Abstract
The invention relates to a circular saw blade gear grinding machine, in particular to a self-centering clamp of the saw blade gear grinding machine. The invention is provided with a cylinder seat and a wire gauge in a base, lever supports are arranged on two sides of the base, and a pair of chuck seats and a connecting rod shield are arranged on the top of the base. The cylinder seat is provided with a large cylinder and a small cylinder in parallel, the small cylinder is internally provided with a spring, the tops of the two cylinders are provided with push heads, the push heads are connected with the lower end of a lever through a main connecting rod, and the lever is connected with a chuck through a lever support and an auxiliary connecting rod. The inner side of the push head is connected with a wire gauge. The main connecting rod, the lever, the auxiliary connecting rod, the chuck and the chuck seat are symmetrically arranged in two sets. Through the arrangement, the gear grinding machine can replace the hard alloy saw blade with any thickness, the position of the thickness center of the saw blade does not need to be manually adjusted during grinding, namely the position is automatically aligned, and when the thickness of a saw blade matrix is uneven, the clamp can automatically compensate the thickness center of the saw blade, so that the requirement of the thickness center position of the saw blade is maintained.

The hard alloy circular saw blade is widely applied to aluminum cutting, wood cutting and steel cutting, wherein the hard alloy saw blade for cutting steel, also called a cold saw, has the highest requirement on processing equipment, and generally requires the precision of a finished product processing position to be within 0.01 mm. The circular saw blade gear grinding machine is a special grinding machine for grinding a hard alloy cutter head welded on a saw blade, and can lead the cutter head to bounce and break due to uneven stress when the saw blade is subjected to grinding force of a grinding wheel in the grinding process for preventing the saw blade from generating displacement when the saw blade is subjected to the grinding force of the grinding wheel, so that each circular saw blade must be compressed tightly at a fixed position when the circular saw blade is ground according to teeth.
The existing saw blade gear grinding machine adopts a direct-drive hydraulic cylinder to carry out compression and positioning on a saw blade, one side of the clamping mechanism is a fixed end, the other side of the clamping mechanism is a hydraulic cylinder end, and because a grinding head of the grinding machine is fixed and nonadjustable along the axial direction of the saw blade for keeping better rigidity, the thickness center of the saw blade needs to be aligned with the axis of a grinding wheel when the saw blades with different thicknesses are replaced, the positions of the fixed sides are manually adjusted to be aligned at present, and the precision is not high. In particular, the thickness deviation of the saw blade plate is not a standard plane but is generally 0.01-0.04mm in the machining process, and the deviation can also be reflected to the alloy tool bit of the saw teeth, so that the precision of the saw blade is deteriorated, and the service life and the smoothness of the section bar are influenced.

The invention aims to provide a self-centering clamp of a saw blade gear grinding machine, which is simple in structure, so that the machining precision of the grinding machine is improved, and errors caused by manual adjustment are avoided.
In order to achieve the purpose, the cylinder seat 2 and the wire gauge 13 are arranged in the machine seat 1, the lever supports 10 are arranged on two sides of the machine seat 1, and the top of the machine seat 1 is provided with a pair of clamping head seats 7 and a connecting rod shield.
The cylinder seat 2 is provided with a large cylinder 12 and a small cylinder 3 in parallel, the small cylinder is internally provided with a spring, the tops of the two cylinders are provided with a push head 4, the push head 4 is connected with the lower end of a lever 9 through a main connecting rod 11, and the lever 9 is connected with a chuck 6 through a lever support 10 and an auxiliary connecting rod 8. The inner side of the push head 4 is connected with a wire gauge 13. The main connecting rods 11, the levers 9, the auxiliary connecting rods 8, the chucks 6 and the chuck seats 7 are symmetrically arranged in two sets. The chuck base 7 is further provided with a chuck hole 16 and an orientation pin 15. The front end of the clamping head 6 is provided with a wear-resistant sheet 17 connected by a screw 19, and one side of the wear-resistant sheet 17 is provided with a sewage draining groove 18.
Through the arrangement, the gear grinding machine can replace the hard alloy saw blade with any thickness, the position of the thickness center of the saw blade does not need to be manually adjusted during grinding, namely the position is automatically aligned, and when the thickness of a saw blade matrix is uneven, the clamp can automatically compensate the thickness center of the saw blade, so that the requirement of the thickness center position of the saw blade is maintained.

The front end of the clamping head 6 is provided with a wear-resistant sheet 17 connected by a screw 19, and one side of the wear-resistant sheet 17 is provided with a sewage draining groove 18. Through the arrangement, the saw blade to be processed is placed between the two chucks 6, the connecting rod mechanism is dragged under the thrust of the large cylinder to enable the two chucks 6 to move towards the center respectively to clamp the saw blade, the centering performance of the two chucks 6 is maintained under the action of the linear rail 13, the large cylinder 12 is decompressed when the gear is automatically changed after one tooth is processed, the small cylinder 3 keeps the position of the chuck through a small spring or air pressure, the saw blade can rotate between the two chucks and under the friction of the chucks at the moment, and the saw blade does not shake or overshoot when the gear shifting mechanism is changed due to the friction force of the chucks, and the gear shifting position has high precision.
