferably, the widths of the second paperboard and the fourth paperboard are the same, the widths of the sixth paperboard, the seventh paperboard, the eighth paperboard and the ninth paperboard are the same, and the width of the second paperboard is smaller than that of the sixth paperboard.
A manufacturing method of a multi-layer internal grid box comprises the following steps:
s1: coating glue layers on the front surfaces of a fourth paperboard, a sixth paperboard, an eighth paperboard and three tenth paperboards, coating glue layers on the rear surfaces of the three tenth paperboards, and turning the three tenth paperboards to the corresponding side;
s2: turning over the first paperboard and the second paperboard, wherein in the process, the front surface of the second paperboard is attached to the adhesive layer on the rear surface of the tenth paperboard on the left side;
s3: coating a glue layer on the rear surface of the first paperboard, and then turning over the third paperboard and the fourth paperboard, wherein in the process, the first paperboard and the second paperboard are turned over simultaneously, the glue layer on the rear surface of the first paperboard is attached to the front surface of the fifth paperboard, and the rear surface of the second paperboard is attached to the glue layer on the rear surface of the tenth paperboard;
s4: coating a glue layer on the rear surface of the third paperboard, and then turning over the fifth paperboard and the sixth paperboard, wherein in the process, the first paperboard, the second paperboard, the third paperboard and the fourth paperboard are turned over simultaneously, the glue layer on the rear surface of the third paperboard is attached to the seventh paperboard, and the glue layer on the rear surface of the fourth paperboard is attached to the glue layer on the rear surface of the tenth paperboard on the right side;
s5: coating a glue layer on the rear surface of the fifth paperboard, and then overturning the ninth paperboard and the two thirteenth paperboards fixedly connected with the ninth paperboard to enable the front surface of the ninth paperboard to be attached to the glue layer on the rear surface of the fifth paperboard;
s6: and integrating and corresponding the sixth paper board and the eighth paper board, combining a plurality of rhombus lattices to form a plurality of rectangular dry lattices in the process, then turning four thirteenth paper boards to the corresponding sides, finally covering two eleventh paper boards, and inserting the twelfth paper board into the inner side.

The invention provides a multilayer internal dry grid box and a manufacturing method thereof, and the multilayer internal dry grid box has the following beneficial effects:
1. through the cooperation between first cardboard, second cardboard, sixth cardboard and the eighth cardboard etc, the shaping of being convenient for on pasting the box makes the book in advance more convenient simultaneously, has alleviateed staff's work burden, and the experience of product is felt better, and the practicality is higher.
2. Through the cooperation between tenth cardboard, diamond check, fourth cardboard and the sixth cardboard etc. the dry check volume that will form reduces, has both practiced thrift manufacturing cost, has also solved because the product is small and the problem that can't adorn the box, has satisfied more demands in the in-service use, and the suitability is stronger.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides a multi-layer inner dry cell box, which includes a first paper board 1, a second paper board 2, a third paper board 3, a fourth paper board 4, a fifth paper board 5, a sixth paper board 6, a seventh paper board 7, an eighth paper board 8, and a ninth paper board 9, wherein the first paper board 1, the second paper board 2, the third paper board 3, the fourth paper board 4, the fifth paper board 5, the sixth paper board 6, the seventh paper board 7, the eighth paper board 8, and the ninth paper board 9 are sequentially arranged from left to right, the first paper board 1, the second paper board 2, the third paper board 3, the fourth paper board 4, the fifth paper board 5, the sixth paper board 6, the seventh paper board 7, the eighth paper board 8, and the ninth paper board 9 are sequentially and fixedly connected, a tenth paper board 10 is fixedly connected to each of a top of the fourth paper board 4, a bottom of the sixth paper board 6, and a top of the eighth paper board 8, a plurality of diamond-shaped cells 11 are formed on a surface, the top of the sixth paperboard 6 and the bottom of the eighth paperboard 8 are fixedly connected with an eleventh paperboard 12 and a twelfth paperboard 13 in sequence, and thirteenth paperboards 14 are fixedly mounted on the upper and lower sides of the seventh paperboard 7 and the ninth paperboard 9.
