Background
Carting cars originated in the united states at the end of the 50's of the 20 th century. The kart is divided into two types of stepless speed change and gear shifting, namely a popular type and a competition type, and does not need a driver license. Because the chassis is extremely low, the relative speed sensed by the driver is 2-3 times higher than the actual speed, so that the driver can not feel the fun of the ordinary racing car.
The pure electric drift kart is a whole device for non-road running, is mainly applied to field competition and leisure and entertainment, takes the electric energy generated by the storage battery as a driving energy source, and takes electric power as power. In order to make up for the technical defects of the pure electric mode drifting carting car in China, a pure electric carting car special for teenagers is needed.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the pure electric drifting carting car comprises a car frame, wherein a front anti-collision baffle is arranged at the front end of the car frame, a rear anti-collision baffle is arranged at the rear end of the car frame, and a driver seat is arranged in the middle of the car frame; the front wheels are arranged on two sides of the front end of the frame, the rear wheels are arranged on two sides of the rear end of the frame, the power motor positioned between the driver seat and the rear anti-collision baffle is arranged on the frame, and the power motor is connected with the storage battery box arranged on the side part of the driver seat; a driving gear is sleeved on a rotating shaft of the power motor, a driven gear is sleeved on a rotating shaft of the rear wheel, and the driving gear and the driven gear are in transmission fit through a chain; the frame on be provided with the direction control dish that is located between driver's seat and preceding anticollision baffle, this direction control dish passes through steering mechanism and preceding wheel cooperation.
In order to better realize the invention, the steering mechanism comprises a mounting plate arranged on the frame, a steering connecting rod is hinged on the mounting plate through a screw, and the steering connecting rod is connected with the front wheel.
The rear bumper is characterized in that an anti-collision rod penetrating through a rear anti-collision baffle is arranged at the tail of the frame, and a plurality of elliptical rings buckled together are sequentially welded at the tail end of the anti-collision rod.
In order to better implement the invention, the said oval ring located at the extreme end is fitted with a bolt, the shank of which passes freely through the oval ring, and the diameter of both the nut and the nut is greater than the minor axis of the oval ring.

as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the pure electric drifting carting car comprises a car frame 1, wherein a front anti-collision baffle 2 is arranged at the front end of the car frame 1, a rear anti-collision baffle 3 is arranged at the rear end of the car frame 1, and a driver seat 4 is arranged in the middle of the car frame; front wheels 10 are arranged on two sides of the front end of the frame 1, rear wheels 11 are arranged on two sides of the rear end of the frame 1, a power motor 7 positioned between a driver seat 4 and a rear anti-collision baffle 3 is arranged on the frame 1, and the power motor 7 is connected with a storage battery box 6 arranged on the side part of the driver seat 4; a driving gear 8 is sleeved on a rotating shaft of the power motor 7, a driven gear 9 is sleeved on a rotating shaft of the rear wheel 11, and the driving gear 8 and the driven gear 9 are in transmission fit through a chain; the frame 1 is provided with a direction control panel 5 positioned between the driver seat 4 and the front anti-collision baffle 2, and the direction control panel 5 is matched with the front wheels 10 through a steering mechanism. The front part of the frame 1 is provided with a tip buffer framework, the whole body is a feeding bottle-shaped body, and force can be discharged at the tip when collision occurs.
It should be noted that the battery box 6 is matched with a corresponding control circuit board, the control circuit board is matched with a corresponding kart power lock and a forward and backward shift lever, the rear wheel 11 is also provided with a brake device, and the front part of the frame 1 is provided with corresponding conventional components such as a brake and an electric accelerator.
The pure electric drifting carting car provided by the invention establishes a model for carting car products, and has great significance for promoting the progress of research and development level of new energy electric carting car products.
The whole vehicle design structure is characterized in that the whole vehicle is designed and attached to be symmetrical left and right, has front and back response and has proper proportion on the basis of considering the three-electric system, the brake system and the safety guarantee of the whole device. Example 2:

And the driver can be ensured to be locked on the driver seat 4 and a sufficient safety space is reserved, so that the safety performance is improved. Preferably, the roll cage 14 comprises a U-shaped bar having ends attached to the frame 1 with an arc extending upwardly and above the operator's seat 4. It should be noted that a plurality of rib bars may be connected between both sides of the U-shaped bar in order to improve mechanical strength. The roll cage 14 is connected in a sleeve bolt locking mode and can be detached as required. Namely, the straight line part of the U-shaped rod is sleeved and extended through a plurality of large pipes and small pipes, and the large pipes and the small pipes are connected through bolts.
Example 6:

The wheels can reduce the ground friction force after the drift ring 12 is tightly held, the easy operability of the drift is ensured to the maximum extent during the drift, the vehicle with the drift ring 12 is taken down to recover the normal kart state, and the friction force is enough to ensure that the drift actions such as drifting and the like do not occur when the vehicle is bent at full speed.
Preferably, the power motor 7 is a brush motor, and is matched with two sets of independent operation systems, and the two sets of independent operation systems respectively correspond to the forward movement and the backward movement.
