Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of kraft paper gold stamping, and particularly relates to a gold stamping method for kraft paper.
Background
Kraft paper is attracting more and more attention as an environment-friendly packaging material, and especially in recent years, as the awareness of kraft paper is improved, kraft paper becomes the first choice for packaging products of many enterprises, and more printing processes are used on kraft paper. However, since the surface of the common kraft paper is loose and rough, the paper is easy to lose hair and loose powder, the printing adaptability is poor, especially the gold stamping process requires the surface of a printing stock to be smooth and flat, and the problem of unstable hot stamping or poor hot stamping can often occur when the gold stamping process is directly carried out on the common kraft paper. The common processing mode aiming at the situation is to firstly coat a film and then carry out hot stamping, or directly select a high-quality imported ox card as a hot stamping substrate, so that the hot stamping difficulty can be reduced, and a good hot stamping effect is achieved, but the production cost can be obviously increased no matter the film is added or the high-quality ox card is used for replacement.
The gold stamping process is commonly called as electrochemical aluminum hot stamping, and refers to a process of hot stamping an electrochemical aluminum foil to the surface of a printing stock by using a template arranged on a hot stamping machine at a certain temperature and pressure to mutually press a printed matter and the electrochemical aluminum foil in a short time. The gold stamping process has the characteristics of bright color and luxury and gorgeous appearance, and is widely applied to various printed matters such as high-grade trademarks, specifications, greeting cards, cigarette labels and the like at present. The gold stamping process requires the surface of a printing stock to be flat and smooth, the surface smoothness is low due to the loose and porous structure of the common kraft paper, and the situation that the gold stamping process is difficult to perform or falls off frequently occurs when the common kraft paper is used for performing the hot stamping process. Therefore, many merchants choose to replace the domestic common cow card with the imported high-quality cow card as a hot stamping substrate, or perform hot stamping after coating a film on the common kraft paper, so as to improve the hot stamping effect of the kraft paper. But the imported oxera has higher price compared with the common oxera, and the film-coated product not only increases the cost, but also is not environment-friendly.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a gold stamping method for kraft paper, which includes the following steps:
step S1: printing base oil on kraft paper;
the specific steps of step S1 are: the selection of the base oil needs to select the water-based gloss oil with high temperature resistance, and the high temperature resistance standard is more than 200 ℃; the coating weight of the printing bottom oil layer is within the range of 2-6 g/m 2; the viscosity of the printing base oil cannot be too low, and the viscosity of the base oil is 16-30 seconds when the off-line printing base oil is required, and the viscosity of the base oil is 40-70 seconds when the on-line printing base oil is required.
The base oil is selected to be water-based high-temperature-resistant gloss oil, the temperature of the gold stamping process can generally reach 95-135 ℃, if the base oil is stamped by using common gloss oil, a polishing layer of the gloss oil can be damaged during gold stamping, and the phenomena of plate pasting and non-sticking can be easily caused during gold stamping, so the water-based gloss oil with high-temperature resistance is selected, and the high-temperature-resistant standard is more than 200 ℃.
On the base oil printing, the coating weight of the base oil layer is in the range of 2-6 g/m2, the surface of kraft paper caused by the fact that the base oil layer is too thin can be prevented from being smooth enough, the adsorption of the printing surface to the adhesive in the electrochemical aluminum hot stamping foil caused by the fact that the thickness of the base oil layer is too thick can be avoided, the adhesive force of the electrochemical aluminum hot stamping foil is reduced, and hot stamping is not performed or is not firm.
The lower viscosity of the base oil can cause the drying too fast, can become hard membrane on the paper surface, and the light wiping will fall off, and this kind of phenomenon is called crystallization, and crystallization can form a smooth ink layer like the mirror surface on the ink layer surface, can't make alumite adhere on it to cause the thermoprint not last. Therefore, the viscosity of the base oil cannot be too low, and the viscosity of the base oil is recommended to be 16-30 seconds when the base oil is printed off line; when the base oil is printed on line, the viscosity of the base oil is 40-70 seconds (4 cups coating, 25 ℃). Meanwhile, the addition of drying oil in the base oil is controlled as little as possible, the pressure is increased during hot stamping, and the crystallized ink layer surface is subjected to oil removal and roughening treatment.