The upper thirteenth paper board 14 and the lower thirteenth paper board 14 are symmetrically staggered.
The corresponding surfaces of the first paperboard 1, the third paperboard 3, the fourth paperboard 4, the fifth paperboard 5, the sixth paperboard 6, the eighth paperboard 8 and the tenth paperboards 10 are all provided with glue layers 15.
The thicknesses of the sixth paperboard 6, the seventh paperboard 7, the eighth paperboard 8, the ninth paperboard 9, the eleventh paperboard 12, the twelfth paperboard 13 and the thirteenth paperboard 14 are the same, the thicknesses of the first paperboard 1, the second paperboard 2, the third paperboard 3, the fourth paperboard 4 and the fifth paperboard 5 are the same, the thickness of the sixth paperboard 6 is greater than that of the first paperboard 1, and the thickness of the first paperboard 1 is greater than that of the tenth paperboard 10.
The sixth, eighth, eleventh and twelfth paper sheets 6, 8, 12 and 13 have the same length, and the seventh, ninth and thirteenth paper sheets 7, 9 and 14 have the same length.
The widths of the second paper board 2 and the fourth paper board 4 are the same, the widths of the sixth paper board 6, the seventh paper board 7, the eighth paper board 8 and the ninth paper board 9 are the same, and the width of the second paper board 2 is smaller than that of the sixth paper board 6.
It should be noted that: through the matching among the first paper board 1, the second paper board 2, the sixth paper board 6, the eighth paper board 8 and the like, the forming on the pasting box is convenient, the pre-folding is more convenient, and the labor burden of workers is reduced; through the cooperation between the tenth cardboard 10, diamond 11, fourth cardboard 4 and the sixth cardboard 6 etc. the dry check volume that will form reduces, has both practiced thrift manufacturing cost, has also solved because the product is small and the problem that can't adorn the box, and inner structure is firm more difficult for the rupture simultaneously, has satisfied more demands in the in-service use.
A manufacturing method of a multi-layer internal grid box comprises the following steps:
s1: coating the front surfaces of the fourth paperboard 4, the sixth paperboard 6, the eighth paperboard 8 and the third tenth paperboard 10 with an adhesive layer 15, coating the rear surfaces of the third tenth paperboard 10 with the adhesive layer 15, and turning the third tenth paperboard 10 to the corresponding side;
s2: turning over the first paperboard 1 and the second paperboard 2, wherein the front surface of the second paperboard 2 is attached to the adhesive layer 15 on the rear surface of the tenth paperboard 10 on the left side in the process;
s3: coating the back surface of the first paperboard 1 with an adhesive layer 15, then turning over the third paperboard 3 and the fourth paperboard 4, wherein the first paperboard 1 and the second paperboard 2 are turned over simultaneously, the adhesive layer 15 on the back surface of the first paperboard 1 is attached to the front surface of the fifth paperboard 5, and the back surface of the second paperboard 2 is attached to the adhesive layer 15 on the back surface of the tenth paperboard 10;
s4: coating the back surface of the third paperboard 3 with an adhesive layer 15, then turning over the fifth paperboard 5 and the sixth paperboard 6, wherein in the process, the first paperboard 1, the second paperboard 2, the third paperboard 3 and the fourth paperboard 4 are turned over simultaneously, the adhesive layer 15 on the back surface of the third paperboard 3 is attached to the seventh paperboard 7, and the back surface of the fourth paperboard 4 is attached to the adhesive layer 15 on the back surface of the tenth paperboard 10 on the right side;
s5: coating a glue layer 15 on the rear surface of the fifth paperboard 5, and then turning over the ninth paperboard 9 and the two thirteenth paperboards 14 fixedly connected with the ninth paperboard 9 to enable the front surface of the ninth paperboard 9 to be attached to the glue layer 15 on the rear surface of the fifth paperboard 5;
s6: the sixth paper board 6 and the eighth paper board 8 are integrally corresponding, in the process, a plurality of rhombic lattices 11 are combined to form a plurality of rectangular dry lattices, then four thirteenth paper boards 14 are turned towards the corresponding side, and finally two eleventh paper boards 12 are covered, and a twelfth paper board 13 is inserted into the inner side.
