The invention also provides a preparation method of the Chinese prescription shampoo in the technical scheme, which comprises the following steps:
mixing compound surfactant, ammonium salt cation conditioner, alcohol dispersant, PEG-80 sorbitan laurate, fructus Vitics Simplicifoliae extract, cacumen Platycladi extract, radix Gentianae extract, Polygoni Multiflori radix extract, compound antiseptic, pH regulator and water to obtain the Chinese prescription shampoo.
In the invention, the preparation method of the Chinese prescription shampoo specifically comprises the following steps: carrying out first mixing on a composite surfactant and water to obtain a surfactant solution; secondly, mixing the ammonium salt cation conditioner and the alcohol dispersant to obtain a dispersion solution; and thirdly, mixing the surfactant solution and the dispersion solution, sequentially adding PEG-80 sorbitan laurate, a fructus viticis extract, a cacumen biotae extract, a radix gentianae extract, a polygonum multiflorum root extract and a compound preservative, and then adding a pH value regulator to regulate the pH value to obtain the Chinese prescription shampoo. In the invention, the temperature of the first mixing is preferably 50-85 ℃, more preferably 85 ℃, and the temperature of the first mixing is controlled within the range so as to be more favorable for dispersing solid raw materials; the first mixing time is preferably 20-40 min, and more preferably 30 min; the time for the second mixing and the third mixing is not specially limited, so that the raw materials can be uniformly mixed; the stirring speed of the first mixing, the second mixing and the third mixing is preferably 300-400 rpm independently, and more preferably 300 rpm. The preparation method of the Chinese prescription shampoo is simple to operate and suitable for large-scale production.
The technical solution of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
(1) Adding a sodium laureth sulfate aqueous solution (70 wt%) into deionized water, stirring for 30min at 85 ℃ and 300rpm to fully dissolve the sodium laureth sulfate aqueous solution, adding a cocamidopropyl betaine aqueous solution (30 wt%), a cocoamphodiacetate aqueous solution (40 wt%), and a lauryl glucoside aqueous solution (50 wt%), and stirring and mixing uniformly at 300rpm to obtain a surfactant solution;
(2) uniformly dispersing guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and dipropylene glycol at 300rpm to obtain a dispersion liquid;
(3) uniformly mixing the dispersion liquid and a surfactant solution at 300rpm, sequentially adding a PEG-80 sorbitan laurate aqueous solution (50 wt%), a fructus viticis extract, a cacumen biotae extract, a radix gentianae extract and a polygonum multiflorum root extract, uniformly mixing, adding a compound preservative consisting of sodium benzoate and phenoxyethanol, and adjusting the pH value to 5.0-6.0 by using citric acid to obtain a Hanfang shampoo; the amounts of the respective raw materials used are shown in table 1.
Examples 2 to 3
The method of example 1 is used for preparing a Chinese prescription shampoo, and the dosage of each raw material of examples 2-3 is shown in table 1.