Step S2: drying the base oil on kraft paper printed with the base oil;
the specific steps of step S2 are: drying the kraft paper in an oven; the baking temperature of the baking oven is 50-70 ℃; the drying channel in the drying oven is larger than 1.5 m; and the moving speed of the kraft paper in the drying tunnel is 5000 Cs/h-6000 Cs/h.
When the base oil is dried, after the base oil is printed, the paper needs to be dried in an oven, the baking temperature of the oven is 50-70 ℃, the drying tunnel in the oven is larger than 1.5m, and the moving speed of the paper in the drying tunnel is 5000-6000 Cs/h. The bottom oil layer is baked and dried under the condition, so that the drying speed of the bottom oil and the combination of the bottom oil and kraft paper can be accelerated on the premise of avoiding the crystallization of the oil layer, and a better drying effect is obtained.
Step S3: and carrying out hot stamping on kraft paper with dry base oil by adopting a plane hot stamping mode.
The specific steps of step S3 are: carrying out hot stamping by adopting a common plane hot stamping mode; the gilding paper is generally an alumite hot stamping foil material, and the thickness of the hot stamping foil material is controlled within 15 um; the gold stamping plate is a copper plate with fine material and smooth surface; controlling the hot stamping temperature to be 70-110 ℃; the control range of the hot stamping pressure is 25-35 kg/cm 2.
The gilding paper is generally made of an alumite hot stamping foil material, and the phenomenon of plate pasting is easy to occur when a too thick hot stamping foil material is subjected to hot stamping, so that the gilding paper should be made of the alumite hot stamping foil material with a thinner part, the clarity of hot stamping pictures and texts is ensured, and the thickness of the hot stamping foil material should be controlled within 15 um.
The copper plate with fine and smooth material and smooth surface is selected for the gold stamping plate, has the characteristics of good heat conducting property, high temperature resistance and difficult deformation, has stable hot stamping effect, and can improve the glossiness and the outline definition of hot stamping pictures and texts.
The hot stamping adopts a common plane hot stamping mode, the temperature is 70-110 ℃, the temperature is too low, a hot-melt adhesive layer of the alumite cannot be fully melted, the adhesive force of the adhesive cannot be effectively reduced, and an aluminum foil layer cannot be smoothly stripped from a polyester base film, so that the alumite cannot be sufficiently transferred to the surface of a hot-stamping bearing material, and the hot stamping cannot be carried out; the temperature is too high, the paper is seriously deformed, and the problems of image-text pasting, writing and floating, electrochemical aluminum discoloration and the like are easily caused. The hot stamping pressure is properly adjusted according to the bearing capacity of a hot stamping medium and upper and lower plates, if the hot stamping pressure is not enough, the alumite cannot be well attached, transferred and attached to the surface of a hot stamping bearing material, so that the phenomenon of infirm hot stamping is caused, and the pressure control range is 25-35 kg/cm 2.
The gold stamping method has the advantages that the cost is saved: compared with the imported high-quality craft, the material cost is reduced by using the common kraft paper as the hot stamping substrate; compared with the traditional film-covering priming method, the aqueous gloss oil priming method has the advantages of low cost, stronger environmental protection, high temperature resistance, gold stamping after polishing, direct overprinting of gold stamping pictures and texts on a gloss oil layer, no overprinting, simplified process flow, smoother and smoother surface of the polished kraft paper, improved hot stamping adaptability of the kraft paper, enhanced gold stamping adhesive force, contribution to the printing process of the kraft paper, improved printing quality of the kraft paper, mature aqueous gloss oil priming process, realization of the traditional machine, certain glossiness of the polished print, better visual effect, protective print, oil resistance and scratch resistance of the gloss oil layer, the gold stamping method has lower requirements on the hot stamping base materials, has wider application range, and is suitable for improving the gold stamping process of other base materials with insufficient surface smoothness besides common kraft paper.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
